The room was fine but there were very very loud ongoing constructions. You could not even hear the TV when it was on. The hotel staff was nice to give me a different room, but since you could hear the constructions even from the lobby, it was barely better, In my second room, there was no heat until the staff sent 2 technicians to reconnect the heating system in the ceiling. The hotel should no be open during such loud constructions or at least customers considering staying there should be notified before booking a room that these constructions end at 5 PM. Given the inconvenience, the rates should have been much lower. I was able to switch my first night to a room in IBIS but since I had prepaid via Expedia for the 2nd night at IBIS budget, I was stuck there.

Staff was brilliant and very helpful and room good(ish). However the toilet was so small you had to go outside to change your mind, but still usable. Breakfast bar top notch with everything required for a good day. Very close to transport facilities.

Ibis Budgets are bare bones. This one had no hand soap in the bathroom, have to use the one in the shower. (They're usually the same stuff.) No blow drier. Water pressure could have been better. To get from one side of the room, past the bed, you pretty much have to turn sideways. That's how close the foot of the bed is to the wall. None of which are deal breakers. It's very quiet, considering it's right across from the airport. You wouldn't know it. Clean, bed was comfortable. Breakfast was average. Pay to park. 10 euro, I think. I'd stay again.

Dreadful experience. Beds so hard that I had back & hip pain. Pillows are flat. Room is tiny. Only 1 towel per person, no hand towel etc which is very unhygienic. Maid took our key card when cleaning the room- still awaiting contact from the hotel about our stay. Someone tried to enter our room during our second night. As we were staying with two children, we left the next morning cutting our stay short by 1 night. Nobody at reception to speak to, it was not manned. We had to book another hotel in the city for our last night. I have emailed to seek compensation for the last night but have not received a response. It was a truly miserable stay and would not recommend to anyone. Very disappointing.

The hotel is very old. Walls are paper thin, so hopefully you’ll have respectful neighbors. The room is awkward this little space and is dirty (old stains) and dated. I recommend looking for other alternatives.

Paid for room and breakfast upon checking in was told i was not entitled to breakfast i contacted jotels.com and they said they had spoken go the hotel and everything was fine.The first 2 mornings were ok but the third morning i was asked for my room number and was told i hadn't paid for breakfast. W booked a room for 2 double beds as we are all elderly. When we arrived the first room they offered was a double bed and a bunk bed. We said no that would not work. So they had to find another room this one had a double bed and to small tein beds with mattress 2 inches thick. None of us slept. Pillows could have been bricks and been more comfortable. Then the next morning the coffee machine wasnt working. The staff were kind enough to make us coffee fro. Their staff coffee maker. That was the only thing good. The mo ey paud was a waste. I would never recommend this place to anyone. The only convenience was it was literally at the airport.

The toilet cupboard/box was not even enough room for my partner to sit in and he's not even extremely tall! He's 5'8\"! Absurd addition to the room and our toilet smelt badly of cigarette smoke so clearly previous guests used it to smoke in.
There was drilling and banging going on in the room next to us from 9am, luckily we headed out at 9.30am, but its besides the point.
Beds were extremely comfy though! Slept very well apart from the heat. We had to sleep witj the window open.
The hospital style curtain across the room is gross, again an odd feature of the room.

Disappointing stay. Staff unhelpful lacking communication. Restaurant menu very limited which lacked choice especially for children. Tried to eat in bar area but told bar menu was takeaway only. Also takeaway food was of a very low standard, for the price. Breakfast in the morning was shambolic. Only positive was location with bus stop into the city right outside the hotel. I would not recommend this hotel which is disappointing as I have stayed at many Ibis hotels in Europe and their standards are normally very high.

For 100 euro/ night this is not a hotel, a hostel much better with a very high price for what they offer. In the room a disgusting carpet which actually stinks so bad you can sleep because of the smell , furniture it's cracking at every move, it's similar like a box size...Breakfast included apparently in another small room with very limited choices (maximum 6 items in total included bread), served same on a small room full of tables and chairs. Does what it says on the packet. It is a budget hotel, very budget hotel. Bus connection was good to town and breakfast was much better than expected. Car parking on site is always a bonus. OK for a one night night stop over, I would not want to stay longer.

Wasn’t expecting a lot being budget however air con didn’t work thankfully could open window. Room still really hot and being adjacent to the runway was woken early by plans with window open. Please be aware if you book a family room your child if over 10 is classed as an adult and will not get breakfast unless you pay extra even though you have paid already for a family room with breakfast.

Pluses: The hotel was walking distance from the airport and they had a shuttle to the airport. Shuttle driver was helpful.

Very convenient to the airport, but you have to walk through a large parking lot. Having WiFi available in the rooms instead of just in the lobby would be a big benefit. Breakfast was good and they packed us something since we were leaving before the breakfast opened.

Excellent location near the airport. The shuttle service was so helpful. My room was next to the elevator and I heard it running all night. Didn’t sleep at all. The rooms were clean and the beds were okay. Room was very hot with no clear instructions on how to control the temperature. Overall, can’t beat the location and it was okay for the few hours we were there between flights.

Located near the airport (less than 10min away on foot) and quite a bit from the city centre (still well reachable by bus on c20min ride, stop right in front of the hotel and public transport free in the country). Windows provide good soundproofing so despite airport proximity there's little noise.
There seemed to be some works going on in the building although nothing on my floor. The room is pretty basic, but with the exception of the carpet that was stained a lot, was quite clean. Certainly no luxury, hardly any storage and the table even tinier than I expected.
Overall, if you just need a bed for the night and are ok with no frills, this could do.

All was as expected for a budget airport hotel. Small room, small toilet. Breakfast was good, worths paying for. Only the heating was a problem because there was none. Some nights get chilly even in August, heating shouldn't be switched off by calendar but by outdoors temperature.

Luxembourg is expensive, so having a budget hotel is a nice mercy. The room was small but attractively arranged, and was clean and quiet. It's a bit of a walk to the airport, and amenities were sparse during Covid (there's not much nearby--it's an airport hotel), but breakfast was available downstairs and was fine.
