This is my second time staying at this hotel, and I truly appreciate their cleanliness and excellent service. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, making the stay even more pleasant. It’s definitely a great choice — reasonably priced and within walking distance to the train station.

However, the breakfast spread could use some improvement. The variety is quite limited, and the menu doesn’t seem to change much from day to day.

I had a wonderful 7-night stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious with great variety, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. I especially loved the amazing bath tub. Highly recommend !

The room is so clean and spacious. The staff at this location were very friendly and helpful. On our first night, we went to the wrong place and the staff called a taxi for us so we can be at the right location. The breakfast buffet great and food was amazing.

The room was clean and the breakfast was good. But there are not enough plugs in the room to charge your phones, tablets, etc. There is only one tiny outlet on the desk where you can plug in just one charger. You'd have to go to the bathroom to find a outlet which has two useful plugs. The bathroom is not bright enough even with all lights on.

overall fruits were changed daily but some items were repeated during our 6 day stay They allowed me to store my luggage there a week earlier as I did not want to take it with me when travelling to other parts of the country My husband found the room light too dim so they brought a reading lamp to our room and also showed us access to English channels on tv, I mentioned in passing I slipped and fell on the incline leading to the hotel on a rainy day and the next day they installed non skid strips and thanked me for bringing it to there attentionBoth Victor and Raymond were very helpful and welcoming and I would highly recommend this hotel both for its hospitality and cleanliness

The bed was a little firm, but overall everything was great. The decor and atmosphere was very stylish, calming, and welcoming. The location was perfect in terms of points-of-interest nearby and convenience/grocery stores. The lights in the room were a little dusty but otherwise everything was very clean. The doorman was very kind and helpful!

Pleasant stay but not for reduced mobility people

I enjoyed my stay. The breakfast changes a bit everyday and provides a good variety of food.

I do have to remind those who have reduced mobility because the elevator from the ground stops at 11pm, and you have to walk up to the lobby. There is also a few steps up to the breakfast area.

The bathroom also is a bit dated and some mildew is visible. I would say it’s quite common in Taiwan but still it would be the best if they can clean them entirely.

Overall a pleasant stay for me and I would choose this one in the future.

A fantastic stay - room was a really good size with a separate bathroom and shower area.

Located in a nice, quiet area - the bed was really comfortable and slept really well.

There was a kettle, so you could make hot drinks, as well as a small fridge which was really useful. There was a supermarket, literally next door, where you could buy things.

Spotlessly clean throughout the whole property and rooms were cleaned and everything replenished daily.

The breakfast was varied and plentiful - all the staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful.

Check-in and our was very quick - I would definitely stay here again.

The only issue I had was WiFi connectivity was weak in the lobby and sometimes in the room.
The gym is quite small and lacks any power machines, at least a bar for pull ups or weight training.

The stay was just ok. The air con broke for the entire hotel for about two days, which is a no-no in such a hot climate city. They informed us it will be fixed by night time, but it wasn't, so we were forced to sleep in 25c+ degree weather. Overall good location.

About 15 mins walk from the Metro. Note that Taipei has lights controlled pedestrian crossings everywhere so even if you're a fast walker you'll have to stop a lot

The breakfast is good, the room is clean.

Note that you can't flush toilet paper (my other hotel in Kaohsiung was the same), you must put it in the provided bin. This was my first experience with this and I was concerned about it, but in reality (a) it doesn't matter in practice and you get used to it very quickly (portable bidet or the shower to feel cleaner), and (b) it's actually true in a lot of places in Taiwan.

In the early hours, the elevator from street level doesn't work. You'll need to walk up/down the stairs to the first level and then you can access an elevator from there.
This sounds bad from an accessibility point of view, but to be honest Taiwan as a whole is pretty inaccessible due to steps between shops. It's like the entire country is a staircase.

Our family, all from the US, enjoyed our stay here. Staff was helpful and friendly, rooms were well appointed and clean, bottled water was provided each day, and laundry service was available for purchase. We had 4 rooms for our group, and each was a different size/shape. Breakfast was available and convenient, but most of us preferred finding local vendors. There is a large lobby with a lot of seating for coffee or to regroup.
Every staff member we encountered was helpful. Most of our group are English speakers, and hotel staff was very accommodating. We noticed that many people in Taipei say they speak \"very little\" English, but seem to speak quite well.
We did hope to get transport from the airport to the hotel, but didn't realize we needed to make those arrangements 48 hrs in advance, which was not possible after delayed messaging back and forth with a 14 hour time difference to the US. If you want to book transport, be sure to plan well in advance.
Walking to the train was an easy 10 minute walk, and getting picked up by an Uber in front of the hotel was easy as well. There are several dining options in walking distance, as well as convenience stores and a grocer next door.

We stayed here couple days after our cruise. It was Chinese New Year so everything nearby was close except for 711 and FamilyMart.
There's a nightmarket nearby that was open the day before the new year which was good. Walking distance to the mall about 15 minutes. There's a little grocery store next door.
Our reservation came with breakfast. Breakfast was ok, they had the usual, bread, cereal, vegetables, eggs, sausages, no bacon. But the coffee is good
I love the lobby so clean. The room we had was spacious, clean and quiet. The streets were clean. The staff were nice and helpfull. Raymond help us book a taxi to the airport. We would stay here again.
