All staff were very helpful, friendly, and welcoming. I loved the complimentary bike/umbrella/beach chair rentals. Cleaning staff were amazing and so nice, cleaning our room daily while we were at the beach. Oven/stove top was dated but we worked with what they had. Landscaping was spectacular. Lots of trees, foliage, and birds. I felt like I was in a tropical rainforest while swimming at the pool. Will definitely book again.

Stayed here a few nights in April after the spring break rush. It was quiet and peaceful. The resort is close to the Beach, about a 10-15 minute ride to the beach. The plants and environment were awesome, clean area all around and felt like a secluded island. Overall a great experience and the room had everything we needed. Will probably be back at some point, one of the hidden gems for sure.

This place is a little gem. Easy parking no issues finding a spot no matter the time. Tiki bar and mulitple nice outdoor patio features. 2 pools that were very clean. Comfortable beds. My husband is 6'7 and fit thats important for the tall guys. Full kitchen and a nice big fridge.

Fantastic location close to the keys. The room was perfect for two people. Staff was very accommodating. Pool was kept clean. The whole vibe felt like you were in the Caribbean. Easy parking. Can’t really find a flaw here.

It looks pretty. It ends there. 1st, when we checked in they stated they need a card on file, which fine, thats normal- but then the lady at the front dest proceeds to say \"you would really have to trash the room to get charged. If you soil the sheets just let us know and we will take care of it \" Just WOW! So any who..The first day there everything looked o( tuesday) . The over 21 pool was dirty with fallen debris but figured they would get to it. They didnt untill friday. It took 30mn to take a very basic shower d/t water pressure and the bed was so uncomfortable (lumpy and hard) we could barely sleep and woke up in pain. We decided this place wasnt for us and asked for a refund but they refused stating\" just bc the bed is uncomfortable isnt a reason , you have a pull out couch. And we will get someone to look at the shower \" They did offer us a different room but it was much smaller and only had a electric range top, it also had a very small private porch area compared to the one we were currently in. The stove was electric but the main burner was broke and the other tiltled so almost impossible to cook, no big deal we will use the grill nope, nasty. And the entertainment on the weekends? A 2 man band for 2 hours , nothing the rest of the weekend. The main pool ( which allows kids) was by the tiki bar but nothing by the adult pool. And no food trucks on site as advertised so you either have to cook on a barely wooting range or go out or door dash.

This was a perfect place for us to stay! I traveled with my daughter and grandson (3YO). We loved the private patio area, the in room sink, stove, microwave, etc. They had complimentary use of beach towels which we weren’t aware of until we got there. We made very good use of the pool spot. Loved that there were pool noodles, water shooters and games right in that area. We were only a quick few minutes drive to Siesta Key beach. The room and property were clean and well maintained. You’ll feel the beach vibe before you even get to a beach. Enjoyed this much better than a typical chain hotel. We’ll definitely be back and will highly recommend to friends and family!

Great small unique boutique resort. Hidden gem for sure!! Wish there was a hot tub for evening soaking but otherwise it was a terrific place to stay. Great location. Amenities of bikes and beach chairs for check out (free of charge) was fabulous. Tiki bar was great!

My wedding night ruined! Last minute booking. Called hotel to inform that I was just married. Went into voicemail. No return phone call. Arrived at Hotel. Young lady didn't seem to care it was our Honeymoon. She stated they don't acknowledge Weddings but I could have something delivered.

This place was a hidden gem! Conveniently located and short drive to Siesta Key Beach and shops. It felt like we pulled off the highway and entered a secluded privite island resort. We had all the amenities needed for our stay. We had issues with the coin fed dryer getting hot, and the housekeeping staff were so great to offer to dry our clothes and return them to our room. We traveled with teenage girls and I loved the areas of the resort that we could hang together, and also loved that we had areas to escape to that were just for adults and quiet. This was a great find and we will be back!

The room was fully equipped for cooking. The bar was supposed to be open 3-10pm every day but was realistically open 3-8pm everyday. Parking was a bit cramped and not reserved for guests. The pools were amazing, staff was nice and helpful. The overall relaxing vibe was exactly what we needed for a baby moon. Perfect location right off the key but only 5 minute drive to all the restaurants on the key. We will definitely return!

Excellent, clean and modern resort less than a mile away from the public beach entrance 12. Rooms are sparkly clean and they have a small private patio in the front, each separated by a wooden fence, so plenty of privacy. Two pools, tiki bar, huts, modern beach chairs. You can walk to Crescent Beach across the bridge. Very close to stores, restaurants, Walgreens, beachware etc. Nearby is a great Italian restaurant, Cafe Amalfi, the owner makes its own pasta, food, etc. Highly recommend this gem of a resort, with a great staff, very helpful and nice.

This property was a little taste of an island paradise. It had so many beautiful plants, trees, fountains, paths that there was a surprise around every corner. The pool area was beautiful and the tiki bar a fun place for locals and guests. The room also had a mini kitchen if you are staying several days and want to do some cooking. We had a private little outdoor sitting area. We highly recommend. It’s also just before the bridge to Siesta Key. A local recommended Turtle Beach. We saw a beautiful sunset.

This resort is a little slice of heaven and walking distance to Siesta Key. This is truly one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. It’s wonderfully maintained with nice landscaping and private patios. The room has everything you would need to cook a meal, plus there were two pools, a tiki bar, laundry facility, BBQ grill and lots of parking. The staff is great! We walked to Siesta Key and then hopped on the trolley to restaurants and bars - without having to drive in traffic or find beach parking. Will definitely be staying here again.

It is nice to say that the pictures on the website met the actual condition of the property. The location is excellent. Looks like a new high rise will be going up in the near future so the noise may increase. The property was quiet other than workers doing improvements on a weekend.

Weather wasn’t the best as anticipated. Walk to the beach took 15-20 min - 72 year old and a couple kids.
We drove to siesta key which was about 15 min or so- as far as being close to beach I would say access was good.
No food on site, pool was warm kids enjoyed that for a bit, close to several restaurants including walking distance.
We had no issue besides it was cold in room and we didn’t know how to turn on heat we had minimum blankets and the sleep sofa was not comfortable. The fridge and microwave was nice as we went to grocery to pick up items for the days we were here.
If this were just two of us I would say it was cute little getaway however, for a family we wouldn’t stay for longer than a couple days due to no double bed.

My experience was good., regarding the room was nice and clean and staff is friendly. The hotel’s website described that umbrella and beach chairs were included but when I requested it, staff said those were all checked out by other guests it was disappointing. There is no security in the property so people from the community come in and use the pool area.

I got there like 2:00 o clock ask them for early check in.it was not possible they allow the guest before us to do late check out. When I comeback at 4 I was told that maybe my room was not ready yet of course I complain when I finally made it to the room the Clorox smell inside the room was horrible I suffer from asthma. I pay more than 200 box for a night the pool was cold the tiki bar not open I think it was over priced for everything I told before

We felt hidden away in a tropical resort, yet we were next to a residential neighborhood and a well traveled road. The resort does a good job of masking surrounding road noise by adding water fountains in strategic locations. Free bike, beach chair and towel rentals were greatly appreciated. Siesta Key Palms is at the top of our list for next year's sun chasing vacation.

Visited SKB for my 40th birthday this year with two girlfriends. Loved our stay at SK Palms Resort. The grounds were well kept and clean. Rooms are a nice size and accommodating for three very easily. Great location to the Village - 5 minute car ride, without the prices of staying in the Village. Front desk staff was very friendly and responsive to our needs. We really enjoyed our trip and our stay at SK Palms Resort. Can’t wait to come back again!😊

Even though the hotel is up against a big noisy road, it is cleverly designed to keep things quiet. Fountains around the property provide white noise and the grounds are wooded, too. My room was nice, clean, although minimally provided for anyone eating or cooking in house. No dish drain, no sharp knife, no cutting board. But I didn’t ask for anything, could have done that. It all worked well for me.

Not what we expected based on their website. Room was clean, but woefully outdated. Air conditioning was sadly inefficient, and we were told not to set it below 72 degrees as it would freeze up. We checked out after spending only one night of our scheduled 5-night stay.

The location is excellent and right near the #1 beach in America. This place is a hidden gem. It has an adults only pool and campfire area, but I stayed with my children and it’s extremely family friendly.

Location close to siesta beach but still requires vehicle or bike. On site laundry facilities are convenient. They provided beach chairs and umbrella for duration of stay which is great as companies offering rentals at beach charge a significant amount. We had 2 issues during our stay. House keeping staff leave the door open while cleaning so we had unwelcome visitors during our stay - mosquitos, roaches and geckos. We left DND sign on door to prevent them from coming in as we would see them leaving other guest doors open during clean. As doors are motel style and open to exterior, our son would wake up with significant mosquito bites in the morning despite our best attempts to catch them when we arrived. Second issue was staff left a baking sheet wrapped in plastic in oven. Oven door was tinted so we preheated it and didn’t realize this until room smelt like toxic burnt plastic. Had to air it out for hours to eliminate smell. Lady at front blamed previous guests for this even though cleaning staff admitted next day that they leave plastic on sheet to show it’s new. Plastic should never be left in oven.

There were no food options on property which was a hassle with little ones. The office alao tended to close before ten and not open until after 9 am so we could check out in person or ask questions if we thought about staying again. The atmosphere was very nice.If you want to experience the sarsota (like the main land) and siesta keys its fair middle ground. I think if one perpares ahead. The amenities are great if you have your own food. I wouldve liked a basket to leave towels outside. Again though, not having any food on property, especially with little ones is kind of a deal breaker for families. If you are an adult and like a quiet place, its alright. 3/5 stars over all because the bar is small and there is no hot tub, and it is far from the seiesta keys(18 mins at peak times), and lack of food on protery.

We had a good time. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance which I enjoyed. The hotel was able to accommodate my request, which was appreciated. It's right off the highway, so it can be noisy. I slept with earbuds, but there is a white noise machine on the nightstand. For me, the bed was a little too soft, so I had trouble sleeping. The beach is a short drive away, and they have free chair rentals.
