Hotel is a bit out of the way in an enterprise park. But it's much better value than the hotels around the LUX airport. Rooms are good, modern, large with a great bar and restaurant if you don't want to go out. Easy parking onsite or on the road. Not really accessible by foot.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport, in a quiet area. The staff is friendly and welcoming.
However, for me there are two major weak points: considering the nightly rate, the room is uncomfortable (with the sink oddly placed inside the bedroom), and parking is not included but charged separately.
Despite the positive aspects mentioned, I would not book this hotel again.

Nice hotel, just know about the location first.

Pros: The hotel is modern, very clean, and stylish. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped.

Cons: The location is much further from the city centre than we expected. Be prepared to rely on transportation.

Verdict: Ideal for travellers seeking a quiet, peaceful stay away from the city noise. Not the best choice for those who want to walk everywhere.

Nice modern hotel. Only complaints- super hard bed (a Europe thing?), A.C. did not cool the room very well (they only allow a -3 celsius deviation by the guests), and the expensive restaurant was not great- two UNDERCOOKED Veggie burgers and one overcooked steak. But clean hotel, spacious, nice staff, great shower.

We had a nice experience staying at this hotel. Our hotel room was huge - we were at the Gallery suites. Breakfast was good as well with wide variety of choices.Front desk were also helpful and respectful. I like the location of the hotel because it’s quiet and far from the busy city. Even though it’s not within the city of Luxembourg we preferred that. There is a close by grocery store in that hotel. And what I like the most, public transportation is free for everyone ( for residents and tourists a like ).

Girlie weekend away - we loved it. Wish there was tea and coffee in the room but hey ho! The breakfast was delish. It was a very chilled out location. Free public transport - Buses and trains were complicated and taxis very expensive. Very close to airport. Would deffo go back. We had such a laugh with reception - great sense of humour!

Weekend Getaway for two.

Overall the hotel was nice.

Checkin was easy and the staff were great! The hotel offed some infused water which was nice after a long day of traveling. Sadly it was not consistently there for consumption as we would not see it again until the day we checked out.

Room was nice. Large and not cramped. Layout was a bit different that what we are used to, but very convenient.

The hotel offered complimentary beverages in our fridge, but it was a once and done (we were there for four nights).

One nice thing is service was every other day, when the room was not serviced, the hotel advertised a tree would be planed to help the environment.

Now for the items we didn't like - AC didn't do much. There was a six degree range and it was warm or warmer. So we opened a window to cool down the room.

Also, the bed was like sleeping on a brick. Very hard. Not what I would expect in a four star hotel. Pillows were very soft, but there were only three of them. One more would have been nice. We likely could have requested it, but didn't really see the need for sleeping.

Shower was great, lots of space, hot water (not intermittent hot water), large towels. Toiletries were a bit lacking. We would have liked to have some hand cream/lotion and conditioner in addition to the ONE bottle of shower gel. It smelled great, but not an all in one item...

Very convenient to the bus route. Next to a organic grocery store, it was pricy, but quality cost's money.

It's a bit outside, but very convenient to use with public transport. One should know, ALL public transport is free in Luxembourg, and there are several bus lines going directly to the hotel, so you can basically go anywhere within the country from here for free. Including the Airport.

The hotel is advertised as a 4-star hotel, yet it lacks basic amenities in the room.
The good: the bed was big and comfy, the room was clean, relatively late check-out.
The bad:
* The bathroom design is open, with a glass cabin shower, which is to be considered if you're traveling with others.
* No information was provided at check-in about the wellness facilities.
* No kettle or tea/coffee maker (or maybe you need an upgrade for that !)
* At check-out, we were almost going to be charged twice, until i notified them that the room was paid for in advance through expedia!

The staff here went above and beyond. They helped me figure out how to explore, how to travel, and how to figure out so many things on my first visit. This hotel is overpriced for what it is. However Luxembourg in general is overpriced. This hotel is far away from any meaning and convenient public transportation and therefore you must hire a car which is an added expense. This hotel is located near a semi industrial / business estate and the area is kind of weirdly deserted yet the hotel itself is placed next to a highway so you get the highway traffic noise. Some of the staff have an attitude problem here however one staff member named Jerome was a real pleasure to deal with and model professional. It's kind of weird that everytime you want to come to the dining hall you have pass reception and it can be weirdly and awkwardly silent with them standing there watching as you pass - the dining options themselves are limited with not much on the menu and the clientele I met there were not my vibe. I would not go back and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The location, the style, the cleanliness. This is our 6 stay at the hotel and it’s consistently good.

If anything to improve upon would be adding a small auto closing mechanism on the cupboard where the fridge and bin are as well as the bathroom as these door bang loudly!! The service is the restuarant is friendly and efficient. Would be great to see some new items on the menu and the breakfast buffet too..

Air condition was not working, so make sure it does before reserving on hot summer days especially. They asked to open windows instead failing to repair the A.C, which invited mosquitoes and smell of smokes (something other than tobacco for sure) the whole night while i tried sleeping. Breakfasts are 23 euroes per person which i find is too expensive

Very disappointed on arrival to the hotel with a planned stay of 5 days only to find all food and beverage facilities were closed. Totally understand we are in a pandemic situation but this should have been confirmed when booking. After seeing such high reviews, we had our expectations set a bit too high. The hotel is a very good hotel for business travel, but nothing special otherwise. The room was nice and the hotel was very modern and clean. The sauna was nice and the cleaning lady was very helpful even without being able to speak English. The decor was a bit too modern and odd for our tastes, but that’s a personal preference. The restaurant is good, but rather expensive. All in all it is a very good hotel, just not the excellent 9/10 that the reviews indicate - unless you are only comparing against other airport business hotels maybe.

The staff were helpful and polite. Location is a little far. 10 minutes walk to the bus stop and about 15-20 minutes from the city center.

Hotel was clean, modern, and comfortable, but Hotels.com cost us over $50. by saying there was free shuttle service. The shuttle service is only Monday-Friday, and end sat 5: on Friday. We had to spend a lot on taxis, and wouldn't have stayed there had we known there was no shuttle. VERY aggravating because we had spent almost all of our cash.

Driving back from Switzerland to the UK . Different stopover to usual
Rooms great . British channels on the TV even.
Food excellent, even the bar snacks well above normal hotel food standard . Great breakfast as well before the drive home .
Only downside I suppose is location out of town . We were going to pop into Luxembourg City for a couple of hours but traffic on a Friday night meant wasn’t worth the effort, made up for by excellent meal at hotel though . Would stay again if in the area

Overall it was a very average stay. Poor connections, overpriced taxis and unwelcoming. The bed was ok, the facilities where ok and the staff where ok, except one that was rude. The breakfast wasn't very good(certainly not worth the price). It seems as though the hotel is too keen to please everyone and ignore the culture. The hotel on a night was quiet, given there is nothing about I would have expected some effort to bring a bit of culture and life to the hotel. So much potential but not enough attention to detail.

Seems brand new. Looks plush and rooms are super clean and very contemporary. Only negatives were that it got quite warm at night and there was no coffee maker in the room. The staff are very friendly and the rooms are clean and very modern. The in-room facilities are somewhat limited (namely, no hot drink facilities are provided or Iron and ironing board) but in fairness they are readily available if you ask reception (including kettles). The TV channel selection is very good. Those not so technonolgy minded will find it a bit tricky as the room service menu etc is provided on-line only, so not in hard copy form in your room, but again, if you ask reception they are very accommodating and will print it out for you.
I suppose the most disappointing thing is that the hot food is only available at certain times and outside this only pizza is on offer. However, if you time it right, the hot food is exceptional - the filet steak was absolutely gorgeous!
The area that the hotel is in is also a bit disappointing (it is totally safe but as it is in a business park, there is nowhere really to go for a walk).
But overall, you will have a very nice stay here.

We have stayed at the hotel 3 or 4 times - it would have been very nice to have had some recognition of our continued custom at the hotel as we especially made an effort to come back because of the excellent service we had had in the past.

Breakfast had previously been included so it was rather disappointing that it was an extra cost and that the service in the morning for breakfast had declined with more self-service for hot drinks - that was one of the major reasons for us using the hotel that the very friendly staff remembered the hot drinks for each of us and kindly asked us for more of the same making us feel very welcome - this time it was just self service and very impersonal. Previously we were offered a complementary drink before dinner which was a fantastic touch this was not conveyed and could have been part of the service as we deliberately stayed for dinner because of the previous service and exquisite quality - this time the bread served was not fresh and we were not offered the same selection as our fellow diners which was rather disappointing. There was still a lovely surprise as part of the meal fois gras with chocolate which was great but the starter we had was too much in quantity. Previously we were pampered in terms of service which now seemed to have been cut - even if some of the same waiters were there but they had to run a lot faster thus less time to focus on the clients - it was noticeable!! so to management: get back to your previous standard!!

The hotel is nice but it's in the middle of nowhere. The staff is very nice and always helpful. The restaurant has great food except for the pizza. The room did not have a telephone directory or a channel guide. The air conditioning is really not a real air conditioning system as it only blows somewhat cooler air and you can only set the temperature lower or higher by three degrees. The on-site parking is very limited but you can park on the street next to the hotel.

Not acceptable for the price

Not an option for the price. Not at all. The area was isolated, the restaurant and the food service at the hotel works only during small periods of time during the day. Out of those time-frames you cannot be hungry. And if you are... you have to either have a car or a taxi.
The front desk person told me \"it's not worth to spend 130 Euros in a Taxi for going to have a burger at McDonalds.\" All said.

A confusion over shuttle pick up from airport left us waiting for 50mins. But a speedy check in and still time for lunch helped! Very comfortable and clean. Could offer more shower gel as 30ml for 2 is a bit tight. Restaurant very good and excellent buffet lunch for a very good price. Breakfast also very good. Have stayed here previously and will do so, again.

Great place to stay at the end of our bike tour; good information given for access to the garage.
Staff at reception and restaurant were very helpful and friendly.
Room has an odd layout but everything works, is clean and the bed was comfortable.
The evening meal was fine, breakfast was better- wide choices available.
