Don't bother wasting your money at this hotel. It's dirty and noisy and full of construction workers who drink all night in the parking lot and leave their beer bottles strewn everywhere. Breakfast is garbage we walked in and walked right back out and went to Bob Evans. There was fruit flies swarming the fruit and filthy tables. The only reason we stayed here was because we passed our cancellation date for a refund. But take this warning from me and don't waste your money or time.

Carpet in room seemed damp, and there was excessive humidity when the AC wasn't running. We were not able to take a shower in the morning because the thing to switch the water to the shower head was stuck and would not work. Breakfast was subpar compared to most hotel breakfasts and there were no protein options. Would not stay here again.

Miss lead. Specifically asked about pool and was told it would be opened. Arrived and closed entire time we're booked. Have children on this vacation. I did not receive notification it was closed. Staff was dismissive and unapologetic. Said I could get a room somewhere else. Traveled along day to have to figure it out at a moments notice. Heat on room could've adjust. Same employee told me to wait he'd be up later to check out...was a switch on wall we found ourselves. Rooms are clean, breakfast great. Disappointed granddaughters on their first girls weekend. Checked out early. Different hotel.

There room was clean as well as the bed. It was comfortable as well, which can be hard to find sometimes. The room itself did have a scuff here and there, but nothing to distract from my overall comfort level staying there. The largest complaint was my TV not working, but the working at the desk quickly fixed the issue.

Staff was very nice !!! The room was clean.They really needed black out curtains. It was like daylight in our room. We have a very loud room by the road. Hot tub needed a good scubbing. Hot tub area very old and needed work. Breakfast bar clean but a true continental breakfastl Nothing fancy Good coffee.

The room mostly. The room was hot and we needed to put the air conditioner on even though it was below zero outside. The tub/ shower appeared to be halfway through renovation. There was only one chair in the room. The bed pillows were either hard and flat or extremely lumpy.

The staff is so friendly and check in/ out was simple and quick. Yes some of the things are a little outdated but still very clean. You can see where they are making improvements and appreciate that. The beds are super comfortable and the bedding is soft and bright white! The hot tub was hot and super clean! The only downfall was at breakfast …
Only 1 waffle maker, and then just cereal, oatmeal packets, bagel , fruit and individually wrapped muffins. Since there is not much variety the “waffle line” was always long. Would love to see some yougurt, toppings for oatmeal, eggs and either sausage or bacon (at least on the weekends when prices are higher maybe?)
We have family that live near by the hotel now and we will definitely be back ;)

The room had no seating area, just a chair. The tub/shower was peeling paint all over the place. The sauna benches were in disrepair and rickety. The breakfast nook was only a continental breakfast and the only thing hot was the coffee and the waffle maker. Super limited selection. The hot tub was Luke warm. We didn’t even take a shower in the morning because the bathroom looked in such disrepair.

The toilet in our room wouldn't flush and we found what may have been a cockroach. We told the desk and she immediately put us in a different room. The tubs finish was coming off. The room and motel, in general, seemed fairly clean. The staff was nice. I liked having coffee (room had a small coffee maker too) and hot cocoa available in the lobby. Probably should have been offered a small refund for the inconvenience of having to move our stuff from one room to another though.

No central air and the in room heater ran hot. My wife and I were up throughout the night and adjusted the digital thermostat on the fan down to 62 and were still hot and slept poorly.

The advertised breakfast was all carbs. Cereal, waffles, and small muffins. Very basic and stingy. No eggs, bacon, sausage, gravy, fried potatoes or anything that would make you happy about paying more for a breakfast. If I could do it over, I would have stayed somewhere else.

It was quiet at night which is always a good thing. seem to be in a very nice area to where I and my belongings and vehicle felt safe . Thought we were getting king bed but ended up w 2 doubles. The bathtub was sketchy but seemed clean. Apparently someone had re-glazed and it was peeling off and we were told all rooms were like that. No elevator and husband was on crutches. No luggage cart so they lent us a rolling laundry basket.

This is an older hotel. The room was spacious, but had a slight smell... maybe old smoke? We were glad we could bring our dog along. Breakfast was free, but there was no protein at all. We asked if they had any yogurt or anthing diabetic-friendly. The woman working in yhr dining area said she sometimes brings yogurt from her home, but the hotel doesn't provide it.

Everyone was so kind. The rooms were clean, and the dining area was clean. The towels were soft and the beds were really comfortable as well. The ONLY thing and this is so petty. It would be great if the desk staff knew more about the surrounding area they live in and what is going on in town. Maybe a little suggestions and at least know how far the beaches are away from the hotel. I know.... I can look it up myself .

Poor cleanliness, bathroom was dirty with dog hair everywhere behind the door in bathroom was full of dirt and dust! The carpet was dirty and saw fingernails on the carpet by the bed. It took about five minutes of running the facet before for the hot water was hot. Not clean at all for the 200 a night rate. I wo t be staying there ever again!!

Lady at the front desk was very courteous our refrigerator was not working in our room and she transferred us to a new room. The price was right but the rooms are very outdated and need updating the bathtubs were siliconed over to make them look like they were all white still. The first night the back door would not lock properly to enter the hotel with the key card but I see the next day they had fixed it.

The room honestly was not up to our expectations. The walls are paper thin so we could hear the tv’s of both people on either side of our room, which made it extremely hard to sleep. The shower paint was peeling off, just shreds of it all over the floor. Hot tub had pieces of dust floating all around it, and it wasn’t even hot, just a lukewarm bath. When we were leaving, I was walking our room keys to the front desk to check out and both of the cleaning ladies were both swearing about somebody complaining and how they are poor. Honestly, I was really glad we were only there for 1 night and left in the morning. I don’t recommend this hotel if you want to have a peaceful night of sleep.

Girl at the front desk was rather rude (11/19 7pm). The only thing we liked about the room was the beds. The beds were comfortable. The microwave turned on but didnt work very well. The bathroom the paint/coating on the tub was peeling off pretty bad. The shower did not have a shower curtain. So the water shot all over the floor. Our room was also close to the laundry room. You constantly hear people opening and closing the door for hours.

Rooms aren’t super clean (loose hair everywhere and dirt buildup), the beds are really soft if you prefer a harder mattress, the hot tub can only fit about 5 people comfortably, there is no elevator for the 2nd floor, and you’ll want to bring your own toilet paper. Breakfast is a waffle maker, toast, muffins or cereal. The rooms are super spacious, the kitchenette is big for a hotel room, the front desk ladies were very nice and helpful when we got double charged for the room! Would give it a 6/10.

Literally the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in…booger on window, handprints on mirror, hair and whiskers on bathroom floor, broken tile on bathroom floor…as soon as I laid down on bed I started sneezing from pet allergies…we didn’t even shower (one night stay for a local wedding and other events in town so we couldn’t even go elsewhere)
