Our Hotel stay of 7 days was comfortable. It is well located and close to shops, transport and attractions. We walked to the Eiffel Tower and other great attractions like the Champs-Elysees, Notre Dame and Luxembourg Gardens. We found the staff to be kind and professional. They are on duty 24/7 which is reassuring. Breakfast is nutritional and tasty. Cereals, pastries, freshly squeezed orange juice, coffees, teas, toast,eggs, bacon and sausage, cheeses and cold meats. We recommend this hotel. steve

Great Hotel in a great location. Many restaurants steps away. The Metro was a few minutes away. A local market with food, clothing, electronics across the street. The room was great, clean, updated. I loved the Nespresso coffee maker, water bottle daily and blow dryer available. Excellent place!!

Hotel price is overpriced for such a small hotel. Windows are falling. Lights and fixtures are destroyed. No fridge. Lift is on the second floor so you have to climb stairs everyday. Upon, arrival and departure you have to carry your luggage from ground to second floor and vice versa . The lift hardly fit one plus luggage. No I will not recommend it to my friends.

Great little hotel in a vibrant area but room was very quiet. And staff were very accommodating and were able to give us an early check in.
We thought the room was plenty enough to accommodate 2 people and luggage.
And the shower was amazing, even being on the 5th floor. I am glad we book this hotel.

Staff here are absolutely lovely, can’t do enough for you. Lovely late checkout on a Sunday. Great little breakfast, and absolutely ideal location.
My room was small, but fine for me as a solo traveller- but be warned if you have a big case- there may not be room for you to open it up.
The shower was really very small, I think if you were a bigger person you would struggle.

The hotel was fine for the price, though the room wasn’t super clean, there was a hair on the bathroom floor, used slippers under the bed and a stain on the towel. We were also requested to leave our room key when we went out, when picking it back up I simply said the number and was given the key, I didn’t have to give any details, show any ID etc. I didn’t feel my items would be overly safe in this hotel.

I also wouldn’t recommend it for light sleepers as there is little noise proofing, you can hear noise from the streets, other rooms and the corridor.

This is a comfortable place to stay right in the heart of cafes but reasonably quiet and safe. The staff were very helpful. The bathroom very clean. Late check out, great breakfast abd luggage storage all fantastic. Some of the amenity is a little tired but kept clean.

The staff was very friendly. Room was clean. We loved the location. The only downside was that the bed was supposed to be a queen. It was taller than a double bed but it felt as narrow as a double bed. The size of the bed was important for us and it was one of my selection criteria in the first place. That is why I wouldn’t return. If you have large suitcases it could be hard to climb up some stairs before you reach the elevator. But otherwise everything was great.

I booked the room with a free extra bed option. In the morning, I dropped off my luggage at the hotel and went sightseeing before returning in the evening to check in. When I first left my luggage, the receptionist on duty kindly told me they would assign us a room that already had three beds, instead of adding an extra bed, which I appreciated.

However, when I returned in the evening, the staff had changed, and the story was different. I explained what the morning staff had told me, but the evening staff said they had no knowledge of it and insisted that I would have to pay extra for an additional bed.

Fortunately, I calmly explained the situation regarding the free extra bed option, and after verifying it, I stayed in a small room with two beds and an extra bed added. Although it was the room type I originally booked, it was disappointing that they initially offered an upgrade and later changed their stance, asking for an additional payment.

That said, the staff were otherwise very kind, and the room was clean. Above all, the hotel's location was excellent, with easy access to restaurants and transportation nearby. If I return to Paris, I would consider staying at this hotel again.

Lovely hotel, staff, and location. The room was as advertised, very clean, and stylish. We had a lovely little view out our window.

The bathroom was an odd design that made it small and tight despite the space it took up.

The hotel was in a perfect location with a large store nearby for convenience, a lovely little park right outside, and many restaurants nearby. Transportation was also nearby.

The staff surprised us with champagne and macarons for our anniversary and it was so lovely.

We adored our stay here.

The location of the hotel is great - close to Luxemburg Garden and Montparnasse station. The room was small, expected in a city like Paris, but clean. The only issue I found was that you had to carry your luggage to the first floor and only there the elevator was available. I'd still recommend the hotel for your stay in Paris.

A very nice hotel surrounded by numerous restaurants and cafes and at walking distance from two Metro stations serving different lines. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The single room is small but comfortable, with a large closet (with a safe inside), TV and coffee machine. Clean and tidy, nice breakfast. The only downside is the small bathroom and shower space. Also be prepared to walk up the stairs one floor to the reception desk with your luggage.

There are two flight of stairs that you have to climb to get to lobby but there is a lift you can take from lobby to get to rooms. I had a leak over the bed. Staff addressed it immediately and were apologetic but was moved to another room that had a leak in the bathroom. Again, It was addressed quickly and I understand that things can happened but it is an inconvenience to have to move rooms twice. I was disappointed especially since the hotel is pricey. There was no type of compensation offered. The area was close to three different metros, walking distance to many restaurants.

Can’t beat this for location and affordability. It’s right in the midst of a lively little neighborhood, but the rooms are quiet. There’s a great Monoprix on the corner (kind of a department store/supermarket) where you can get everything from a cup of coffee in the morning to anything you forgot at home (like an electrical converter in our case. We brought one, but it didn’t work). The metro is two blocks away and super easy to use. You can be most places you want to go within 10-15 minutes. Overall a great choice. Rooms are snug, but if you need a comfy home base and plan on being mostly out and about, it’s got everything you need.

The room provided ample space for our two check-in luggage and a baby cot, which was remarkably comfortable with its mattress, mattress topper, and pillow. The newly renovated bathroom was a pleasant surprise, and we appreciated the quality of the provided soap. Just be aware that there's a flight of stairs leading to the reception area. Despite this, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, especially due to its convenient location near Gare du Montparnasse.

I was travelling to Hendaye and decided to overnight in Paris to break the journey up. First impressions were good! Very friendly and polite staff. Hotel room was cozy,clean and well equipped with a large comfortable bed,great shower and a safe for belongings. Ideal for myself. Very close to metro stop travelling from Gar Du Nord and Montparnasse Train Station where I’ll be departing early tomorrow morning. Lots of bars and restaurants close to hotel. A Good Base for Exploring Paris

A very comfortable small hotel in Montparnasse. Friendly and helpful staff. English spoken. We didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on that.

The room (506) was clean and quiet. Serviced daily.

Lots of restaurants and a large supermarket (Monoprix) within two minute walk.

One possible issue - reception is on the first floor and there is no lift, so anyone with disabilities or with heavy luggage might struggle. There is a lift from reception to the other floors.

Overall, it proved to be an excellent base for our five night visit to Paris.

The hotel is perfectly positioned on a quiet side street but steps from restaurants, theatres, and 3 main metro lines. But we walked most places too. The staff are amazingly friendly and our room was clean, and comfy although the shower wall could have had a refresh. But this is a great place to stay when visiting Paris.

The location of the hotel was convenient as we were close to the train station. There were lots of fun restaurants and cafes nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The room was clean but very very small. And the stairs to get into the hotel while carrying luggage were steep. No toiletries besides soap were provided.
It’s an ok place to stay for one night but it is a tight squeeze for two people.

Hotel du Parc is a great value! It is only a 5 minute walk from Gare de Montparnasse train station and Metro stop. It is located in the Montparnasse, 14th arrondissement and there are numerous great cafes located across the street and around the corner from the hotel. Hotel du Parc is a clean, renovated, comfortable, AFFORDABLE hotel. The one caveat is that you must be able to climb 2 flights of stair to reach the lobby; there is an elevator from the lobby to all levels of the rooms. The staff is very nice, welcoming, and will ensure your needs are met.

Great location with lots of bars and bistros nearby as well as the metro. Staff were very helpful and the rooms were thoughtfully decorated and of a good size. The beds were very comfortable and the kettle was an unexpected bonus.
One criticism is that although there is a lift from reception to the bedrooms, there are 2 flights of stairs up to reception, which meant an accessibility issue for two of our group that wasn't clear from the description. The only other comment is that one bedroom had a tight space between the toilet and the bathroom door.

Great Hotel If You Don't Have Mobility Problems

Everyone at the front desk, which is staffed 24h, was extremely nice. Great Montparnasse location. The room was extremely comfortable. This is probably not the right hotel for someone with mobility problems; the elevator does not go all the way to the street so you need to be able to walk up some stairs. As long as this doesn't describe you, this is a wonderful hotel.

We enjoyed our stay in Hotel du Parc. The room was not large but big enough to be comfortable. It was quiet in the room even though the area is lively. The airconditioning was quiet and worked well, which was very impotent since we stayed in Paris during a heat wave. And the staff was very friendly, even going out of their way to get ice when I had tripped and hurt my knee. Breakfast is good too, and there are lots of places to eat just steps away from the hotel. Multiple metro stations are within walking distance.
