Very poor response and training in the given circumstances regarding the war and safety in Dubai. The information was non existent given from the hotel. Emergency plan wasn't relayed to guests at all and they couldn't even explain it !
Then there's the mouse which was terrible all day long !!!! Worse than ever and certainly not the making of an enjoyable quiet relaxing holiday !!! What a huge disappointment that time visiting from all angles !!!!

Really great place to relax and recharge. Fabulous staff from arrival to departure through breakfast lunch dinner and more. Beautiful manicured gardens beach and 3 different well sized pools. Have stayed in a lot of places in Dubai but will always try to return here. Feels like you could be anywhere rather than on the edge of a cityscape. Also easier to get around - not so affected by BlaBla traffic at other end of the walk.

Second time staying here and love it just as much as the first time. The pools and beach are as good as you can get. The food and restaurant options really tick all the boxes. Staff are all friendly and super helpful. We love the location of this hotel from Dubai Marina, JBR Beach, and really everything. You are in walking distance to so much and or not a far taxi ride to other options. Would for sure come back to this hotel. If I could make a recommendation I would maybe have music playing more around especially to block out all the construction that is around. Right now with the rate they are building in Dubai it is inevitable you have construction anywhere you stay. They did have live music the one afternoon around the beach bar but that was it really. All in all a great stay and time in Dubai.

I booked a sea view room via Expedia and included a specific request for a room with a good view to enhance my vacation experience. Yet, the hotel didn’t respond on the messages. Upon check-in, I also asked for a quiet room. However, I was assigned a room on the lowest floor, directly across from the elevator, and with two twin beds—none of which aligned with my requests.
It took approximately 20 minutes of back and forth discussion while I was informed by the check-in staff that no alternative rooms were available. Fortunately, after escalating the issue to the duty manager, I was promptly reassigned to a higher-floor room with a beautiful sea view, which better met my expectations.
While I greatly appreciate the professionalism and excellent service provided by the duty manager and the concierge team, the initial check-in experience fell short and impacted my first impression of the hotel. I would recommend improving consistency in service standards across all front desk staff and encouraging the team to learn from those who deliver truly outstanding customer service.

Fab stay - it's a great hotel. Super well staffed - the staff are second to none and the service was excellent all week. Love the layout and the fact there was an adults only garden - very peaceful reading my book out there. We ate at the buffet a couple of times, the beach bar, Mexican and the sports bar - all excellent. The food was fresh and plentiful. Rooms large, beds comfortable and well-stocked. Would highly recommend - a premium is charged but nothing was too much trouble and I came away feeling rested and like I'd had a holiday.

This was Our first time visiting Dubai, I had heard Taxi’s were required to get everywhere which initially put me off, however the location of Le Royal Meridien was great. With JBR walk round the corner we were able to walk all the way to blue waters and also across to the Marina which was ideal.
As for the hotel itself it was always clean, there were always staff on hand to help with any requests and the staff themselves were all excellent. Very friendly and accommodating, nothing was a problem. This became more apparent when our 6 month old son developed an ear infection on our first night. Within 10minutes of contacting the concierge the hotels 24/7 paramedic was in our room checking on our son, who then arranged a doctors appointment the following morning including transport to/from the doctor. The hotel and staff couldn’t have been more helpful.
The hotel pool, bars and beach were all great, with ample private hotel grounds and gardens to walk around which was excellent for kids.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone, especially anyone with children. Would definitely stay again.

The guy in the reception was really terrible and unfriendly. I asked to arrange for breakfast on the day of departure and a transportation , he refused and we walked away. Unfriendly and trying to up-sell all the time. The arrangements that were agreed on were not held and we had to complain over the bill to remove the errors. Also the service staff at the restaurant did shout and scream over a bill my associate forgot to sign. we spent thousands of dollars in this hotel and this kind of unfriendly behavior is not making the stay pleasant. I understand that the staff is driven to sell and probably get % of sale but they do not know how to behave with guests.

We stayed at this hotel when we were coming back from visiting our son in Melbourne in 2018. We loved the hotel and chose to stay there again this year. It is even better now. It has been extensively modernised and it looks fantastic. The staff are all really friendly and helpful and obviously take a pride in the hotel. The service is excellent. Beautiful landscaped gardens with several swimming pools. Excellent choice of restaurants. I can really recommend this hotel. We can't wait to go back again.

I am disappointed .. if you want yo relax by the beach , its not possible .. There is a bar and night club very close to hotel called Zero Gravity .. my god , ıI have never heard such a loud music .. they start in the morning and they continue until 3.00 am in the morning .. even the sound proof windows don't work .. I called the police to report incredibly loud music but that didn't solve the problem either .. The hotel is very nice , it has a beautiful garden but the loud music is enough to destroy your vacation ..

The resort and facilities are nice and updated. The service was a little spotty. While some of the service staff are gems, some other employees just stay there or do the bare minimum. On our first night, we were faced with the situation where the hotel was hosting a Christmas dinner and the sound and music was really loud until 10:30 pm. There was no notice this was going to be happening. The next day, there was music again until 8 pm, and no electricity for a part of the day. To me it didn’t feel like a 5 star hotel. Other facilities were good.
