Despite all the bad reviews we read, staff was really polite and place was clean. Breakfast was nice lots to choose from buffet. Most of all we liked the staff everyone was helpful.

This was in an okay location they have a restaurant on the same block and the food was so good I had to go twice during my stay they also have a food market and Starbucks which was very convient

The hotel itself was clean except these spots on the blanket appears to be blood I believe
And the hallway lights on the 6th floor were out daily which was very creepy
The staff was genuine and helped with taxi and whatever I needed. Would I stay here again probably not I would want to be more closer to like a downtown area

Lovely Hotel.
Quick and efficient check in, very close to the medical surgeries and clinics near by.
Upgraded me from economy double to comfort double as complimentary.
Great room service much better rates compared with sultanahmet etc.

I found the entire service friendly. However, if you are accustomed to luxury then there’s a Marriott next door as well.

Hello, Our stay in Mia Berre Hotel wasn't good. Our room was smaller than we expect. The walls has white paint marks all over. Not good, The hotel smelt like cigarette . Our shower was leaking everywhere when we used it. I went to the front desk and expressed my concerns and nothing was done about it. Very unsatisfied, will never return here.

This hotel is primarily serving visitors arriving for hair planting services around
Consequentially, such patients spending their time in the lobby and the restaurant with their still bloody gauzes and head bands
I can understand their situation, however it is not pleasant to have your breakfast or coffee when surrounded by all such patients/customers in all around
Ideally the hotel should provide a separate restaurant for such customers and there should be a note warning about this fact when booking

I stayed at Mia Berre hotel for 12 days and my experience was very pleasant. The service is excellent. The front desk staff are very helpful and any request is attended within few minutes. They don’t change for room service which made it very convenient for me since I had a small procedure and needed to stay in my room for a few days; you only pay for the food itself. The hotel is very safe and clean.

The staff were absolutely amazing very kind to us and always made sure that we were comfortable and sent up complimentary fruit platters. The area is also very nice pretty easy access to different areas of Istanbul we did not struggle at all with trying to get to places. Overall was an amazing hotel will definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for somewhere to stay in istanbul, will be staying here again.

We stayed at Mia berre hotel for 1 week I have to admit it was the worst hotel experience of my Entire life. The stuff were extremely rude and unprofessional, simply because I asked them to clean my room , the restaurant stuff charge me double . when I asked to why I was being charged so much there respond was sorry no English . I asked to speak with the manager they Lied and said he was not on the property later that day I got hold of the manager who when I explained my situation his reply was if you don’t like you can leave . The Worst customer Service experience. And Thieves I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Terrible Customer service experience, we stayed at Mia berre for one week , the stuff over charged us on the room service , when I asked to speak with the manager they said he’s not available I waited three days to speak with the manager once I got hold of the manager the managers respond was if you don’t like you can leave. He did not at all Attempt to solve the issue. Worst experience in my life.

Clean hotel with good effort taken even in lifts to keep air fresh smelling .Reception and bellboy friendly and helpful. Most importantly as a tired abd toilet needy traveller the bathroom was spotless.Can't complain about anything .Good value for money also a short approx 5 minutes walk to the nearby ici hospital.

Not worth a review. Don't go to this hotel.

Hotel is definitely what you see in photos, but food area connected to lobby doesn't make it pleasant at all. Lobby smells food. Lots of people are operated you see bands on bloody heads tapped nose or anything else insightful . I mean you don't want to see sick people in a hotel. I couldn't tell the difference between this hotel being a hospital. Each time I walked in I felt like I'm walking through an hospital entrance. Luckily our rooms were comforting. I never went down for breaky because it was a turn off. I even saw patients doctors walk in to check up on their patients staying at the hotel. Staff are not helpful because they don't need customers as they are always fully booked out due to people staying st that hotel after getting cosmetic jobs done. Location is easy. Easily catch a cab for 20lira to kabataş station and go anywhere in istanbul from there.

We didn’t have a single complaint about Mia Berre Hotel. Everything was wonderful, the staff was attentive and helpful in every circumstance. Location is near a taxi stop and if you drive 5 minutes down the road you can visit cute little cafes and restaurants. Will definitely stay here again :)

Checking in and our was efficient especially considering we arrived very late and checked out very early. Small room but good for our one night stay and close to the ferry port where we were boarding in the morning. 24/7 room service, we ordered a salad quite poor quality and the air conditioning didn’t work. Overall a pleasant stay for our needs.

Good hotel for the price

The hotel is in a good location for hair transplant clinics. It is clean and office staff are friendly. The only problem was construction noise when I was staying there. The economy rooms have large column in the middle of the room which may pose Problem for those getting up at night and walking into it. Good buffet breakfast served in the mornings.

The hotel served its purpose for me while in Istanbul for a specific reason, however I was a little disappointed that the hotel lacked anywhere to relax other that one's room or the busy lobby. There was no outside balcony with the room nor hotel terrace or garden to relax in the warm weather. The standard rooms are small and there are only 4 larger \"delux\" rooms. Although the hotel is located in the city it is not close to a metro station and is a taxi ride away from the old centre of Istanbul where the tourist attractions are located. The staff are friendly and the food is reasonable. The hotel does not serve alcohol.

we arrived at 6:00pm from a very long trip but our room was not ready. we had to wait at the lobby. It was nice that we were offered a nice Turkish tea. The room is very clean and comfortable. The staff at the front desk (except one) are not helpful at all. House keeping was not that good either they didn't leave soap or coffee I had to ask for it more than once or twice. At the end I bought soap from outside to avoid this. The hotel locatied on a side street you have to walk a block to get a taxi which is the only means of transportation at that location. The price was very reasonable if it wasn't for the service I would recommend it. Personally I wouldn't stay there again.

Worst Hotel Ever

The management and staff are disorganized, confrontational and \"nickle and dimes\" you for everything. If you book your stay thru Expedia, they will not honor the free air-conditioning as promoted. You will need to rent the air-conditioning unit remote for every 24 hours. When we arrived to check in, they claimed to not have our reservation and it took over an hour to clear the situation. The experience got worse from there. If we had not arrived so late in the night and during high season, we would have walked out immediately.

Great Hotel

We opted to stay away from the high volume tourist areas in Sultanahmet and decided on Mia Berre. I am so glad we did.

This hotel had everything: great staff, comfort, food (included free breakfast in our stay), transportation and so much more.

Stay at Mia Berre, you won't regret it! This is a fantastic hotel.
