Lovely hotel right next to the airport, clean with amazing customer service. We came well before check in time, which was very kind of them. The receptionist also told us how to get transportation to city centre and Trier. For a quick stopover in Luxembourg highly recommended it

However, breakfast needs improvement—the selection is limited and the quality is below expectations. Absolutely amazing! No noise whatsoever from the outside. 5 min walk to the airport. 30 min by direct tram or bus to the city centre. Public transport is free. The coffee machine might not work the first time, try pressing down the lid and the water tank. The reception staff are super friendly.

I stayed at the hotel for the Luxembourg Remich 70.3 Ironman race. First of all, I spent a relaxed and comfortable two days both at the hotel and at my room. Parking was available with a fee. The staff prepared me a snack box for breakfast upon my request which already made my race morning. They were friendly and showed great hospitality from check-in to check-out. The breakfast itself was also great. I definitely recommend this value of the price hotel.

I loved that this hotel had a reasonably priced room available on very short notice! The service was outstanding, and the room was well-appointed. It would be a 5* hotel if in the city.
The only little issue is that the airplane noise is noticeable. However, they provide you with earplugs, if you like.
But again, it is AT the airport!

I have found staying at the NH Collection a great experience and have been back several times. The staff is extremely helpful. This hotel was really nice. We had an early flight and the hotel was about a 5 - 10 minute walk to the terminal. There are sidewalks the whole way and you can see the terminal from the hotel. The staff was really nice and professional. Everyone spoke multiple languages, which was helpful. The restaurant was good and served dinner until 10pm. The room was nice and had an American size shower and air conditioning, which is not always the case in European hotels. The room was pretty quiet even though it was close to the airport. They provided ear plugs as well, in case you are a light sleeper. The bed was firm and the room was clean. I would stay here again if I was flying out of the Luxembourg airport.

This is the worst hotel you could possibly stay at. We saw BED BUGS on the bed. Once telling the staff, we were moved to another room which also had BED BUGS. The staff saw this and moved us to room number 3 which had the same issue. This whole situation landed us at midnight with nowhere to go. The staff was extremely disrespectful and gave us attitude the entire time. I will never stay at an NH property again after this experience.

I messaged the property prior to our trip to arrange pick-up and was first asked for the arrival information then later told no shuttle was available. Although the walk was only 5 minutes from the terminal I was very disappointed. Rain was forcasted and we specifically chose the airport NH because of the shuttle service.

Amazing Breakfast open till late during the weekend (11.00 saturday, 12.00 sunday) and very good vegan choices. Decent Gym, the room is very spacious and there is a good amount of equipments, even though some of them are a bit outdated and need maintenance or to be changed. Location is very good, few minutes from aiport and 20 minutes from city center by bus and despite being close to the aiport there is no noise at all.
The size of the room was average but adeauste. Bathroom was quite small, but ok.
