We were staying due to going the 1/2 Ironman event. Hotel was lovely calm clean and happy our bikes were in the room.

We used the spa facilities which were also very lovely

The hotel also put on an early breakfast for guests doing the event so we could leave early and get the shuttle bus.

Stopping over on our Luxembourg cycling tour

After 60+ KM cycling in 28 C heat, we stopped over at the National Wellness and Spa Center’s Parc Hotel which has just been remodeled. Nice welcome and easy overnight secure parking for our e-bikes! Nice room with balcony and comfortable bath! After a tasty beer on the hotel bar’s terrace, we had dinner at the hotel’s own Restaurant “ De Jangeli” where we had eaten previously! Best Price/ Quality relation! Superb white Moselle wines! Attentive service! We will certainly be back and take better advantage of the wellness and spa facilities!

The pools and spas are amazing. They give you access for the full last day of your stay even though checkout is at 11. Make sure you stop by the grand buffet breakfast. Fresh squeezed orange juice, crepes. Lovely stay

Warm Waters Accessible and Great Breakfast

Room 243 is a spacious suite, the \"suite parc.\" It has carpet floors, seems brand new, and has an outdoor patio with a view of trees and birds. It offers privacy. The toilet is separate from the shower room. The shower room has double sinks and is by the bed, the bed being a large one, probably of \"king\" size. Thermal pools access was an attraction to stay there. That access requires the wrist band given at check in. The front desk people speak many languages, although the directions to the bus station could have been clearer, as we took a slight detour. The place is reachable by the 175 Bus from Luxembourg city, or at least the nearby casino is-- that's the nearest stop, a brief walk from the hotel.

Hotels.com rewards can be collected for this hotel, but they could not be redeemed for this hotel. I trust my account will collect two nights for this stay, although I had had two nights to spend for it, and could not.

Breakfast was excellent. Bacon and ham maybe too salty. Fresh-squeezed orange juice, sliced cantaloupe, goji berries, real maple syrup, quality sliced bread, real butter, fresh milk, honey in small jars.

Many warm water pools are present, and it's a great place to be outdoors.

Dolce Vita and Gui Lin are both good local restaurants.

It seems the hotel could charge less for the rooms and still profit, but high prices aren't surprising in Luxembourg. For the price charged, free water from mini bar would be a blessing; instead we walked to Match market.

The place to go if you need a break

We enjoyed our time in this hotel. Friendly staff, excellent breakfast, and of course, the spa is amazing. It would be great if the hotel could put a kettle in each room.

We love this spa-hotel in Mondorf Les Bains. We go back every year on our travels to Europe. The hotel itself has got all the comforts and amazing spa facilities. The surroundings are also breathtaking. The park and the gardens give you plenty of lovely walks. Definitely recommend it

Hotel better for adults

Was a little surprised when they charged us 60 Euros per child per day at the end of our stay. This was 360 Euros for a 3 night stay in addition to our regular bill.

Also, the hotel entrance to the hot springs pools enters directly into the 16++ section. We arrived late, went to the pools after 9 pm, entered through the suggested hotel entrance, then saw many naked men showering outside while we tried to swim. Eye opening and quite a surprise! This is more of an adult hotel but coming from America, we did not know this.

Overpriced for what it is

Personally I was quite disappointed by the Mondorf Parc hotel, particularly when considering the cost of staying there. Firstly, the room was small and felt quite cramped. Secondly, it was under-equipped - there was no kettle in the room, nor iron or ironing board. As a lone female traveller, I also did not like the fact that there was no way of locking the door from the inside - I know this may make me seem paranoid, but it would have made me feel much more secure at night. The hotel, to me, was extremely overpriced and I left feeling I had been ripped off.

Die Anlage is zur Zeit eine grosse Baustelle. Anfahrt zum Hotel unmöglich und kein freier Parkplatz in der Nähe.
Als ich mich beim Rezeptionisten beschwerte, dass bei der Buchung nicht darauf hingewiesen wurde, meinte ein arroganter Rezeptionist das sei Sache von Expedia und nicht vom Hotel.
Zimmer sind klein und nicht sehr komfortabel.
Bad ist klein und es gibt kein Bidet, und dies in einem Spa!? Das Personal war weder sehr professionell noch besonders zuvorkommend.
Wellness ist gut.
Das Hotel in dieser Preiskategorie nicht empfehlenswert

Hôtel au visuel extérieur ancien, mais une fois passé les portes de la réception, nous arrivons dans un hall moderne et très lumineux.
Le personnel à la réception, de chambre et du petit déjeuner est vraiment très agréable et avenant.
La chambre est très propre, la terrasse est agréable même en temps de pluie avec un auvent électrique, ce qui nous permet de pouvoir d'être en extérieur tout de même.
La spa avec sa piscine thermale et vraiment très agréable, il faisait 7 degrés et nous avons pu profiter de la partie extérieure comme si nous étions en été.
Nous avons moins apprécié le wellness car il y avait beaucoup de personnes nus.
N'hésitez pas à aller visiter également le musée de l'aviation situé derrière les thermes, il n'est pas très grand, mais très intéressant et gratuit.

Upon arrival, we received a very friendly welcome. Unfortunately, we had forgotten our debit and credit cards, so we asked the receptionist if it was possible to withdraw cash via their debit card machine (Apple Pay). This wasn't possible. There was also no nearby bank with a phone (Apple Pay) to withdraw cash. We found this very disappointing. The lesson learned is that we will never forget our debit cards on vacation again.

Because we didn't have a credit card with us, we were able to deposit €100 into our room using their debit card machine (Apple Pay) in case we wanted to consume anything in our room.
Upon checking out (four days later), we received this money back in cash. We found this very strange, as it was completely impossible to withdraw cash at the reception desk upon check-in. This left a bit of a bad taste in our mouths.

The suite was wonderful! Extremely clean and spacious. However, the bed was far too firm (for us), and we had a rough night. We reported this in the morning, and before we knew it, housekeeping had put a second mattress topper on top. This definitely helped.

The breakfast was delicious. Nothing was lacking. There was even a slow juicer that turned carrots, celery, pears, and apples into a delicious juice. I've never seen that in a hotel before!There's not much to do in the surrounding area. Being in Clervaux gives you a more lively feel. However, we did enjoy the privacy, as there were hardly any Dutch people there, as they were all in Clerve

Not a family hotel.

Not a family friendly hotel/resort. Nice for adults but not for familis with children. We booked based on the hotels.com description about several pools and activities. Only one pool is available for children and it's not good for children as it's a thermal spa pool.

Verblijf in een hotel met thermale wellness.

Het hotel biedt een uitgebreid ontbijt. Je ontvangt een polsbandje voor toegang tot kamer en het complex met zwembaden en wellness. De dag van vertrek is de kamer tot 11u beschikbaar. Je mag de badmantel en grote handdoek nog verder gebruiken die dag omdat het polsbandje nog even actief blijft voor toegang tot zwembaden en wellness. Wij verbleven er 2 nachten. We hadden een executive kamer geboekt maar de airco werkte niet, het bleef 25 graden. De volgende dag kregen wij een upgrade naar een junior suite en we hebben een later vertrekuur kunnen bekomen.

Très bon séjour, endroit et personnel très agréables. Notre chambre ne convenant pas, un échange a eu lieu sans problème. Nous avons profité sans limitation de tous les espaces wellness, fitness, piscine thermale...Tout est à disposition pour le respect des gestes barrière si on le souhaite.

Excellent séjour, très bon accueil, la chambre est suffisamment spacieuse avec une literie très confortable. Le petit déjeuner buffet est très copieux avec des produits de bonnes qualités. Le plus de cet hôtel c'est l'accès direct à l'espace Welness.

Très décevant, à éviter !

Très déçus de notre séjour. La piscine thermale est en très mauvais état . Joints manquants, mosaïques fissurées . Mal entretenue, nous avons connu cet établissement il y a 20 ans et même si les chambres ont été rénovées , la piscine thermale n’a pas profité de cette cure de jouvence .
De même triste image au départ des curistes dans les zones d’attente des soins ou de détente, serviettes oubliées sur les fauteuils , papiers ou journaux abandonnés . La propreté laisse à désirer ...
Notre télévision est tombée en panne à 2 reprises, un technicien est finalement venu mais encore un point négatif .
Tout cela dans un hôtel 4 étoiles c’est vraiment intolérable !
Seul point positif : le petit déjeuner est bon et varié.
