Basic hotel, but certainly nothing at all wrong with it. Room was spacious & very clean. Bathroom too. Bed was comfortable. A/C strong as I needed. WiFi was reliable, (oddly my Mac kept dropping the signal but not my PC laptop; not sure why - maybe some problem on my Mac, which is usually more reliable than my PC for WiFi). \"Lobby\" is merely a hallway from the front door to the tiny front desk & elevator, but who cares - no one comes to Buenos Aires to sit in a lobby anyway. Staff (front desk & cleaners) were always friendly & helpful. Front of hotel (including my room) faces a pedestrian street, so no traffic noise. Very central location, on a busy shopping street. Plenty of cafés, restaurants, etc. in walking distance, for breakfast and other meals. Great price. I would certainly stay here again.

Orbitz adverise this hotel as it is in puerto madero area and it is not ..this is so unsafe area. Also orbitz adevrtise this hotel has shuttle to airport for $1000 PESOS..but they ask aroubf 6500!!! There is no access to the hotel with car ! I had to ask the taxi to wait for me on Esmeralda street to upload the luggage one by one, i had to walk with my luggage to the hotel. THE WORST HOTEL

Our room is next to a utility room. Through the window, you can see the mops and cleaning chemicals. Window does not close too well so you can hear the air conditioner of your own room and the other room next to the utility. Initially I thought it was a washer/dryer. That was the sound all night. Also, the window curtain is not thick enough. Surely the janitors can see through it and you’re giving them a free peep show.

The hotel offers all the basics, and was easy to find. The staff does not speak english, but tried their best to assist us. The room was basic, clean and a good size. Breakfast is croissants and excellent coffee, it is good value for money if your focus is on seeing the beautiful city, with a clean place to sleep and basix amenities.

This hotel is very dated and super basic. The wifi doesn't work at all. Housekeeping only came twice during my stay as well. The hotel is definitely cheap, but you get what you pay for. I would avoid staying here.

The location of this hotel cannot be beat. Close to everything Buenos Aires has to offer, and walking distance to Luna Park and several great restaurants and bars. Very basic room-dated, but clean. My only complaint was that the wifi only worked about 20% of the time, which was somewhat of a large inconvenience for me as a traveler from the USA.

I'm very pleased with the experience of been a guest in The Cabildo hotel. The location is perfect because is extremly clean, really nice price and absolutely close to the subte, close to the Obelisco, and the other principals streets in the microcenter of the city of Buenos Aires. The great restaurants around, the stores are a plus. Two of the most important things I most enjoy were the staff, all of them very nice, very friendly and always ready to help me. I love how the staff makes me fell comfortable. And the other thing I love of the stay, is to take the breakfast in Los Inmortales, a really nice bar/restaurant and with an emblematic decoration.

I recommend it to those who are not looking for a 'resort' vacation. here are the reasons 1. great location right in the middle of the city on a 'pedestrian street\" lavalle and close to teh other pedestrian street florida.. 2. clean rooms. clean beds and sheets. clean everything. 3. close to restaurants of all kinds. .... 4. very helpful folks. they will try to do what they can for you.

The room we got had no window to the outside, but only a window to some machine room, which made the room a bit noisy. The room also had smells from the restaurant downstairs. Bottom line - the room was stuffy and not comfortable.
Anyway - looks like the hotel has better rooms, so check what room you get.

Al momento de presentarme a la recepción el personal fue algo grosero, era mi primera vez en el extranjero estaba un poco perdida y no sabia como registrarme, nunca había estado en un hotel anteriormente solo en Airbnb's. Los entiendo un poco ya que el tema de atención a cliente es un poco difícil pero nada le costaba decir desde inicio que se requería.

Localizaçao excelente por ser perto de muitos pontos turisticos e todas as linhas de metro, mas deve-se tomar cuidado com furtos nessa localizaçao (ruas proximas), roubaram o celular da minha filha na rua do hotel. apesar de saber que esse problema ocorre atualmente em varios bairros de Buenos Aires. Apesar disso o policiamento na localidade (com muitas cameras espalhadas pela cidade e policiais) é ostensivo e nao deixam ocorrerem roubos, mas os furtos ainda sao constantes, principalmente de smartphones.exceto por isso o hotel nos acolheu muito bem e sempre estava limpo e organizado. Sao prestativos. E o preço excelente

Estadia ótima, hotel simples mas muito bem localizado, a 2 quadras da Calle Florida, calçadão central de Buenos Aires. Tudo muito limpo e organizado. Elegimos alojarnos un fin de semana en este hotel por las calificaciones de esta página (expedia) y la verdad fue una descepcion total. Las fotos correspondientes a nuesta habitación no eran ni parecidas. Llegamos y ya da mala impresión que la recepción se encuentre en un pasillo donde es imposible moverse con valijas y es solouna pequeña mesa. Oscuro, el ascensor diminuto teniendo en cuenta que no son sólodos personas sino su equipaje, y con olor a humedad cronico, ya que hemos visto que limpian seguido. la cama vieja, hacia ruido parecía que se iba a romper. El baño era pequeño y nada que ver a las fotos. Lo peor, una rejilla de respiradero con telarañas encima de la cabecera de la cama, te podia caer cualquier bicho encima. Pedimos cambio y amablemente el sr recepcionista nos concedio otra hab, Una de las pocas que no tenia la rejilla ahi, pero aún asi incómoda. Ya de mal humor al sentirnos estafados por la pagina, termine angustiada porque nos acostamos a mirar tele y aparecen BICHOS en la cama, no sabría decir cuales, pero dormimos con un ojo abierto temiendo más. A la mañana no hay lugar donde desayunar, cuando en la pagina figura que sí. No culpo del todo al hotel porque es lo que ofrecen ellos, si me pareció elevada la tarifa 2100 la noche) para esa habitación. Sí vimos a la mucama 3 veces limpiar en un mismo dia. Eso nos dejó un poco mas tranquilos para la noche siguiente. De los recepcionistas nada que decir, trabajan bien.

Location is awesome! There were water leaking everywhere in the bathroom. Poor in terms of clothes and towel hangers, none at all! There is no way to park a car in front of the hotel, car transit is forbidden but it is very close to the next corner in order to take a cab.

Der Ventilator war sehr laut und schwankte, dass man dachte er fällt von der Decke. Das Badezimmerfenster war winzig und dahinter war ein Stoff gespannt, so dass keine frische Luft rein kommen konnte.

En general el hotel es cómodo, bien ubicado y con una buena relación de precio. Sólo dos puntos a mencionar; en primer lugar podrían mejorar la comodidad de las camas y las almohadas, no dormimos muy bien debido a eso. En segundo lugar estaría bueno que mejoren la calidad de los productos de baño en las habitaciones, nos lavamos el pelo sólo con agua porque el shampoo y la crema de enjuague tenían tan feo aspecto que no pudimos usarlos.

O hotel é muito bem localizado, em visto a muitos comentários a respeito do hotel, vai depender muito do interesse de cada um... Pois é antigo sim, mas tudo bem organizado e limpo. Para quem não pretende passar o dia todo dentro de um quarto, é super recomendado, pois atende todas as necessidades de quem está viajando. Muitos falam do banheiro, por ter cortinha e banheira pequena para o banho, mas quem não for enjoado, consegue muito bem tomar um banho... E sobre a água que alguns falam, é ótima, só esperar 1 minutinho e já está quente, só regular com calma o quente/frio. Muitos comentários nos hotéis as vezes confundem quem vai procurar uma hospedagem, mas o El Cabildo atende perfeitamente a necessidade de quem está passando pelo país. Sempre haverá algumas melhorias, e claro, isso o hotel deve estar bem ciente, pois investimento sempre gera novos elogios e atrairá muito mais clientes! ;)

Hotel bem simples, porém bem limpo e aconchegante. Tinha frigobar, TV de tela plana com TV a cabo, cofre, no banheiro somente banheira porém com chuveiro sempre com água quente. O quarto foi limpo e arrumado todos os dias. Os recepcionistas são bem cordiais e atenciosos. E por fim uma localização excelente ao lado do Obelisco, com várias opções de comércio e restaurantes. Um excelente custo/benefício para quem não procura luxo.

O hotel é simples mas fica muito bem localizado. No coração de Buenos Aires, fica pertinho da Calle Florida e do Obelisco. A equipe do hotel é prestativa e muito simpática.
