This property is beautiful. Our room was beyond gorgeous. Breakfast was great. I called bc it was going to be midnight before we arrived—- desk guy called me by name at check in and assured me it was ok. Enjoyed the nice shower.

Breakfast was simple and filling. The room had extensive moisture damage on the walls and doors. Fixtures were starting to come out of the wall in the bathroom. Doors and handles were sticky. Bed was extra firm. Room was clean, bed was clean, hot water and clean towels.

We had roaches in the first room. The second room the thermostat and ac system didn’t work. They charged me 50$ for late check out even when we left at 12:07..they charged $100 fee for damages but I video when we left and there aren’t damages

Very clean hotel, bed were super comfy as well. I read a lot of reviews about people not getting their deposits back. We had two dogs with us and had zero issues with getting our deposit back.
Clean and well lit outside, safe area. No complaints here!

Breakfast was really good. A/C was ok, I couldn't get it any cooler and I wanted it cooler. I had trouble getting the ironing board to fold back up after I used it and I had trouble getting the tv screen to shut off. I had to unplug it when I went to sleep. Room and pool were great.

The hotel itself was nice and clean. My only complaint is that the pool was extremely over chlorinated for an indoor pool. I ended up in the emergency room within the evening with one of my children who was diagnosed with chlorine poisoning. The only contact she had with chlorine was from this pool.

Where do I even begin?

When we arrived, our toilet wouldn’t stop running. We were told someone would fix it “right away,” but 5 hours later no one had come—and it ended up not working at all. Thankfully, another front desk employee (who was amazing) quickly moved us to a new room.

Unfortunately, the problems continued. The AC in the new room kept shutting off due to a thermostat issue, and the microwave didn’t work. Once again, we were told someone would come “right up,” but after waiting hours, I had to follow up myself. When a replacement microwave finally arrived over 3 hours later, it didn’t even heat food.

It was incredibly frustrating dealing with repeated delays and lack of follow-through. One employee in particular the blonde one seemed more focused on spending time with her family that was at the hotel than helping other guests.

On a positive note, the breakfast was decent, and the woman running the food area, along with the other front desk employee, were both great.

However, the overall experience left me uneasy—especially since a side entrance door didn’t lock, which is a serious safety concern.

I would not stay here again even if you paid me.

The hotel is nice. The common areas are clean. However I was on the third floor and my toilet didn’t flush and I had to use the bathroom on the 1st floor common area. Another room was not offered. I reported it 3 times. Don’t take room 320. My key was reset everyday and I would trek upstairs only to realize I had to go back to the front desk multiple times. Housekeeper Kathy was great and helped me get into my room after verifying I was the actual customer and helped me get my luggage in on the first day. The bed was comfy. New towels were dropped off everyday but trash was not emptied for 3 days. The toilet issue will stop me from staying here next time.

There was no hot water when we arrived. We took showers in cold water! They wouldn't offer any compensation because they were in the process of fixing the problem. We arrived after 1 am so we have no idea how long the problem had been in progress. We were in town for a funeral so we just accepted the circumstance.

The staff were great. They were professional, polite & helpful. It was apparent the room had new hardcase furniture & a new floor. The problem in the room is the 3 chairs were very dirty, there was not a shower chair & it was a mobility room. And the strange thing was the bathroom door was installed backwards opening the wrong way. Makes it very difficult for handicap people.The lobby was very clean & decorated really nice.

I paid next to nothing so I shouldn't really have been disappointed. At check in the front desk person probably represented the hotel as it was. Average/Fair at best. At check out the person at the desk was beyond helpful and friendly and extremely accommodating. We made the same request the night before and that person was neither helpful or accommodating. For less than $100 per night would stay again with low expectations.

They charged my daughter’s card 12.00 for a towel that they said they tore up. Tsje only used one towel while there as my grandchildren used our room to bathe. She dried off & put it on the floor to be picked up by the maid. That is ridiculous! The employees that we saw there were living there. I know they must be doing this to many people staying there to support themselves. My daughter is also raising 2 kids & taking money from others is wrong. I absolutely will not stay here again! We were in Longview for a baseball tournament for my grandson. They have lost the business of the entire team over this. That is crooked. We read reviews about this. We decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. NEVER AGAIN!!

Overall, stay was decent. Clean rooms, good shower, nice area. On the other hand, some of the other guests were inconsiderate and noisy at night. Surprisingly, one of the staff workers who was handling the breakfast area had an extremely bad attitude and cussed out one of the other guests there. It was the first time at a hotel where there was no coffee available for breakfast. Other staff workers were pleasant and helpful.

The property was being remodeled. There was no hot water in the shower and I heard the front desk mention it being a problem to another staff member on the phone. Water pressure was low and the room was noisy with the people next to me and above. The bedding was terrible and overall didn’t sleep good here and won’t come back.

When I walked in the hotel there was tons of construction going on. So much so that you could not even walk up to the front desk cause they were building a front desk. The person working the front desk told me it was a $100 security hold for the room. I asked how long is the hold and he told me 7-10 business days. Needless to say I did that cash so that after an extensive room check upon checkout I could get that back. Then when I got in room it was very warm I had them come up to room and help me with ac. The guy was very nice and showed me how to work it but said needless to say the ac automatically shuts down every 4 hours. Well I left and came back at midnight and guess what? room was warm again. I then had the front desk come and look at it again and she suggested not to put the air on auto that seemed to fix it and the room stayed cool the rest of the night. I do think they need printed instructions on how to work the ac because that would have made things go so much easier all day.
Pool was nice but the pool room is very warm needs some kind of air circulation. I did not eat the breakfast so cannot comment but they did serve a beef and noodles at night free to all guest. Thought that was a nice gesture.
The hotel is a older hotel and do feel after all the renovations it will be a really nice place. The workers were all very nice and helpfull. But do not like the $100 hold they do.

Walking into this hotel, I wasn’t even sure I was in the right place. There was construction everywhere. I had to move some chairs to get to the check-in desk, tarps, and dust in the breakfast area. The side door which I came and went through was not locked did not have a a card reader for security was that was very disconcerting to me that anyone could come and go through that door.

I stay at La quinta hotels a lot. This is the worst experience i've ever had. First thing I get there and there is construction. Then when we go to the elevator there is a note on the elevator stating that there will be no continental breakfast. Just grab and go, which means muffins. Waffles, etc. Nothing that you would find in a normal breakfast. The that you pay for. I get to the room and it's nice, but hot. The air conditioner kept turning from cold to heat. We told the staff we wanted room service. The next day and no one ever came. So we went down again and told them for the next day, and no one ever came. So we called down and had them send somebody up. We were so fed up at the time. We just asked for towels and for her to clean the bathroom. The bathroom shower drain was broken and kept moving. There was no body, wash and no hand soap. We made the front lady aware of that, and she said, that's not part of their job. We complained on friday night and no one returned our messages. Went down the next morning and the lady at the desk said she had forwarded to her general manager. Four days later, and I still have no return messages from anyone. If I was able to I was going to leave on Friday and find another hotel, but they never responded. And I didn't want to lose the $400. I had just spent renting that room. The water pressure in the shower was almost next to nothing. The pool was overchlorinated and super cold. There is no hot tub as the picture shows. Trash was full

Never have I ever been at a hotel where the room trash is not picked up. This is the first time I am told this is considered full service! No tip was left at check out. The staff came in the room opened the curtains and changed the temp to the room, yet no one bothered to clean up the trash from the trash can. The room was dirty.Noticeable dirty, no vacuumed nor swept any floors. The elevator floors the halls every place you looked at needed a good mop.

When we checked in the first night and assigned a room, my wife and I entered the room. It had not been cleaned. The bedding and towels were still piled up on the bed, cans and bottles and food boxes all over the table. The desk part did assign us a different room, but no upgrade available. I did request for the room to be freshened up the next day for our second night. The only thing that was done was the towels in the bathroom were replaced. The bedroom was not freshened up.

Hotel is being worked on, remodeled I guess. Was directed to use the side door but there was no key reader there. Just a hole where it should be. Moved car to the other side door and its key reader was hanging on two wires but did work. Got to the room and the toilet was running. No telling for how long. Waste of water.
Hope the remodel corrects these issues.

Room was just okay, people above were fighting the first night from about 1 am to 2 am and second night from 1:30 am to 3:30 am, I should have called the desk when I talked to them in the morning other quest had complained so not sure why the noise went on so long. I addressed the mold in the bathroom about 4 x 2 inches and they said it comes and goes ? mold does not go away on its own. The staff was nice and the gym was clean and nice. Breakfast was okay and was included with room price, the room could use a few touch ups paint ect. Would probably try a different place next time.I cant blame the fighting on the motel workers but it should have been handled sooner,
