DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL
The most worst disgusting hotel you can book in Fatih Istanbul. There are so many other hotels right beside this one that are 10x better/cleaner and the same price. There was mould everywhere. The shower had no doors so the entire washroom would get flooded when showering and the washroom door would not close so it was wide open the entire time. The stove did not work we told the owner, he came and yelled in our face making it seem like it was our fault, he slammed the door and left saying “you can stay inside tonight dont eat” The AC was dripping so the entire bed got wet. There was piles of dust and dirt in every corner we felt so sick after our stay. The owner was very very rude and unprofessional he would not even bring us toilet paper when we asked him multiple times. Absolutely would not stay here even if you payed me. PLEASE do not book this hotel save your money, time and HEALTH.

I wont recommended that hotel for that price £30 ,its dirty,no lift i was on 5th floor,breakfast is rubbish ,couple of days no cheese and when we asked they get upset ,bedsheet was dirty,Area is scary ,noisy ,didnt like it at all,unfortunately i book 7 days with no refund

The receptionist gave us room in 5th floor. No lift ok no problem. But no any light in the 5th floor. Worst smell ever everywhere and room was uncleaned and dirty. The smell of worse of its kind coming from somewhere of its kind in the room, so we decided to go down and ask for to change our room. But 5th floor totaly dark and unsafe small round stairs, my daughter started crying and scared. Anyway with our mobile flash light, some how we went downstairs from 5th floor and explained everything to receptionist, but his arrogant on top and in short refused to give us any other room and asked us to cancel the reservation if we want. We were tired and cannot stay in this hotel so luckily found a hotel room at nearby hotel Sun Comfort Hotel for only one night at whooping €45 euro at 3am late night. No sleep, tired, exhausted. Then later book another reservation at turvan Hotel for remaining 4 nights itinerary number xxx. I don't understand why expedia give holiday packages to this kind of worse hotel instanbul Sydney hotel. Today is our 2nd day, we still couldn't recover from this experience and still tired exhausted, frustrated and ruined our holidays

Very old, unhygienic with old rooms and mattresses & bed bugs. When we complained about the bed bugs, the manager was not helpful and argued that we could have brought them in. He wasn’t remorseful at the fact we were itching all night & needed a new room. Very disappointed with the service. Do not recommend staying here at all! Even if it was free!!

It was near the bus station (8 min walk), the metro/tram stations (11 min walk) and shops and restaurants. The staff are friendly. the room is comfy and there's wifi, tv, and air conditioner as well.

Not all the staff talk english so it was a little bit difficult to communicate and the room wasn't cleaned during our stay there.

The hotel is close to handy amenities: shops, restaurants, 5mns walk to the sea. There are so many shoe shops nearby. It's a haven place to buy shoes. The staff was nice and helpful. Fair price for the room

Great value for money.Very friendly owner.Good place for short stay in the city if you have limited budget or last minute booking as it was in my case.The neighbourhood is not so friendly but if this is ok with you the rest is perfect.

Nice Hotel for a City Break

This Hotel is within 15 Minutes walking distance of the Blue mosque. There is a good bus connection to / from Eminonu within 5 minutes walk and the metro to Taksim is within 10 minutes walk. Round the corner is the very charming Kumkapi square with lots of bustling fish restaurants.
The hotel staff are available 24 hours and are friendly and helpful.
The best part of the hotel is the breakfast room , which is a roof terrace with beautiful views of the city and the Marmara sea with all its boats anchored in the bay.
It is an ample, typical Turkish breakfast, and if you are lucky and not many guests are around, you might be able to ask for fried eggs.

Good, overall

I even found a free place to park my car, although it is not guaranteed.
Unfortunately the hotel building is in very poor condition and the neighborhood is dirty and seems not good at all. Rooms are clean, the building is renovated from inside, there is an acceptable breakfast for my kid and the prices to eat at day are cheap. You got all you need.
I recommend it not as a place to rest in Istanbul, but to do a job, to shop or to start a short tour trough Istanbul centre.

Great location. Very central to see the main sites

It is very close to all the sites in the old city and only 15 mins in a cab to the new part across Galata bridge. The downside to the hotel is that it is run down looking, and very noisy at night. It is in a very noisy neighbourhood. Staff were helpful overall but not very knowledgeable about good places to eat or places to go out. Good value for money hotel not really a 4 star hotel. Great location, easy to find.

The hotel is not very easy to find, and not in the best location. However, it is close to the metro station which makes it very accessible.
There is no lift, however the hotel staff are very kind and will take your luggage up for you. The rooms are very clean and more than what you would expect for the cost of the room. Breakfast is also good and the hotel has a sea view.

Pretty nice hotel, friendly and helpful staff, but not a nice area at all and not very accessible either. Unless on a severely restricted budget, spring the few extra bucks for a hotel a bit further north or east, or even west for that matter (close to Yenikapi).

Just minutes from a tram stop, this hotel is really is in the best location to use as a base to explore Istanbul. beyto was so helpful and kind. Room is small but perfect for our needs...bathroom was clean, wifi strong. We would absolutely stay here again.

Pros:
1) The staff is very nice and helpful, speaks English fluently.
2) The room is equipped with the most needed things: air-condition system, satellite TV, Wi-Fi.
3) Comfortable beds with clean (though not really new) sheets.
4) The cafeteria on the hotel's roof: pleasant view unless you look down on the close neighborhood (see below).
5) The hotel's location is very good: next to main sights and not so far from Ataturk airport. We paid 45 liras for a ride from the airport to the hotel. The subway costs 2.15 liras per person, but the nearest station, Yenikapi, is about 20 minutes walking.
6) The roof is open 24 h and you can bring your own drinks and food there. Using the hotel's kitchenware is allowed.

Cons:
1) The building itself is old and renovation is far from perfect.
2) Though the main sights are close, to reach the tram that goes to the main ones you have to go uphill on paved road, which is hard enough especially with a baby in a stroller. Even if you don't use the tram, the sights are uphill any way.
3) The neighborhood is pretty poor and old, so don't look down too much while having a breakfast on the building's roof. Ones we witnessed an unsuccessful robbery attempt (though pretty sure it isn't a distinct feature of this particular neighborhood).
4) No elevator: poor you, if your room is at the 4th or 5th floor. But, it's OK unless you plan to get back to the room several times a day.

Value for money.

Staff's very friendly and helpful.
Good location, but to get anywhere have to walk up a hill, the area looks unsafe at first sight, but then you see is ok. My girlfriend and me used to go back to the hotel around 1am and we never felt frightened.
Cleanliness is not great, but acceptable.
Rooftop view (where the breakfast is) is stunning!

Nice hotel, was about 1/2 hr from main attractions

Liked the hotel, staff were extremely nice.
The only thing that was a little hard was going up 4 flights of stairs to have breakfast- and stairway was narrow spiral. But I just went up and down carefully. ( no elevator) .
But still very nice.

Soggiorno economico a istanbul

Posizione buona, abbastanza vicino alle principali attrazioni, alcune raggiungibili con una camminata di circa 15 minuti oppure con i mezzi pubblici. Situato in un quartiere vivace, tranquillo e pieno di locali dove mangiare o sorseggiare un drink. La struttura purtroppo non è curata ne in buone condizioni. La colazione è nella media della Turchia in quanto a varietà: formaggi uova, salumi, marmellata, cioccolata, tè e caffè. Viene servita sulla terrazza da cui si gide una bella vista sulla città. Il personale è gentile e disponibile. Offrono a pagamento il transfert per l'aereoporto a cifra accettabile. Le camere non vengono pulite durante la permanenza. Le camere sono situate su più piani ma non c'è l'ascensore per cui sconsiglio a chi ha problemi di mobilità. Per il prezzo pagato rispetto alla media di Istanbul è accettabile!

Hôtel très bien situé à côté de la place Sulthanamet et du grand bazar. Personnel accueillant et à l’écoute. Malheureusement, l’équipement des chambres est vieillot. Le pire c’est la terrasse où l’on prend le petit déjeuner, pièce très vétuste avec des traces d’humidité et de moisissures au plafond. De plus le petit déjeuner est minimaliste servi avec du café soluble.

Die schlimmste Buchung meines Lebens. Die von Expedia haben dieses Hotel bestimmt nicht einmal angeschaut. Ich werde mich beschweren da ich ein hotel mit Parkplatz gesucht und gebucht habe. Die hatte aber keine. Es war einfach nur die Hölle. Noch nie habe ich soviel für sowenig ausgegeben. Ein Zelt wäre angenehmer gewesen.

Zwar Zentral aber sehr dreckig und keine richtige pflege des raumes .Es wird legidlich die bettwäsche gewechselt zwar frisch aber mit vielen glecken .
Dusche läuft komplett aus nach dem duschen da die kabine unten undicht war.
Zwae war der preis des hotels sehr billiig abee gewisse sachen müssen stimmen.

Wenn man keine großen Ansprüche hat und eine einfache und solide Unterkunft sucht, dann kann ich dieses Hotel empfehlen. Das Zimmrt war klein, das Frückstücksbuffet einfach gehalten aber wenn man den ganzen Tag unterwegs ist, dann reicht das Hotel vollkommen aus. Die Umgebung ist gut gelegen, ist zwar ein bisschen verwinkelt aber mit ca. 12 Minuten Fußweg ist man direkt an mehreren öffentlichen Verkehrsstationen (Tram, Metro) und sehr gute Umsteigemöglichkeit.

Недорогой отель для посещения Стамбула.

Отель располагается в районе на стыке Султан Ахмет и Яникапы. Вокруг маленькие отельчики. жилые дома. Улочка узкая, окна смотрят в окна соседнего дома. Рядом мечеть и армянская церковь. Публика ходит колоритная: туристы, турки, арабы, беженцы с Ближнего Востока. Но все спокойно и интересно. До трамвая придется идти в гору 15 мин. До метро Мармарай тоже 15 мин. по торговой улице но без горы. В отеле мы жили на 5 этаже. Лифта нет, лестница крутая. Завтрак на террасе на крыше (еще + 2 этажа).Вид с террасы на крыши домов и Голубую мечеть. Номер маленький, уютный. Есть кондиционер, маленький холодильник, большой телевизор, душ и туалет и умывальник каким-то образом тоже вписали в номер. Удобный матрас на кровати, хорошее постельное белье, по 3 полотенца на человека. Нам по просьбе принесли в номер чайник, тарелку, нож и ложки. Помогли занести наверх тяжелые чемоданы. Горничная Лайла говорит по-русски, менеджеры по-английски. Они все молодцы, помогают и советуют.

Accueil souriant malgré une arrivée incongrue à 2h du matin suite à un retard de vol.....Et aide pour monter les sacs à dos dans l'escalier de la mort......Chambre très calme qui demanderait une peu plus d'entretien et de réparations.....Petit déjeuner où l'on se sent indésirables à chaque fois que l'on se sert avec des phrases en turc peu engageantes....Wi-Fi aléatoire.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in Istanbul. Das Hotel war in einer guten Lage, man konnte zu Fuß vieles erreichen, z.B. die Sultanahmet Moschee, Hagia Sophia usw. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ist das Hotel ganz gut, wir empfehlen es weiter.

A éviter.

L’hôtel est relativement bien situé mais il est vétuste et a besoin d'une sérieuse rénovation. Les chambres sont sombres, bruyantes et la propreté laisse à désirer. Un forte odeur de cigarette subsistait dans la chambre. L'accueil est correct sans plus et le personnel n'est pas du tout arrangeant. Ils ont refusé que je change de chambre et m'ont dit de partir si cela ne me convenait pas...

Séjour agréable, l'hôtel est bien situé par rapport aux principaux lieux touristiques (10min à pied). Le services était de bonne qualité, le gérant de l'hôtel est très accueillant ainsi que l'équipe (cependant se faire draguer par l'équipe a été relativement lourd, peut-être pour obtenir une bonne notation étant donné la situation économique?). En ce qui concerne la propreté il y a uniquement un jour durant lequel le ménage n'a pas était fait mais la propreté était correcte. Pour finir le petit déjeuné était également agréable varié et copieux (fruits secs, légumes, fromage, confiture, oeufs etc.). Navette aéroport/hôtel également correcte.

Wir waren für zwei Nächte in dem Hotel. Der Weg von der Trambahn zum Hotel ist nicht sehr vertrauen einflößend war jedoch zu keiner Tages und Nacht Zeit irgend ein Problem. Nach kurzem Check in wurden wir zu unserem Zimmer gebracht, das relativ groß und auch sauber war. Das Frühstück gab es als Buffet auf der Dachterasse die einen Ausblick auf den Bosborus bietet. In ca 10min ist man sowohl an einer u-Bahn- als auch an einer Trambahnstation!

Preis Leistung ist akzeptabel

Man darf sich nicht viel für den preis erwarten! Das hotel ist gut gelegen man kommt mit der tram überall hin.Kommt drauf an was für einen Flughafen man anfliegen tut,vom sabiha gökçen ist es unter der Woche in 1h30min zu erreichen! Dementsprechend auch die Transfer kosten. Vom atatürk Flughafen ist die Verbindung 30min. Für einen Städte tripp also kurz Urlaub ist das hotel zu empfehlen! Man bemüht sich vom Personal her alles jedem recht zu machen.

Nettes Mitarbeiter, Schimmelbefall

Das Hotel hat eine recht gute Lage und die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und bemüht. Leider hatte ich eine recht unruhige Nacht, da das Bad und das Schlafzimmer von Schimmel befallen ist. Wer eine Hausstauballergie hat hier eine unruhige Nacht. Das Haus wirkt baufällig und ist in keinem sehr guten Zustand.

Man kann diese Unterkunft nicht als Hotel bezeichn

Ich schrieb ihnen ja am 2.Tag eine E_Mail über diese Zustände in dieser unterkunft.weitere Gäste wie wir es waren können nur sehr beschwerlich den fruebstuecksraum erreichen da der Treppenaufgang mit keinem belaender versehen war!

Binnen 30 minuten weer uitgecheckt!

na 30 minuten weer uitgecheckt, enige wat ik gebruikt heb is het wifi om een andere hotel vinden!
zeer slecht omgeving leek wel een getto wijk! Hotel geen enkele uitzicht van elke kijkhoek zagen we alleen maar muren/dakken.
Over personeel weinig te melden daarvoor was ik te snel weg.
Had voor 4 nachten geboekt maar helaas binnen 30 minuten weer check out!

下町で観光地にも近い

ホテルの立地が、中央アジア、アフリカ系の人々も見受けられる下町にある。Yenikapi駅か徒歩10分ぐらい。グランドバザール等も徒歩圏内。物価も庶民価格で興味深い所です。良いホテルです。

Kurztrip geeignet

Das hotel ist wirklich schön ziemlich heruntergekommen, man merkt das an dem Badezimmer (Abzug) und den Möbeln. Betten sind sehr bequem, das Frühstück nichts besonderes (und es gibt kein Wasser oder Saft gratis - no go bei einem Buffet). Die Lage des Hotels ist gut zu der Straßenbahn und in einer Seitenstraße gibt es ganz viele Restaurants, allerdings ist die Gegend schmutzig und man fühlt sich schon ein bisschen unwohl. Trotzdem für einen Städte Trip, wo man nur zum schlafen im Zimmer ist reicht es vollkommen.

Super Lage, sehr freundliches Personal

Das Hotel war super gelegen und alles hat reibungslos geklappt. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die nächste Metro-Station ist 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.

合理的价格

位置比较难找。房间不大，有个门可以通向室外的扶手逃生梯。但可惜门坏了不能打开。浴室干净。房间比较小，但床挺舒服。
