While the location and facilities were good, the service fell short. The restaurant/bar was closed for a private event without notifying guests. I was promised a call from a manager after raising the issue but never received one, and my follow-up call also led nowhere. This was frustrating and not the level of service I expect from Hilton.

We bought for our mam as New Year gift to stay at Hilton in Tashkent city in New Years eve. Location and Hotel atmosphere are amazing, but service is horrible ! Hotel's roof restaurant was closed due to private event and other dining placed closed around. At New Year Eve she had limited choice on dining and waited at the hotels lobby bar dining almost 30 min to place the her order for dinner. ( dropping iPad menu to the customer is not service, she 70 years old she don't how to use )
One of bar server is ignore her several time just running around.
Especially, New Year Eve holiday's evening my mam went hungry back her hotel room,
We inform the via phone to night reception deck assistant named Mr. Shamsidiin about that situation and ask him inform day management. Next day, my mam check out hotel with big disappointment. Just heard word \" sorry \" form reception desk team. Our Mam New Year Eve holiday celebration night ruined.
Hotel needs more improvement in customer service and more dining choices. Never recommended for that price with terrible service !!!!!

By far the best hotel in Tashkent. Within walking distance to Tashkent city mall and the metro. Staff are unbelievably helpful. One of our group forgot his medication back home, the staff at Tashkent were extremely quick to arrange a pickup from a local reputable pharmacy with the correct medication. Breakfast has excellent variety and has fresh produce. Cannot recommend enough.

Hilton Tashkent City was very good and we enjoyed our stay there as a family. The breakfast was exceptionally good with so much variety and good quality. If we're to visit Tashkent again, we'd definitely stay here!

Huge hotel.

The Hilton Tashkent is a fine hotel, very modern and clean, but it is really very big. It is inside the parking security for the city park across the street which I suppose makes it more secure, but it also creates traffic jams around the hotel as taxis compete with park visitors. (Traffic jams around hotels, airports, and train stations are very common in Uzbekistan, btw).

The breakfast was excellent, the rooftop restaurant was pretty good, in that international/cosmopolitan shopping culture sort of way.

During my stay at Hilton Tashkent from February 22nd to February 24th, I was thoroughly impressed by the hotel's exceptional service. The employees were not only friendly but also proficient in English, making communication effortless. Their warm welcome and genuine smiles added to the overall positive experience, creating a welcoming atmosphere throughout my stay. I highly commend the staff for their outstanding hospitality and professionalism.

Horrible place. The suite which cost more than 400$ per nightly was full of insects and the bed was full of wicket. My whole body was bited. The problem continues also the alternative suite they gave me. I had to sleep on the sofa at the lobby. The manager responded rudely, threatened to call the police and tried to silent the issue by sending fruits and wine to my suite. Of course, I rejected! The towel was full of blood stains. The room was very dirty:,hairs and insects everywhere! Don’t visit this horrible hotel. Date of stay: 19-22/8/23

Property is ideally located and good facilities and access to city park.

Despite high occupancy, the Front Desk manager was courteous to grant us a late check-out without any additional fees.

Disappointed that even after our special request for room with a park view sent in advance, we were assigned a room without a decent view :(

Overall a pleasant stay. Now, to make it to a real 5*:
1) smell from shower sink - need to fix
2) bar menu is 3* at best, selection really low end and from what i know there are no import restrictions

The positives:
1) Staff
2) Pool - probably one of the best hotel indoor pools in terms of size & view
3) Spa staff
4) Breakfast worth mentioning

Tashkent Hilton is one of two premier hotels in Tashkent. It is clean, some fixtures like carpets in hallways are a little dated (bubble up), there was no X-Large bathrobe to be found at the pool, the downstairs staff are a little... disinterested. Having said that, it is impeccably safe, the restaurant is reasonably well regarded, the lounge is clean though the selection of food is very thin and they ran out of milk for coffee twice. Safe, clean, nice pool, a little out of the way if you are a walker.

Amazing Hilton Stay

our stay was fantastic, we were upgraded from double bed room to corner suite, the room was spacious and so new and clean, the staff was great, the front desk staff were amazing, i needed to print and scan an urgent paper, it was done for me in no time, want to mention Abdulaziz and Madina, also the Duty manager Bekzod who was so freindly and supportive.
Complementary resh fruits were offered in the lobby around the clock, the breakfast was something, wide range of fresh fruits, fresh juices, pastries, different eggs omelletts...four types of local honey, bee hive wax/honey frame, selection of cheese....
Location of the hotel within green Landscaped park called Tashkent City with paths for jogging and walking, and many cafe's and couple of restaurants within the park, the indoor swimming pool located on the 4th floor with the park view and luxury interiors
Will visit back again and best in Tashkent

It’s an expensive hotel compare to its five star hotel competitors in the area. I had to change the room because of cracking ceiling noise that I couldn’t sleep well at night. Next room had drainage problem in the shower that water wasn’t moving at all. Lastly, at checkout, she wanted to charge me for the room again even though the room had already been paid for. When I told her about the payment, she changed the invoice and asked me to just pay for the city taxes. Also, money exchange wanted charge five percent for exchange when I told front desk about it they said there is not supposed to be any charge. I would not recommend this hotel.

Excellent Hotel in Tashkent - highly recommended

I had an excellent stay at the Hilton Tashkent. The location is very nice within a gated community and right next to a a beautiful park with a fountain - which can get a bit noisy as it runs every hour - but thankfully it stops after 10 pm.

The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was excellent and had all sorts of food options.

Lastly, everyone spoke English to a proficient level which made communication easy, something that's more of a luxury in Tashkent.
