Got an accessible room instead so the bathroom was huge but lack of countertop spaces and cloth rack. Fridge wasn't working and even after they check it was the same. However, the rest of the stay was good except when people walking and talking in hallway.

Chaotic and rude female staff

This hotel was recently acquired by a hospitality platform technology company 敦謙國際 founders during the pandemic and being converted to a limited-service kiosk-based hotel like many similar in Guide Hotel and Check Inn family of brands. Chaos is the best way to describe everything here and be aware that the staff doesn't know much about the hotel as they are all new, and room descriptions are highly inaccurate.

I called before booking a specific room-type asking whether it has a desk and reliable internet because I was on a business trip. Phone staff told me yes to both questions but when I arrived, the room doesn't have a desk or any flat surface at all... and the room size is definitely smaller than the description here. When I try to resolve this, I was faced with some of the rudest female staff I have ever dealt with in my extensive travel experience. The young male manager/front-desk lead saved the day and addressed my issue professionally.

I was given a room that may have gone through partial renovation or fix-up. Something look fairly new while others are in a disrepair. Half of the wall outlets do not work, so I had to resort to charge my phone in the bathroom.

Housekeeping staff is unpredictable to say the least. They threw out things I kept on the desk, while left some garbage items uncollected. They also discarded amenity items like shampoo/body wash without replenishing them. Coming back to the hotel every night is like a surprise of what can go wrong!

This hotel was just purchased by another hotel when I stayed here, the staff told me that they were short-staffed upfront. They seemed very chaotic and overworked.
After checking in, I went up to my room to a sight of an open-door, messy, and uncleaned room. They quickly arranged another room for me within 15 min. Appreciate the staff's effort.
I stayed on the 9th floor, it was quiet, the room was decent, but one of the 3 curtain panels was missing.
Breakfast was a decent continental, not too many varieties of dishes.
The location is very convenient, about 15 min from Taipei station by foot.

Hotelgangen lugtede fugtig, men værelset var ok. Havde et superior værelse. Lyset i skabet kunne ikke slukkes, og dørens håndtag var et hul til at åbne. Kunne se andre havde forsøgt at slukke det også. Der var sat et plaster over knappen.
Køleskabet larmede virkelig meget.
Der var en drikkevandbeholder på hver etage, hvilket var fin service.

立地が良くどこに行くにも便利でした。
夜市にも５分歩けば行けます。
バスタブが付いていてゆっくりできました。やはりバスタブは嬉しいですね。
水タンクも廊下にあり、いつでも補給でき、良かったです。
ただ個別には暖房に切り替えられなく、寒かったので、布団を追加してもらいました。

エレベーターに近いせいなのか夜中の微妙な機械音がしていた。また壁中の配管の音がよく鳴っていた。
またシャワー室のガラスの扉がしっかりと閉まらず。フロント対応はコインを挟んでトライしてと。

もうここには泊まりたくない。

Ich hatte ein Deluxe Zweibettzimmer gebucht. Beim Eintreffen roch es in der Lobby und im Gang schon sehr modrig. Die Einrichtung ist sehr alt. Ein 4-Sterne-Hotel ist das definitiv nicht. 水道設備によるものと思われますが、部屋が終始臭いです。換気をしても特に変わらず、就寝時に電気と一緒に換気扇が切れると、起床時に信じられない異臭で目が覚めます。
スリッパはシースルー、部屋についているタオルも目に見えてわかる汚れがついていたため、ご自身でお持ちになることをおすすめします。
スタッフが少し日本語を話せたり、対応については不満点はなく、値段もリーズナブルではありますが、この値段であの設備と部屋ならむしろ割高に感じました。主要駅や夜市から徒歩圏内とアクセスもよいですが、値段とアクセス以外は度外視という方向けと思います。部屋に戻ることをためらうホテルは初めてでした。

スタッフの対応はよい。朝食付きのプランと記載あったのに朝食なしだった。洗面器にお湯を流したら詰まった。シャワーのお湯がでるまで非常に遅く、5分ほど待たなければならない。内装は清潔で綺麗。同じ値段でも部屋によってユニットバスの場合と風呂トイレ別の場合がある。コンビニまで歩いて2分。コインランドリーまで歩いて5分。

방 마다의 환경이 다르겠지만, 제가 하루 묵은 9층 환경 상태는 에어컨 개별 온오프 불가, 샤워부스 수도관 고장, 약간의 악취, 에어컨 송풍 위생 불결, 벽걸이 TV 아래 케이블 혼잡, 벽지 노후 등 ... 타이완 연휴 기간에 하루 숙박을 하였는데 시내 편리한 위치 이외, 상당히 불만족한 환경이었습니다. 호텔 관계자들의 기본적서비스 마인드 제고를 요청합니다.

地點真的好，除了房間角落略有潮濕霉斑（坐馬桶才會看到的洗臉盆下）其實沒什麼好挑剔的，價格便宜空間舒服。

不得不誇，櫃檯一位可愛的熊系男生，很親切的E人類型，又很貼心的提供雨傘出借服務，已經是第二次選擇入住的我感到開心，讓在朋友面前為我的選擇驕傲。晚上協助入住的櫃檯講解很清楚也服務好。

台北駅、夜市、24時間営業のカルフールから徒歩圏内でコンビニもバス停も近くにあり、ロケーション的には言うとこなしなので、台北滞在中の定宿です。
ホテルは古いですがリノベされており、もともとは高級ホテルだったのか、部屋もバスルームも余裕のある作りなのが良いです。
日本語の話せるスタッフの常駐はありませんが、なんとかなります。
連泊してもお水の補充はなく、次の日の午後4時までに掃除して欲しいと言うタグをノブにかけておかないと掃除はされません。(タオル交換は言えばしてくれます)
総合的にみてリピ確定です。
これからもお世話になります。

バスを使えば主要駅にはすぐ行けてアクセス面はいいですよ。
夜市も歩いてすぐのところにあるので観光をするなら便利でした！
客室は時々下水の臭いが上がってきますが、この価格帯の台湾のホテルは大体そんな感じだと思います。
宿泊時に服の洗濯をしたのですが、風通しのいいところにハンガーをかからないので洗濯を考えている方は注意です。

비추천숙소

프론트 직원들은 친절하신 것 같긴합니다. 하지만 에어컨 곰팡이(에어컨 곰팡이라고 말하기 미안할정도로 그냥 새까만 에어컨), 욕실 곰팡이, 방에 먼지가 전반적으로 많고 침대에서 이상한 벌레에 물리기도 했습니다. 방음은 전혀 안된다고 보시면 돼요. 전반적으로 관리가 잘 안되는 듯한 느낌을 받았습니다. 아침에 히우스키핑을 맡기고 오후에 들어왔는데도 청소가 완료되지 않았고 청소하시고 나가시면서 문을 안 닫아주셔서 일정 마치고 돌아 왔는데 문이 열려있는 경험을 했습니다. 대만 여행에이 숙소는 추천하고싶지않아요
