BEWARE! The pictures you see of the beach are not what you get. We were there for four days and two of them, the seaweed was a foot high, hot and smelly and went into the water so you couldn’t just step over it. I told the front desk, they said I was the first person to mention it (I find that VERY hard to believe) and the next day it was still there. I literally paid for the amenity to walk to the beach (like the one they had pictured) and we couldn’t even stand to be down there for two of the four days. We could have stayed somewhere inland for a cheaper price. I feel like we got ripped off totally. I tried contacting the manager twice and it’s been a week and he hasn’t returned my calls. There are plenty of other places to stay. Shop around.

The new pool was amazing. The property was beautiful and well maintained loved the beach access. Only 1 small detail, I Really wish you had a coffee spot for us early risers. The coffee pot in the room just doesn’t cut it . Ended up driving to the 711. It was an amazing place to stay.🌼🌊🌸

The location to the beach was perfect- just be prepared to pay for umbrella and beach chairs, and you are not able to bring alcohol to the beach.
There are plenty of restaurants, a little market and shops within walking distance.
We utilized the free transit system to get into the village and access to other public beach areas.
The rooms were very nice, clean and efficient. The unit came with a full full size refrigerator and microwave.
The pool was also very nice.

Absolutely wonderful. Has all the earmarks of a Mom & Pop, but all the conveniences of a large hotel. Just a short stroll down the lane to the beach (literally a two minute walk). The resort style pool is fantastic. Rooms are well maintained and modern. Love the full size fridge and kitchenette. Across the road (Midnight Pass) are a few restaurants and a convenience store. Toasted Mango was a repeat for breakfast and lunch. Miguels was a delicious french dinner, Big Fish for fresh seafood. A quick walk down the street to Captain Curt's for dinner and music. We hopped the Trolley down to Siesta Key Village to walk the shops.
This is definitely a repeat vacation spot. Powder white sand, clean water, easy-going and restful vacation spot.

Had a wonderful stay here! The front desk staff were professional, friendly, and very attentive. They even recommended a great restaurant, which we really enjoyed.
The location is perfect—just a few steps from the beach. We were able to catch a beautiful sunset, which made the experience even more special.
The room was very comfortable and clean. Overall, a great stay and I would definitely come back!

The only thing was the new pool area looked a lot bigger/more tropical so to speak online (but it was still very nice) and the other pool area could use some updating. But I would 100% stay here again, lots of amenities, close to so much.

Everything was great except the transportation being offered thru the hotel. We walked into the Village, wanted/requested a lift back to the hotel , received confirmation twice and no one showed up! We ended up taking the Breeze bus instead. Very disappointed after being told twice we would be picked up!!

The kitchenette in our room also had what we needed to make meals in the room. The beach is a short, easy walk away. We were able to replace both bath and beach towels as needed. We took a quick 3 day trip and Tropical Beach Resort was amazing! We stayed in the Cozy Studio which was perfect! Clean, comfy and had everything needed for our short stay. The beach was a short walk and beautiful! The shopping/restaurants were easily accessible by free rides. I would definitely stay here again. Oh never made it to the new pool as we layed on the beach everyday. Thanks TBR!

Very nice property: private access to beach plus new pool that was very aesthetically appealing, good bed, kitchen had what we needed. Mgmt was quick to respond when the shower door slider on bottom came off. Location was perfect: 3 plus mile walk to town for exercise but also took the tips only Frog Hop to town for dinner and back. Best way to get to town especially at night for dinner. Housekeeping everyday if you want it. Quiet during day and night. Siesta Key is great place-no mega hotels and great food. Recommend Cafe Gabbiano, Sun Garden for breakfast, Spearfish, The Cottage and the Hub.

We had a great stay at the Tropical Beach Resorts. The accommodations were clean and cozy. Space was a little tight for a family of four (2 adults, 2 preteens), but we made it work. Proximity and access to the beach was a HUGE plus, and the resort pool was amazing! The best part was the location - steps away from the ocean, but also within walking distance of a plethora of restaurants and shops. Don't miss the Toasted Mango cafe for breakfast/brunch - delicious!! Such a cute area with so much to do. Would definitely stay here again!

Their recommendations were spot on! The property is immaculate and our room was clean, comfortable, and just a very short walk to the beach. We can’t wait to come back next year!
