Stayed 4 nights. Everything good about this hotel. Reasonable price. Comfortable quiet clean room. Our room is fair size, has a kitchenette and small dinner table. Great amenities in room, good breakfast buffet selection. Good location right next to subway and neighborhood with lots of restaurants & cafes.

They were sooo incredible nice and kind there. The place was super trendy and modern rustic and artsy and it was right by a subway station. Didnt hear any neighbors and the beds were taiwan firm which i love. They had a super delicious breakfast w alot of variety. The gym was small but had new equipment. Located at the suburb of the city. However it's just outside of a subway exit, therefore, it's only a few more stops to ride and 10 more minutes of your trip compared to living at the city center.
Facility is in an excellent condition. Service is very good. However room cleaning was not up to the highest standards. During our 10 days stay, the cleaning person missed our room one day. The used cups was not replaced for several days. But the room is basically clean.

The breakfast has good options but it could do with a speedier replenishment. The bathroom could do with more space or hooks to put stuff. Inside the shower cubicle, the shelf is too high to reach. Perhaps, the bathroom should have an outer door incorporated so that clothes can be put outside the shower cubicle. The best thing I like is their laundry facilities. Taiwan is quite rainy and our clothes can be washed and dried easily.

Nice hotel, great breakfast spread, unique decor and lobby design. Parking at the basements and free coffee snacks all day long. The subway is right out front. Good place to stay if you are in this neck of the woods.

First time staying this hotel after reading the good reviews and is close to MRT station however I would say the overall review I would give is only 2 1/2 stars. The location is a bit far from the town area but is still accessible by train just that need to keep changing of lines. Is more convenient to go to tamshui I would say.

The hotel is close to subway station which is about 1 minute walk from the hotel. Room is spacious and clean, and love the size of the bed. The water pressure of the shower was considerably weak as I stayed on higher floor. Also, there wasn’t enough seats for breakfast area which was a downside for the stay. Overall experience is good and will recommend to friends that don’t mind to take a few subway stops to reach the centre part of Taipei city.

年末年始に4泊させて頂きました。スタッフの方には日本語のわかる方も居て、大変おせわになりました。三和國中駅の目の前で立地も良く地下鉄で移動するには申し分ない場所にありました。ですが、メイン繁華街からは離れてますので、観光がてらショッピングなどをするには不向きなエリアにあるホテルです。

10/10 我入住捷絲旅台北三重館。當初入住原因，是想體驗晶華集團高品質的硬體設施與服務，但在實際入住後，服務品質卻遠低於預期。本次入住體驗，讓我覺得貴飯店的服務品質，反而不如一些新崛起的平價商務飯店及青年旅舍，這讓我對貴飯店產生很不好的負面印象。
當天入住的情況如下：
我所訂的房型為一大床，然而進房時卻發現，並不是一大床的房型，而是兩床的房型，因此我立刻致電櫃檯確認。櫃檯回覆我，是飯店主動為我升等房型，並告知若要換回原房型，請我自行下樓領取新房卡。因此，我就答應櫃檯要求，自行下樓領卡。然而，領到新房卡後，卻發現新房卡失效，試了數次也無法進入房間，此時剛好同層樓有清潔服務人員，我便將此情況告知，經服務人員通報後，櫃檯人員再次請我下樓，領取新的有效房卡。而面對此次要求，我表明了不想因為飯店疏失而「二度下樓」，服務人員才把有效房卡送到我手上，並致贈香皂表達歉意。
我認為：飯店服務上有疏失、不周全之處，都是能夠諒解的，但貴飯店在因應房客需求以及事件處理上，有了不應該被原諒的低級錯誤。單純只是房卡失效這樣的小插曲，是可以被接受的。但服務人員自行更改房型而未告知，並因飯店自己的疏失，兩次要求房客下樓，讓身為房客的我，感到相當錯愕 - 為什麼付錢想取得服務的房客，要因為飯店失疏而拖著行李一直跑上跑下。除了當時感受到不舒服之外，還會連帶影響渡假的心情。
如果貴飯店無法表現出應有的服務品質，而只是單純的提供住宿硬體，那麼未來我也不會考慮入住。希望這個回饋，能夠帶給貴飯店一些省思及警惕，希望未來能做好員工訓練，提供與貴飯店品牌形象相符的服務水準。

行政套房的空間規劃很不錯，有基本的廚房配具很方便，但浴室門動線不佳，有人使用洗手台，就需要閃邊才能開門進入浴室。床墊品質良好，空間溫度也很適當，門簾遮光效果也很好，能睡好覺。但唯一美中不足是早餐，選擇樣式不多，咖啡是我住過住宿裡面選擇最少的，且空間規劃不佳，人相當多且擁擠，需與不認識的人坐，很不自在，帶位小姐也沒有問過客人意願，感覺有位就坐的隨便。整體來說，房間設備很不錯，但就敗在早餐經驗讓人感覺不佳，就會影響再來的意願。
