The room was decent, the lobby was nice. The price was very good. The issues we had were, the elevator didn't work, there was no hot tub, although it was pictured on the ad and signs point to where it should be. Also the shampoo and conditioner bottles in the shower were empty!
It is a decent place, but needs to fix these things.

This hotel is not what I expected from Wyndham. It is obviously very old with a poor attempt to update it. It would require massive renovation before it was comparable to other area hotels. Everything felt old. The pillows were small and very lumpy and the linens were also old and seems to be of quite cheap quality. The breakfast was pitiful-flat stuck together and obviously thawed and heated, as was the sausage (I had to use a napkin to soak up the grease from them). Would not recommend this hotel nor would I ever stay there again. Not even close to the quality of other AmericInn hotels we have stayed at in the past.

SO DIRTY COULDNT FIND MY RESERVATION. I CANT EXPLAIN HOW DIRTY MY ROOM WAS I ASKED FOR MAIN FLOOR SHE TOLD ME ONLY HAD SECOND FLOOR AVAILBLE . WOKE UP THE NEXT DAY U GUYS BARELY HAD ANY CARS EVEN IN THE LOT.

If you were to just judge the part of the property that is AmericInn, it would get a higher rating. But this is actually a two-part facility, it is a renovated building combined with a motel. The share property and they share a check in desk and parking. Take that how you will. If you're seeing this review on Expedia, just know that expedia's job is to sell the rooms, period. We stayed for a couple hours and decided it was best to just leave and stay elsewhere.

This was my third stay here. The facility is old but they tend to keep it clean. You a 59/50 chance of the EV chargers working. The manager wouldn’t even come out to talk to me. The clerk said the manager said the chargers are not their responsibility.

Room was pretty clean. The area is a little run down. Night time front desk lady was not helpful when we got locked out of our room. Tried to use the gym/fitness area, but the room key would not work. Gina, I believe her name is as Regina, was working really hard to keep breakfast stocked and the area clean.

The hotel was obviously an older property that had been remodeled. The room was clean and staff was great. The layout of the hallways and rooms was weird and the steep turn in and out of the parking lot was hard but otherwise very nice.

They don’t clean your room each day unless you ask them to. We had to go get clean towels every day. They need to get more help at breakfast, the lady was running herself ragged. It might be nice to have bagels with the breakfast food.
Loud groups of people who were falling into our door and yelling at 1:00 am.

Booked and paid for two rooms, did not get access to the second room and was just told sorry about it. Finally made it in the room with the kids and it was filty and unsafe. Left with in 20 minutes of checking in and was told I would get a refund and Expedia said because the property did not answer they can not process the refund so I am now out 800 between this hotel and the replacement hotel I had to pay for.

Let people know that you do not have a hot tub as was advertised.

Also let people know that the small pool that you have is not heated. Must say my grandchildren did not care and used it anyway.

Was not sure if they did not have elevators or if the elevators were not working.

Some of the rooms you need to walk outside to get to the pool area.

They did not have many things on breakfast bar but was good enough for us.

Aside from those things, the hotel was very clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were reasonably priced.

Staff was able to get me a room on the first floor because I would have been unable to climb the stairs. They brought us extra pillows (they have the tiny ones).

Other than that, fine for the night before Bavarian Inn. Very near food venues at Birch Run.

Loved the location of this hotel. Check in clerk friendly. Room not clean at all. Thermostat on the wall doesn't work. Found heater register had to plug it in. Couldn't adjust the heat. When the room got hot had to unplug and then plug back in when it got cold again. Window had a crack in it, outside pane. Not a lot of people staying at the time so pretty quiet even though there was a space between the door and floor.

First of all we were informed that all rooms on the first floor were booked but there were only 4 cars in the parking lot. The elevator is not working so we had to carry our luggage up the stairs and my husband has a heart condition. Then my husband asked for an extra pillow and the girl at the front desk didn’t even check she just said that they are all out. Very rude and unprofessional. The hotel is old and the rooms are not very updated but fairly clean although there are stains on the down blanket which grossed us out. Needless to say we will never stay here again!!

Facilities were in deplorable conditions. Badly in need of updating and all over remodeling. Room was never updated and probably from the 70’s. Room was clean. Hallway light was burned out so darkness was prevalent. Hallway to room, concrete was moderately repaired and faulty. Entrance to facility from the street had no lighting and was very hard to turn into at night. Breakfast was ok.

When we arrived first the lady that was on duty didn't know how to register our arrival because of the time (around 4 in the morning) she refuses service and we were liiking around for 3 hours... fortunately when we went back at 7 AM there was a different lady that gave us our room in no time and finally we had the chance to rest from our trip

Didn’t like anything, it was one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in! I would never recommend it to anyone!! I wanted a refund and the guy on the phone said he would but then a lady called me back and said the manager said we would have to get the within 10 min in order to get refund and the so called manager got on phone and said that too, I said we couldn’t be there in 10 min bc of traffic he said we can’t use the room for storage 😡😡 I said I have a car I don’t need that room for storage unbelievable!! I have allergies and that room was dirty and the hallway smelled so bad too. On the website it doesn’t say anything about it being a Days Inn but it is-and I reached out to Wyndham and they won’t do squat except tell the hotel they got a complaint but said I need to reach out to the hotel like that’s going to do anything they wouldn’t do anything for me when I talked to them on Sat .
Hate to say it but I won’t be staying at a Wyndham hotel anymore if they won’t help out and let there names be associated with a dump of a hotel like that one!
