Hotel was good . it's located beside the tram line ,which is good and bad . the public transport is free so you can take the tram from the airport or the train station to the hotel at no cost . but you do feel the rumble of the tram line in the room . It's a quiet area ,not much around but only about 7 min by tram to old town ( which looks kind of new) .I'd stay again .

Huge, comfortable and clean rooms with a load of storage. Staff were friendly, polite and efficient. The hotel is a couple of minutes away from 2 tram stops and 10 minutes from a funicular to the lower city, and the MUDAM art gallery. One thing to be aware of is that the area is mainly offices, so after 5pm it's really quiet with hardly anyone about, which can feel a bit isolated.

Great Hotel, Parking Issues... Read On...

Excellent Facilities that we couldn't fault, really liked the motorised blackout blinds that make the room totally dark.

The only gripe that we had was with the parking, unfortunately for us, we were in a vehicle that was larger than the underground car park, so we had to rely on the open air parking, which is limited at best, and there was no space for us, so we had to park offsite on the road, not the best for us, as we had a vehicle full of camping equipment and belongings.

There could be parking bays lined out on the floor, in one section, if guests had parked sensibly there could have been room for 3 or 4 more vehicles...

It was frustrating we we asked to park off site, as there were no spaces, however, in the morning, it appeared like a free for all, with guests just abandoning their vehicles wherever in the car park, which we would have happily done, instead of parking offsite.

It would be nice if the hotels (the Novotel next door also shares the car park) ask guests with smaller cars that will fit in the 2m underground car park to move their cars from the unrestricted car park, so that more taller vehicles could be accommodated.

That's our only minor gripe from an otherwise faultless stay.

The price of this hotel is worth it. The room is spacious. Perfect for a family. It has the best value. You can easily go to this hotel from the tram station near the hotel. It only take like 7 minutes of tram to get to the city center. The staff and managers from the hotel and restaurant are very professional and helpful. The team truly reflects the General Manager’s, great characters and leadership. They truly cares about his guest satisfactions. We would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends, and one day would come back again.

Excellent location, easy and plentiful parking (not immediately obvious which street to go down to find it), excellent service at the front desk with well spoken English (one guy in particular on the morning shift on 22 August - wish i’d asked his name). He helped me make an overseas phone call and was very sympathetic to my issue with my bank - he even asked me the next day if i wanted to make another call to resolve my issue. EXCELLENT service!

On day 2 i told staff that the shower dripped cold water from rainhead while showering with shower rose - technician couldn’t fix so the offered change of room, free breakfast or 3 days free car parking - again, excellent service.

The bed was comfy, ample wardrobe space, separate toilet, good lighting, can open windows slightly for air, bath as well as shower, huge towels, eco bins for recycling. Really nice cosy seating outside for ambient relaxing. Very close to tram station for FREE tram into city, and a shopping centre with dining and supermarket.

Would definitely come again - highly recommend, and thank you!

This is probably the best of the hotels around the area of the Court of Justice. The rooms are very large and it is quiet if you need to work all day in your room. The breakfast buffet is fairly standard, and there is no restaurant in the hotel, but there are restaurants in the Novotel, the Sofitel and the surrounding area.

Lovely hotel with lovely suites. Very handy having the free tramline straight into the city centre. Staff are friendly and welcoming and the housekeeping staff do a great job.

The hotel just needs to update their information as not everything is as advertised in their materials onsite - for example the bar isn’t open until 1am just 22:30 - this may be a carry on from Covid restrictions though.

I have been mistreated in the front desk

Amazing how one person can spoil your whole trip, everyone else in the hotel was very friendly and helpful but this person named Sallhia, was very rude, she made sure she did not want to help us with anything, and always displaying an angry face. I tried to PAY for a late checkout , she lied the hotel as fully booked and when I told her that there was plenty of rooms available online she got even ruder. Also rude and quite bully with the other receptionist (that was lovely) in front of us. I find it unacceptable and will never go back to this hotel

Great visit in Luxembourg...

Very quite and pleasant stay thanks too a welcoming and caring staff. Much appreciated. The Novotel Suites at Kirchberg is super clean and well designed. A great location to visit Luxembourg City and the Grand-Duchy using the high-tech (and free) tram situated at 200 meters. We'll be back !

Fantastic hotel, modern clean and well thought out. The staff were friendly, professional and very helpful and overall we had a great experience. We would highly recommend this hotel, only issue we had was that to park a car was €18 a night and it was not included in our room rate and there was no mention of the extra cost.

The staff was amazing. Very helpful and friendly. Property was decent. The bed was one of the most uncomfortable ever. It woke me many times in the night. The sheets were likely made of hay as they were super low quality. The train is also right next to the hotel so expect to be woken by that every morning. Overall, the stay was ok. Not for the price though.

We struggled to find a hotel in Luxembourg that looked reliable. The Novotel Suites was our \"safe\" choice and it was great. A/C worked in the heat wave. Everything was fresh, clean, even a bit space age. Three sinks, solid door to shower room. Hair dryer was the best in europe. Wasserkocher in room, but only small paper cups. Tram has been extended to the city and is free until mid Sept. Electric black out blinds and sound proofing helped sleep even on the road side of the hotel.
