Good quality for the price as the room is a small apartment with a complete kitchen. Parking is extra and the 8 Euro breakfast was minimal.
It is easy to reach off the A4 and a quick walk into the center of Metz.

A real efficient nicely layout appartment and a comfortable bed. Great bathroom and kitchenet with a good set of crockery pots cutlery etc. The area was ok. Not to far away from the main centre but still a good walk. A bit far from the train station but there are bus stops just outside the newly build and renovated complex. Overall a great experience and would stay there again.

Really enjoyed our quick stay here - I'd definitely stay again. Clean accommodation with great facilities. The only slight downside - I don't think the breakfast was particularly great value compared with other hotels in France.

The hotel is new, room is ery clean and has a small kitchen, walkable to go to the covered market and cathedrals, and with secured parking. It would be complete if there is a beverage vendo inside so guests don't have to go out in the middle of the night for water. But overall, very nice hotel.

Good quiet central location. Also used for student accommodation hence kitchenette. Friendly and nice breakfast buffet. If driving check when booking as underground parking limited and not much on street parking in the vicinity.

Brand new hotel and very modern looking, great location for Metz city centre. The immediate surrounding area is being redeveloped. Breakfast was very good. Lovely room that has a small but well equipped kitchen, excellent shower/toilet and a balcony. good WiFi. No aircon which could be an issue in summer.

You get what you pay for
It appears that this hotel is actually 33 rooms on the top two floors (6 and 7) of some sort of subsidized housing apartment building. Service hours are extremely limited and the reception when we arrived was surprisingly bad. That said, the place is modern, new and clean ... for the moment. I have the feeling it's not going to wear well. Warning: The hotel doesn't provide bottled water or coffee/tea in the rooms, and there are no vending machines. On top of it, it's in a neighborhood with few amenities, so bring coffee and beverages with you.

Sympathisch und günstig. Leider ist die Rezeption nicht durchgehend besetzt das wird aber im Vorfeld angekündigt. Das Hotel ist in guter Lage, allerdings ist die Parkplatzsituation katastrophal (das gilt aber für die ganze Stadt). Auf den oberen Etagen gibt es einen tollen Ausblick auf die Kathedrale. Das Bett ist leider durchgelegen und für 2 Personen zu schmal. Schöner Balkon. Dennoch sahen die Fotos auf Hotels.com schöner und großzügiger aus als die Realität.

Très déçu pas de chauffage ni au niveau de la chambre ni dans la salle de bain horriblement froid sèche serviette hors service. Le ménage laisse a désirer poussières partout. Savon mains et gel douche même pas réapprovisionnés. On ne recommande pas. Le seul point positif c'est l'accueil de la jeune femme a la réception au top.

Rummelig, veludstyret og meget ren lejlighed, så helt ny ud. Meget praktisk beliggenhed for en tur i den gamle bydel af Metz. Parkering i byen er meget dyrt, så kan anbefale hotellets parkeringshus til 9 EUR i døgnet, som er forbundet direkte til hotellet (reserver inden).
På minussiden er hotellet ubemandet uden for receptionens åbningstider, og der var en stærk lugt på værelset fra det parfumerede gardin, som vi endte med at fjerne, da lugten var uudholdelig i længden. Eneste sted i området hvor du kan få vand/sodavand er tilsyneladende i hotellets automat som ikke virkede. Så forvent ikke høj komfort, og medbring egne drikkevarer.

Lors de notre court séjour à Metz nous avons apprécié l'appart hôtel Odalys situé à 10 minutes à pied du centre ville.
La chambre très bien équipée, avec kitchenette et balcon était très propre et la literie excellente.
L'accueil était parfait.
Attention au stationnement et privilégier la réservation du parking sous l'immeuble.
Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, nur wusste ich nicht, wo man parken kann. Das Hotel hatte mir auf telefonische Nachfrage vor Ort mitgeteilt, dass man in der Rue de la Piscine direkt vor dem Schwimmbad von abends bis 9:00 Uhr morgens kostenlos parken kann (danach wird kontrolliert!). Von diesem Parkplatz aus, der schätzungsweise 100 Meter vom Hotel entfernt ist, läuft man unter einem gelb umrandeten Torbogen hindurch, geht geradeaus und landet direkt vor dem etwas unscheinbaren Hoteleingang

Agréablement placé entre la Moselle et le centre ville
L'établissement est légèrement excentré côté Moselle, tout en restant à quelques pas de la vieille ville, dominée par l'imposante cathédrale St Etienne. C'était très agréable de s'y rendre et de s'attarder dans les petites ruelles, très commerçantes en journée et très animées en soiree de WE.
Dans la chambre, j'ai trouvé que c'était un peu trop à l'étroit. Une 2ème lampe de chevet manque dans une chambre double. L'isolation des bâtiments est parfaite et les lieux paisibles.
La jeune femme chargée de l'accueil est souriante. Elle est soucieuse de bien nous orienter tant dans l'établissement qu'en ville.
Le parking en silo n'est pas facile à manœuvrer et je m'y suis facilement égaré.
En résumé, je m'y arrêterai volontiers pour mon prochain passage à Metz.

Un établissement idealement placé proche du centre a pied. Par contre les chambres sont petites le lit pas tres confortable et la propreté laisse à désirer. Notre housse de couette etait pleine de traces. On aurait dit des traces de semelles de chaussures . Bref si l'emplacement est au top la résidence ne l'est pas.

1h30 de perdu en tout pour trouver l’hôtel , puis trouver le parking , puis se garer ! Il y a de quoi devenir fou. Jamais autant galéré pour me rendre dans un hôtel !

En ce qui concerne la douche , c'est une véritable patinoire. Très dangereuse car beaucoup trop glissante. Un simple tapis antidérapant réglerait le problème.

Très bon séjour, néanmoins lorsqu’on réserve une chambre pour deux il serait s’il pas d’avoir un matelas 2 personnes et non pas deux matelas d’une personne se qui a rendu le lit très peu confortable puisque les matelas s’écartent et laisse un grand trou entre les deux .
