we enjoyed the view and thew hotel itself.

The mornings were a bit loud out front with the hustle of business but that was ok.

The least enjoyable mention of our stay was not based on the hotel but the Palestinian protestors that gathered. in front of the official building a 100 yds away. We didn't travel to Lloret de mar to deal with that crap. The only flag I want to see flown in Spain is their own flag. The Spanish gov and business councils need to put an end to this crap. It was way worse in Barcelona but we were sad to experience in in Lloret De Mar

This was in a terrific location right near the beach, restaurants, etc. The rooms and space where excellent.
It is advertised as having parking, but the parking is blocks away. It is extremely difficult to drive to the hotel, and you have to know the exact route to get through the blocked streets. This would have been helpful to know in advance.

Better than expected!

It is so hard to choose a good place, especially if you have never been there before and don’t know the lay of the land. We have booked many properties and have had both great and not-so great experiences. Our 3 day stay at this property in Athens was AMAZING!!! 1) I am particular about cleanliness and the apartment was very clean much of it had been updated. I wasn’t looking for a place with a bunch of amenities I wasn’t going to use (we were in Athens after all and wanted to see everything we could squeeze in!) However, it was so inviting and comfortable that a couple of our family members decided to stay back from sightseeing and have some downtime at the apartment! Also, the view from the living room and balcony of the Acropolis was BREATHTAKING! Nothing like sipping coffee or a glass of wine while looking at the Acropolis!2) Location. Unbelievable! Literally right across the street from the museum! Also, you can walk to both entrances of the Acropolis! When we arrived, we saw that the hop-on/off busses stopped RIGHT ACROSS THE street! We decided to do the bus one day and it made us realize how perfect the location of the apartment was. Clean, safe and central.3) Restaurants: There are dozens of places walking distance and Georgia gives many great recommendations. Our favorite (went 2 nights in a row!) was Gargaretta. Great food and staff.Georgia was a perfect host! LOVED our Stay!!!!!

Misrepresentation regarding parking. Their own parking is not on site and quite a walk with heavy bags.

There are only 6 public parking spaces on the street, which are NOT free and were already taken.

Rooms were dirty with black hairs in bed, towels, shower and shower room floor.

Excellent choice for breakfast but the hot food was very cold.

Reception staff were excellent but the woman cleaning the bar/restaurant in the morning was extremely rude and ended up shouting at me the top of her voice!

A nice hotel well laid out the food in the restaurant was excellent, The drinks prices even the water with dinner was a bit steep, the only thing missing in the room was tissues something simple.
A nice roof top pool could do with heating it was freezing which was a shame it spoilt the pool visit.

El baño estaba en malas condiciones por falta de mantenimiento, las juntas de la ducha llenas de moho y el agua caliente era intermitente. Solicitamos cambio de habitación y en la siguiente la ducha funcionaba mejor, pero el moho era el mismo. Lamentamos mucho haber seleccionado ese hotel para nuestras vacaciones

Overall the hotel was lovely. Excellent location if you just want to chill out on the beach for a couple of days or have a bite to eat. Wasn’t tones of stuff to do around the area but was still a great place to just relax. Not a lot of choice for the spa & was a little bit pricey in my opinion. I highly recommend a private transfer from Barcelona airport too. We went economy for the price but it ended up taking 4hrs to get there!! Private transfer works out to be about an hour I think. The one thing I was disappointed by was the pool area on the roof. It’s lovely when you’re up there & beautiful views, but the roof only opens halfway so you’re in the shade pretty much all day & the depth of the pool goes up to your hips & is absolutely freezing! It’s not the end of the world as we just went to the beach everyday but it would’ve been nice to have an option. We only paid for breakfast but was decent enough. Rooms were very clean & beds were comfy, so overall I would probably stay here again :)

Told staff at front desk my wife was disabled, so they gave us to room on the 5th floor, which was either above or below a generator, or a Harley Davidson motorbike with it engine running all night, made a cup of tea, only to discover the kettle was still full of cleaning detergent.... restaurant food was good and the staff in the restaurant very helpful

Overall nice but big issues with cleaning

First impression was positive. Nice hotel, well located and stylish hall. Service desk very nice. All good until we got in to the room. First of all, it was not what we booked, in fact, we had a room with double bed while they gave us two single beds joined together. But the actual issue was with the bathroom that was not clean at all: sand on the sink, water on the floor, dirty wc and sinking from the ceiling. So we went to the reception to explain and they apologized and gave another room. This time the room was what we actually booked for: double bed. However, again issue with cleaning: hair on the bed and in the bathroom. We had to go back again to the reception and they indeed apologized again and sent somebody to clean and during the stay they tried to make us feeling better. At the end the hotel is nice but for us cleaning is very important and this is the very first time we saw this in a 4 star hotel.

Just meters from the Lloret de Mar beach, the hotel is an ideal location for tourists.We bought into the half-board plan, and very glad we did. A Fabulous Hotel

This hotel is fabulous value for money. Really modern, clean and run by professional friendly staff. It is ideally located on the sea front near to bars restaurants and shopping. It is however far enough away from the main strip of bars and Clubs. I would not recommend this place for stags/hens and would expect that the management would not tolerate any noise or general bad behaviour. The buffet food is really good and I would not expect many people would return from a stay at this hotel with anything else but praise. The rooftop pool caters for all weather as both the roof and sides of the building are retractable. I would highly recommend!!!
Top-Tip: if you’re flying into Girona just buy a bus ticket from the kiosk outside the airport terminal. It costs approx 12 euro for a return ticket. It’s a single stop in the centre of Lloret (bus terminal).

Great location the rooms modern and the shower was fantastic, food not so good needs improved.. Hotel was spotless and house keeping staff were wonderful so polite and friendly a credit to the hotel...Sadly the young man on reception when we checked in was miserable never explained anything or mentioned meal times etc...Also Herbert in the bar/restaurant was so rude we actual left and never went in again he needs a lesson in customer service as his attitude towards guests was shocking...

PRO'S : Hotel location is perfect , just yards from main beach , behind hotel is the market place with bars and shops , room is clean and wash room is spacious , staff helpfull would stay again .
Cons : only a few but not enough to complain over , can get noisy at night with window open cause of bars so close , food can get boring after few days so eating out occasionally helps , no amenities in room , kettle , microwave , iron , dryers .
Lloret de mar still holds that magical feel of being in spain and surrounded by the locals with food and entertainment for everyone , I give it 4stars

Great location, right on the beach. The restaurant on the second floor has large window panes which let you see the beautiful passage, the palms and the beach while enjoying the great food. The 7th floor offerers not only a swimming pool but albo some gorgeous views of the see and the mountains surrounding Lloret de Mar. Very pleasant atmosphere.

Eine Katastrophe ist die Anreise! Für SUV Fahrer oder Limousinen ungeeignet! Es müsste in der Beschreibung stehen, dass \"die Parkplätze\" zum unverschämten Preis von 16 € !!! pro Tag 400 Meter entfernt liegen und so eng und klein sind, dass nur ein Smart Fahrer noch aussteigen kann. Dann dieses Parkhaus zu finden, welches nur 400 m entfernt ist, hat uns durch die engsten Gassen meines Lebens 45 Minuten gekostet! und nicht nur mir, sondern auch einem spanischen Gast, der sich ebenfalls beschwert hat. Also nur anreisen mit Flieger oder Zug! Mit PKW Abstand halten. Sehr laut und hellhörig, sogar jetzt in der Nebensaison. Ausstattung gut, neu renoviert und die Lage ist TOP. Aber die Anreise und dafür 16 € zu verlangen ist unverschämt. Man muss die Koffer dann bis zum Hotel schleppen. Hätte das bei Expedia gestanden dass der Parkplatz 400m weit netfernt ist hätte ich nicht reserviert.

Tout est relativement propre, mini vue sur la mer depuis la chambre, piscine et jacuzzi pas bondé, magnifique vue depuis la piscine et la salle du buffet, PAR CONTRE il y a une odeur de canalisations qui remontait à certaines heures dans la salle de bain + des traces d'humidité dans les rainures du mur du lit. Et pas de poubelles mais le personnel est très sympa.

Vuodenaika oli todennäköisesti hotellia ajatellen huonoin mahdollinen. Hotellin ilmastointi oli asetettu yhä lämmitykselle, mutta koska huoneessa oli riittävän lämmin, niin ilmastointi ei käynnistynyt lainkaan. Vaikka sitä yritti säätää pienemmälle, jotta ilma vaihtuisi, niin järjestelmä puhalsi vain lämmintä ilmaa ja huoneessa tuli liian kuuma. Ongelmana oli jatkuva homeen haju, kun ilma seisoi. Siten oli pakko pitää ikkunaa auki, vaika öisin ulkolämpötila tippui 5 asteen paikkeille. Vaikka olen homeallergikko, niin keuhkot eivät onneksi vetäneet tukkoon, kunhan piti ikkunaa auki, jotta ilma vaihtui.

Muutoin huone oli todella siisti ja siivous pelasi.

Nous allons dans cet hôtel depuis des années.
Nous avons été déçu de l’état de la chambre surtout au niveau de la salle de bain : bac douche,taché, l’eau dans le bac à douche ne s’évacue pas, miroir en mauvais état, boutons muraux des toilettes fonctionnent très mal .., joints de la porte fenêtre dans la chambre cassé
Pour le soi-disant standing de cet hôtel, nous avons trouvé ça moyen surtout à un prix de 125 € la nuit au mois de janvier
Sinon buffet du petit déjeuner très bien et accueil également

Hotel in guter Lage am Strand, Leider ist der Strand nicht mehr da wir mussten 300-400 m weiter laufen Bilder im Internet sind nicht aktuell zwei liegen Sonnenschirm Kasten 24 Euro pro Tag die Zimmer waren sauber, im Bad war nur seife in der Dusche war etwas Duschbad oder Shampoo? Haben wir nicht benutzt sonst nichts
Frühstück viel süßes Toast Brot Brötchen kein Vollkorn Brot kein Glutenfrei Abend essen war gut
Alle Getränke mussten wir bezahlen auch Wasser
Für uns war das drei Sterne Hotel haben etwas mehr erwartet

Nice and typical beach hotel.
The checkin was speedy but not super polite
The room fine with no excess space
Breakfast good but not extraordinary

Parking is available BUT in the street.
