Terrible customer service. Weird lady came knocking on my door as I was on my way to checkout. Even after I left my keys at the front desk she continued to follow me outside. Do they know how to train their staff for professional behavior and etiquette here?

One of the best hostels. Convenient to transportation, easy to find, spacious kitchen and lounge, small but clean bathroom. Also there is an elevator. The air conditioning really works. I highly recommend it and would stay there again.

The accommodation had everything I needed, a place to sleep, lockers with a lock, and a kitchen/living room area with free tea, and a fridge to store food. The women's sleeping area also had a bathroom and shower inside of the room, meaning I didn't need to go outside to use it. The staff were also extremely helpful, even coming with me to the local laundromat to show me how to correctly use it. The only cons were that the mattress is a bit hard, so if you are a sensitive sleeper, you should take this into account. But overall, it had everything I needed, and for the price, it was super great.

My friend and I stayed here in mixed dormitory for 4 days. Looking for its location wasn’t hard as it was just straight from the Y13 access of the Main Station. When we got there, the hostel didn’t look quite so appealing. But when we got in, we were in awe they could design a quaint place like that. The dormitory, however, was a bit small for 6 different sized people/foreigners to go around in. Also, their wash area kept on running out of tissue paper.
Breakfast served was fine if you enjoy light meals in the morning since they offer breads, spreads, and ham & eggs. Sadly though, being a coffee lover that I am, their coffee machine was unavailable. But they have different types of tea, if you prefer that offer coffee. The pantry area felt home since you cook your own food and prep them yourself. It’s also a nice place to socialize with other guests of the hostel.
The staff was friendly and helpful especially Gina and another girl who we forgot to get the name of. They speak and understand English, so communication was easy.

I stayed in a twin ensuite bunkstyle with my friend. The AC was cold, shower was hot and the rain shower was a plus! The bed was comfortable enough and warm comforter. The only downside was that the curtain on the window in the bedroom was quite translucent and the early morning light was quite bright. In the lower bunk there was no curtain on the window and it was hard to sleep in past 6:30 am.

A cozy nice hotel in a quiet lane near to ningxia night market. Starbucks is in near distance and their is a morning market near buy that sells plenty of good food. Very accessible if you come by the airport route MRT, walking distance of 8 minutes. If you are tired of crowd and noisy Ximending, then this hotel provides a clean, nice environment that is still in city area near to Ximending and Taipei main station but not noisy and crowded.

This is a hostel with private rooms available. Everything expected to be provided is there (premium bath amenities) though the room is super tiny. Central location with a night market 5 minutes away, so I guess it's understandable, but it was very difficult to maneuver the room with 2 people and 2 large luggages. Free DIY continental breakfast.

I stayed at classical twin room with a friend, it is a perfect hotel/hostel which newly open recently. Stuff are friendly and young, room is not only clean but also comfortable. It's quite ok-ish for a hostel stay. The room is small but has everything described, and the toilet is also small but clean. Nothing to complain about for less than US$14 a night. The location is in the old town of Taipei so it's narrower roads and with a lot of travel signs in the district. This hostel is within walking distance of Taipei main station (if you are not detoured---walk to the west, to the Airport metro platforms, you are almost there), and it's so close to the old Roundabout, Ningxia Night Market, Dadouchen, and the Love Temple. It's a great hub for exploring old town Taipei.

因為是當天訂的房，所以住的房間可能比較差一點，上舖的天花板有管路經過，整晚都有水聲，浴室的沐浴乳沒有了，通知櫃台人員時，回覆可先使用5F的公用浴室，因為目前沒有房務人員可以補充沐浴乳，雖說尚可接受，但入住前的基本檢查很明顯沒有做好，希望再多多加油!不過價格還蠻便宜的，還有簡單的自助式早餐，也算OK了!
