Superb furnishing in the room. Amazing quality linens and towels. Good strong shower-head. Had difficulty lowering the temperature, the room is not fitted with air conditioning but at least you can open the window ajar to get a breath of fresh air. Huge bed. Very comfy! Staff in the restaurant were pleasant and welcoming; the reception staff were a bit off-hand but we stayed at a holiday weekend so I suppose their tempers were a little frayed.

Really lovely hotel outside the main center of Luxembourg City but a two minute walk to a free tram system that will get you into the heart of the city in about 15 mins. The staff were great. And it is very close to an awesome shopping mall called Cloche d’Or - great shopping experience. Loved Luxembourg!

I had a wonderful stay that started with Marcus going above and beyond from the minute I walked through the doors. My room was comfortable and clean. It was an easy walk to the T1 tram. The breakfast offered a variety of yummy items and plenty of coffee. I highly recommend and would happily stay here again.

A very comfortable stay. The concierge organised a gift of chocolate to celebrate our anniversary. The room was spacious and very clean. Free mini bar stocked with water and soft drinks. Staff let the place down. It was a bank holiday so I assume the staff were unhappy about working, but from check in the departure, every staff member I had the displeasure of dealing with just didn’t care.
The hotel is ok- I still don’t see the point of having the shower IN the bedroom but there we go.

Vriendelijke personeel, zeer nette kamer, zeer goed ontbijt (wel beperkter in keuze dan bij de meeste andere hotels), zeer goed 3gangen diner (half pension). Will definitely be staying at INNside hotel again. They just opened in May so everything is brand new and in great condition. Wifi worked well, TV allows chrome cast and you have to enter a code from the screen to your phone in order to use it so randoms aren’t casting to your room. TV has alarm option, a calendar, the local weather, global news, and more. The window allowed in just the right amount of fresh air when opened, black out curtains were lovely, was an electric kettle, some tea and coffee, a hairdryer, magnified mirror, large rain shower, comfy bed, back lighting on headboard and TV, multiple light options, and amazing customer service. Also less than a block from the bus station which is a safe, clean, and free transport into the rest of the city!
