Rooms were clean. The location is central, close to the metro, so the commute is easy. All amenities were present & declared. Staff is extremely helpful, and lockers are available in case you need to keep some bags. Overall, I had a great experience.

Simply Wow.
This apart-hotel exceeded all my expectations, even though the area is undergoing heavy construction, and reaching the hotel in Uber, or taking an Uber, is not easy. The staff are all great, friendly, helpful, and most important, they speak English. Metro station steps away. There is also a mall nearby, walking distance, and there is a supermarket there. Overall, great place to stay.

Finding the hotel was easier than people say, it's simply down the steps under the Nest hotel.

Apartment was nice, decent size and clean.

Shower was good, air con worked well.

Location for Metro and RER was excellent as well as La Defence arena which was our purpose of staying here.

Access to the property via uber is nearly impossible. No locals know how do to drive to the property. Transit access is great. The room was ok but most of the wall paper was peeling off and there was adhesive and drywall all over the floor.

We booked 2 double bed one bedroom apartment.
But when we arrived, there is only one double bed and a single bed.

We checked with reception, the staff said all rooms available were set up as 1 double bed and 1 single bed. The staff gave us bed sheet and blanket. Asked us to set up our second single bed from the sofa bed on our own. And promise someone will come to set up properly in the next day. But it wasn’t come until the 4th day of our stay.

Also, we each got over 10 mosquito bite during our stay.

Great option for extended stays!

This place is a great option if you want a full suite (bedroom, living room, kitchen) and don't mind NOT having daily room service. The hotel was very close to the Metro station so we were able to come and go easily. The hotel was also very close to the Westfield Les 4 Temps, a huge shopping mall! The one big downside is that finding the taxi/rideshare pickup is very difficult because the whole La Defense neighbourhood is under construction and there are multiple layers of streets, so even with your phone map, it's not easy to find the pickup spots.

It is Ok...

The apartments are old, needing urgently a renew. The room that I was had a link from the bathroom, but the management changed me right away. The staff, including the restaurant crew, are very helpful.

Other negative point is related to location. Although it is located at the La Defense area, the location of hotel is confusing to reach by car, so Uber /Bolt /Transfers etc had problem to reach at the hotel in our case.

The breakfast area is very small, so be prepared to wait for a table.

And, as stated for a Aparthotel, you have to pay for extra housekeeping if done less than a week or for clean towels.

Not sure if I would return again. From all points mentioned above, housekeeping is which is more important for me and having to pay for it, even for clean towels is very strange for me.

Convenient hotel for families

The hotel is outside of Paris and has good connectivity through one of the main metro lines straight into the heart of Paris (about 25min journey). There was no cleaning service provided for the apartment during our stay. A basic breakfast is available for an extra fee.

Yuck to the location, Yuck to our way over priced room, Yuck to the continually rude staff. Don’t recommend! AT ALL! We were eaten boy mosquito, air conditioning didn’t work, wallpaper ripping off the walls, rock hard floors, dated furniture, a hostel would have provided better I feel.

Unless you are traveling for business in the Defense area, avoid this property if you can. To begin with, finding access to the property was a nightmare. We were in an Uber and their maps don’t show the location correctly. Google maps was correct, but with all the complicated roads in the area it took the driver 4 attempts and about 20 extra kilometers before we got there. Even then, we were on “-2” level with a locked door - reception being on level 0. The place works fine if you are only using the RATP Metro.

The carpet and furniture in our room was stained and in bad shape, but otherwise, the room was functional and spacious. The breakfast room in this property is tiny, and got crowded easily.

Another issue with the location is that all the restaurants and businesses near this property are closed over the weekend. We got there on a Friday afternoon and had a hard time dime finding a place that was open.

First, the hotel receptionists were not professional and rude at any inquiry we had. They did not help us resolve our problems regarding our stay and accommodation, they had an unpleasant attitude and had no interest in providing a good service. Also, the entire hotel had no internet connection for around 48 hours before we left, and when we requested help on this issue no one offered an answer other than they tried to call for the internet provider. Without internet, we couldn’t operate as we wished, no uber or apps for transportation services and when we asked for help no one cared to give it to us. Lastly, the hotel id completely poor in higiene, no cleaning service in over 4 days of our stay, even when we arrived the bathrooms had stains, the elevators were nasty and even the walls in the rooms.
We had to run for about 10 minutes to get internet the day we were leaving beacuse the hotel had no service and the receptionist refused to help us get a cab service. Thus, we exposed our security, integrity and overall trip since we spent almost an hour trying to get help for our transportation for the airport

The hotel staffs were very helpful and friendly specially hotel’s director Murielle understood our issue with our room and quickly responded with offering us better room with no additional charge.
Also receptionist, Miguel was always helpful with any questions we had, he took extra steps to called around to find a laboratory close to hotel for our Covid testing, and cafeteria staff Christoph was a pleasant person to see every morning.

The heating in my room did not work for most of my stay. In mid December this was absolutely terrible. The hotel eventually put a heater in my room but that could only heat one room at a time and the bathroom was freezing so having a shower was torture.

It seems I made a mistake with my booking as I thought I was to check out on 15/12 whereas my booking ended on 14/12. So by the time I returned from my meeting on 14/12 afternoon, I found that my room had been packed up, the contents of my fridge/freezer thrown away and I had been checked out. The hotel should have called me to inform me that I had passed the check out time and offered me an extension or an opportunity to come and pack up my room myself. I ended up throwing away some of my bath products after they had been handled by an unknown other. Also, the contents of my fridge/freezer should have been kept for me to collect when I returned to the hotel as they would have know I would to, at the very least, collect my luggage.
All this without any compensation at all!!!

Stayed for a work trip and was ridiculously over priced, three-star but would give it two.. they don’t clean your rooms or give you fresh towels. Somebody was sick in the entrance to the building and it still was not cleaned up 2 days later.. this is unacceptable.

This was great for our family. Very near a main subway line so you can get anywhere pretty easily. Actually had a view of the Eiffel tower out in the distance. Grocery store a 5 mniute walk away. Very quiet. I would stay here again.

the aparthotel la defense esplanade is right in the business centre, it is clean , well equipped , spacious , it has all necessary things like cleaning equipment, television, fridge, cooker dishwasher, The bathroom is well designed, and the bedroom is nice and clean. make sure you know how to find the entrance near Tour Michelet on the back of the hotel.

The room was good size and clean (except for the first day when they might have forgotten to change the pillow cases from the previous guest! Over all good value for money and helpfull staff. However, sound proofing needs improving, as some guests were far too noisy, especially at night.

The hotel finishes are very cheap, everything looks run down. We had a terrible experience that we got to our room at night and the room floor was all wet , it look like a pipe burst or something and they didn't want to change ur room, we had to sleep that night in a wet room. Next morning they kept insisting on calling a plumber before hanging us, but we put our foot down, this new room didn't have light bulbs on the bathroom mirror, it seems like someone took them off and after we let the staff know, they never got around to replace them. Very average hotel

This is without doubt the worst hotel experience of I have ever had. I paid a very high price for a room that was described as having 2 double beds and got two single beds. The decor of the room and the hotel in general was run-down, dark and dingy. The cistern dripped in my toilet and the entrance to the hotel sometimes works by card but more often not. This is a really depressing place to stay.

It is clearly a badly run hotel where there is no care and attention given to the environment or the comfort of the guests.

Added to that the staff are slovenly, slow and don't do what they say they are going to do. I try to resolve the issue about being switched to a room with a double bed. They said that they would get back to me on this. They never did. They said that they would make the 2 single beds one bed by using a double sheet in the worst case scenario. They never did.

On another note Hotels.com as the booking agent were equally awful. They said they were going respond to the issue that what they had sold me was not as described in 24hrs. They did not.

We stayed in 7 different hotels on this trip through three countries, and this place was our favorite! It was in a clean part of town and even though La Defense seems like it is far from the center of Paris, it was so worth it. We stayed a few nights over near Paris Nord and it was dirty and noisy and crowded.
La Defense has a nice grocery store walking distance, and the Metro ride is direct and easy to get to all the tourist attractions. We so enjoyed getting to our quiet hotel away from hawkers and the craziness of all the tourist sites.

Good for a short st but not great for the prcie

I stayed Monday & Tuesday nights. The first issue was that I was charged a second time for the rooms at reception, I was tired & not thinking until after the transaction. It then took the staff about 3 hours to issue a refund.

As you entered the room, there was a fairly spacious hallways & straight ahead, the bedroom. The size of the bedroom was fairly large with a dining table & chairs in the bedroom. The toilet was separate to the bathroom, which I always dislike but that's a personal preference, however, it did no have a wash basin, so you then had to go into the bathroom anyway. The kitchen was tiny & while och for cooking a Breakfast or light snack/lunch, I would not have attempted to do any serious cooking there. Finally dotted around the rooms were items such as iron & ironing board, which I always want to use but seldom get them in hotels.

With that all said, the staff were friendly, the hotel was well cleaned, it had everything I needed & in a great location. However, I wouldn't choose to stay here again, there are plenty of other hotels in the area for this sort of price, which I will be checking out on my next couple of business trips.

The Adagio is on great location, La Defence, the business part of Paris, which even though far from the center - M1 is next to the hotel and brings you any location in Paris. It has modern decorated rooms, good size, with all necessary equipment inside. Facilities wise, a good three star hotel. We stayed 5 nights there. But, the third evening, after coming in our room, we noticed that someone has been inside, our clothes were rearranged in the closet, someone has touched inside our suitcase and mixed all our things inside and some things from our fridge were gone: one bottle of coca-cola and our bottles of water, white milk and a chocolate milk. We informed the reception, than we asked to speak with the hotel manager, but instead they sent us to speak only with some cleaning ladies manager who barely understood English, she promised that we will be compensated for the loss of drinks from our fridge, but nothing. Also she was not capable enough to apologize well for the inconvenience, or try to find nice words and sell us one of those customers care stories which every manager should do. It is very interesting how much the Chain AccorHotels has invested in the facilities of this Adagio hotel in order the visitors to fell fine in the rooms and the hotel has such management and employees that bring the customers care to such a low level, that can ruin your trip to such a beautiful city as Paris. I would not recommend this hotel.

7 days in Paris

The Studio room for 4 is spacious, and modern. Kitchenet has all you need specially when travel with 2 kids, although the dishwasher had the soap dispenser broken. During the stay the toilet broke but they fix it whitin an hour. Also one night they ran out of hot water, also fixed the next day. Seems to be well maintained. On the metro stop and few steps via overpass from a Carrefour grocery store. Not a fancy hotel but clean and very convenient. Staff speaks english and we found them very nice.

Didn't have high expectations due to the bad reputation of hotels in Paris, but this hotel was really nice and even the stuff was friendly! We were a party of four, 1 adult and 3 big kids. Room was very comfortable with one bedroom and one living room with a comfortable sofa bed. Nice equipped kitchen, with big fridge, gril-microwave and dishwasher, NO oven. There was enough space to have 3 large suitcases open, very small closets though, if you intend to unpack your luggage... Didn't try the breakfast. It is outside of Paris center, but very close to the \"Esplanade la defense\" metro station and short walking distance to the \"La Defense\" RER station. No car access, but who needs a car in Paris... It is in a business area and felt very secured. Very recommended!

Really great hotel. Price for a 4 bed roomwas about 80 quid, all very comfortable, and with excellent access to the metro and Paris. You cannot drive past the entrance, find building 10, park in the Vinci car park, then go in line 2 (i think). You come out at the entrance. Metro is 30 seconds walk, and direct to the centre of Paris in about 10 minutes

Need some improvements

Hotel is in zone 3 but easy to commute to down town. Beds were extremely uncomfortable and there was no fan in the bathrooms. If you stay for more than 4 days in the hotel, there wont be any daily room service and it is not easy to get/ask anything from the hotel staff (eg. garbage bag). You should bring or buy your own shampoo and body wash. I will not stay at the same hotel if I go back to Paris again.

Comfortable Family Stay of 4 at Adagion La Défense

We enjoyed the stay at Adagio La Défense. We truly enjoyed the location outside of Paris but accessible at the end of Metro Line 1. The neighborhood is exceptionally modern and built above the ground. Uniquely, pedestrians only and absence of cars, one can enjoy leisure walks in open green space and wide promenades. The Adagio is located next to a large commercial shopping center and adjacent restaurants in the same building. The rooms for a family of 4 was quite spacious, clean and comfortable. Should you choose to stay here, literally line-1 Metro La Défense is a few stops from the Arc de Triumph and Boulevard Champs Elysées. Adagio is in the La Défense business district with high rise buildings. There is much to do with the kids in the area. The Arch de la Défense is the prominent monument and the Eifflel Tower and Arc de Triumphs can be seen in the panorama. I highly recommend the Adagio La Défense for a family stay in Paris.

Easy access by public transportation

The apart-hotel is located at walking distance from the Metro Esplanade La Defense, in the heart of the business district of La Defense. Close to the Les Quatre Temps Mall where you can buy for much less price than in the traditional tourist stores. At the same mall you have a super-market where you can buy groceries and prepare any meal in the apartment which is equipped with a full kitchen. It is not worthy to rent a vehicle while staying there, becasuse the hotel has no parking at all and the public parking in the area is very expensive.

Séjour convenable. Un Monsieur qui est réceptionniste de nuit de 21 heures jusqu’au matin est très professionnel, très respectueux et très serviable. A féliciter!!! À par lui le personnel est décevant. Les femmes de chambres qui vous réveillent en rentrant dans la chambre malgré le panneau ne pas déranger… Une qui ne parlait qu’en portugais a fait 3 tentatives d’entrée dans la chambre tôt le dimanche matin m’empêchant de dormir… c’est très désagréable! À l’arrivée, Les longs cheveux de la cliente précédente étaient encore dans le lavabo et la douche… la poubelle de la salle de bains pas vidée des clients précédents et un état de la chambre moyen car pas correctement entretenu : plafond abîmé dans la salle de bain, moquette tachée, meuble à tiroirs abîmé…. Estilo aparthotel bem confortavel, acomoda muito bem 4 pessoas. Fica em região de escritorios, o que limita as opções de alimentação para jantar e finais de semana, mas tem estação de metrô perto

Boa acomodação.

Viagem entre amigas. 3 pessoas num apart. A única questão foi de não terem atendido o pedido de 03 camas individuais. na acomodação eram 02 de casal. Equipe muito atenciosa.
Ponto fraco:
O único problema foi localização para carro. Pois nosso Uber dava voltas e voltas e não conseguíamos encontrar. Por fim descendo do carro e fomos caminhando. O que nos facilitou bastante.
Ponto forte:
Poucos metros da estação de metrô.

Estadia razoável. Hotel fica próximo a estação de metro, mas é muito confuso de se chegar, não é permitido trafico de carros no local, para adentrar no local e necessário digitar uma senha de 4 digitos na porta, coisa que é impossível de saber se você está chegando naquele momento, muito confusa a comunicação com a recepção, toda hora trocam a senha de 4 digitos, não avisam e você fica sem saber o que fazer, wi-fi ruim

Convient pour deux, pas plus

Logement qui peut convenir pour deux personnes, mais pas pour quatre. En effet, lorsque nous avons récupéré la chambre, les draps et les serviettes pour le deuxième couple n'ont pas été mis à disposition, et nous avons du les réclamer et enfiler nous même la housse de couette comme à la maison...

Bom custo benefício, local muito próximo ao metrô mas muito difícil de ir de Uber pois não para próximo. O hotel fica em um bairro que possui multi níveis e o motorista não soube chegar.

Un emplacement entre La défense et Paris sur la ligne 1. J'ai marché de Esplanade -> Nanterre Préfecture plusieurs fois dans la semaine pour éviter les transports, c'est tout à fait faisable.
Les chambres sont vastes, pas bruyantes mais vieillissantes avec des petits problèmes signalés à la réception en partant.

Business trip La Défense

De passage 6 jours sur La Défense mon choix c’est malheureusement porté sur cette établissement.
L’appartement qui m’avait été attribué disposait d’une décoration des années 80. Avec une moquette vieillie, des murs plein de trace, un plafond ou la peinture s’écaille… et l’ensemble d’un sombre, sinistre.
Ma formule incluait le petit déjeuner. Néanmoins, hormis la gentilles du serveur. L’offre est très basique….
Enfin. Et non des moindres. Uber est incapable de trouver le point d’arrêt pour l’hôtel qui n’est pas accessible par la route.
Après plusieurs tentatives pour trouver le point de dépôt voyageur dans un tunnel à 300m de l’hôtel, indiqué par la réception. Le chauffeur m’a déposé dans une zone semblant plus sécurisé mais à 600m de l’hôtel. Ce qui avec 2 valises n’est pas très agréable.
Pour le tarif pratiqué il y a beaucoup mieux!
