The shower curtain was torn. The upholstery on the chairs was in poor condition. I couldn’t connect to the wi fi. It is a low price hotel but it should be in better shape.

Terrible set up. I walked into my room and the smell of mold was overpowering. There was not staff to ask for a change of room. The only staff was a virtual person from some other country. When i went to the lobby to see if they had bottled water. The virtual person said” no but we have a water fountain”

The cable service didn’t work in the room, nobody staffing the front desk, it’s all done through an automated kiosk. The breakfast runs out of stuff regularly, and property upkeep, and maintenance is overdue.

This hotel was in major need of repair. There is nobody at the desk when you check in, only a virtual agent so you can kiss any customer service goodbye. Furniture was cracking, holes and (blood)? On curtains, bathroom door falling apart, rust everywhere. The room was clean but very damp and had a horrible smell. I would not stay here again.

Staff? What staff? It was virtual, some guy on a screen in the lobby. I don't even think he was on the property. If it wasn't so late, I would never have stayed in such a rundown dump.

floors in room were very dirty. no amenities in the kitchen. No instructions on microwave or cooktop. Noise level outside, fight and music too loud at 3 am. had to call front desk. Also strange talking to clerk on a screen.

Shower was one handle system and very hot water come as soon as you turn it on and then cold. Washer, dryer and ice maker broken. Room door was not self closing. Sink pop up was broken. there was a bug in the sink when I got there

The check in process was a nightmare! It was completed via a virtual assistant who was extremely difficult to understand and lacked professionalism. The room was dirty and had a very bad odor. The condition of the lobby and common areas was dirty, and uncared for.

No staff was present. We had to check in at a kiosk. The door of the room didn’t fit the frame. Light, wind, dirt etc., blowing in. Sadly not any restaurants near by. And nothing within walking distance. I would never recommend quality inn to no one.

Room was in really poor condition. Very very old used and peeling off furniture. I mean ripped chairs. You don’t want to sit there. Dripping toilet. Door was totally rusted. Main lobby’s door and entrance was totally dirty, grease and unpleasant to enter. Don’t know what’s going on with that owner or management. don’t go there. I will never come back to that place.

Everything was good until the last night because there were six police officers knocking on the door and they woke me and my family up. I opened the door and then the police officer said that it is for the next door. It was scared. We saw the officers arrest two people. I felt uncomfortable and worried.

Room is out dated, but clean. Room serviced daily. The bed was comfortable. Building could use some cosmetic repairs. But for the price I paid, the room was fine. Vending machines, ice machines and washer/dryer on site. Pool looked clean, too cold to go in. Breakfast was good; make your own waffles, cold/hot cereal, prepackaged pastries, juice options and coffee that was actually pretty decent. Overall I would stay again.

My Honest Review of the Quality Inn
I reserved this room for one night since it was close to where my daughter lives. The price was right and the reviews seemed decent, so I decided to book it. I was greeted by a very friendly person at the front desk who asked if I preferred the top or bottom level. I told him I didn’t mind either one as long as the room was clean, so he put me on the bottom level. Next time, I’ll definitely choose the top floor because it was a bit noisy with people coming and going.
When I walked into the room, the first thing I noticed was the smell of stale cigarettes. I’m not sure if it was from previous guests or from the very old drapes they have, but I couldn’t really get rid of that smell. Besides that, the room itself was clean. The bed and sheets looked good, the towels were clean, and the A/C and TV worked well. The shower was warm, the microwave and refrigerator worked, and they provided lotion, shampoo, and conditioner.
The room could definitely use some updating, as all the furniture felt very old. However, I did appreciate the alarm clock with a spot to charge my phone since I forgot my charger block at home. Overall, I slept well, and next time I’ll just request a room on the second floor. If that one smells like cigarettes, I’ll ask to be moved.
At the end of the day, you get what you pay for.

My son and i left to get breakfast and returned 20 min later to find that the staff had entered the room, tore the beds apart, threw all the blankets and sheets on the floor, and either took or threw away my personsl notes from the table that were important to me.

There was no live administrator on duty at the front desk. My check-in was conducted through an automated machine with a screen. Faces of two or three administrators, multitasking in different locations appeared over the course of communication. The entry card was issued through the machine as well.
I had to come back and request a different room since the toilet in the first room would not flush.
The worst happened when, on my check-out day, my T-Mobile service provider unexpectedly, for no reason, suspended my phone service.
First, I attempted to get the help of the automated machine administrator. He sent me off to seek the help of a cleaning lady. A kind cleaning lady quickly handed me her phone, but out of nowhere, a harsh voice of her female supervisor directed her to take me to the front desk instead. The cleaning lady had me seated at the desk and dialed T-Mobile's customer service on the front desk phone for me. In the meantime, some other boss-lady showed up and yelled at me for sitting at their unattended desk, demanding that I get out of their chair and stand in front of the desk. The T-Mobile customer service was as little help as one can imagine, and was clueless as to why such a problem had happened. During my 30-minute call, this loud-screaming lady-boss showed up twice, pressing on me that I finish the call ASAP, threatening to call her supervisor if I stayed on their phone any longer.
If you stay in this motel, pray you won't need any help from the staff!

The room has black mold in the bathroom’s ceiling. The smell in the room was horrible. The check-in was through the video through a remote assistant. The wait for the check-in was very long because the previous customer card was not working. The hotel is a motel style. People are partying in the rooms. The room was not safe - the door was going right to the parking spot and there was a wide gap between the wall and the door about an inch wide. The room probably seen it all. They covered moisture leaks with the paint. The smell in the room smelled like it was a smoking room before and the smell in the bathroom felt like it got rotten there in addition to black mold on the ceiling. The room was in unacceptably poor condition of any human being. People must stay away of this motel, even throat was not advertised as motel. You can’t stay in this facility without getting sick. There is no security and it is not safe there.

The room was clean. The a/c was great. The room smelled fresh and fridge and microwave were clean. We had a coffee maker, but they forgot to leave us cups.
Cameras everywhere made the area feel safe. Parking lot was well lit.
We didn't have time to use the pool area, but it had a very nice setup aswell.
Didn't stay for breakfast, but I would recommend staying at this location.
We will stay there again.

Well first and for most the POOL WAS NOT HEATED and in Florida that is a no no. I would never had gone there to stay and NEVER WILL AGAIN. The Juice machine said OUT OF ORDER BUT IT WAS STILL PLUGGED IN RUNNING, WHY??? The room I was In # 114 had new flooring and bathroom area updated but the furniture in the room was EXTREMLEY OUTDATED and needed to be UPDATED. The bed was very STIFF and not comfortable at all. So do yourself a favor and spend a little more and stay somewhere else where a better breakfest is available.

As of the staff, there were only computerized communication to check in and check out. As of the breakfast, only one lady appeared once in a while to add food. As of the facility, cleanish but well wear out. I stayed two nights, it was ok if you are completely non demanding person
