Not sure how this was rated 7.5 out of 10 but the entire lobby smelled like old cigarette smoke, the third floor had a weird smell to it, my room had no cable or an iron. Pretty sure this hotel is used for social services to house homeless people. Walls/doors are paper thin, you can hear everything going on in any room. Absolutely terrible.

We were charged twice for a single pet, which was frustrating. The room had a strong damp, musty odor that made our stay uncomfortable and irritated our breathing—especially our noses. We only took the room because we were traveling with elderly parents, but unfortunately none of us were able to sleep due to constant loud noise throughout the night. My husband was bed ridden for a week after the stay.

For some reason the address given at Expedia brings to a different place, not to the hotel.
Check-in was okay. The hotel itself knew better times but for the price you can tolerate it.
What was hardly tolerable at least for me was the strong smell of stale cigarette smoke. It was strong in the elevator and then in the room and especially in the bathroom. We had to keep the bathroom tight closed to prevent it from going into the room. Using a bathroom was a torture.
We spend just one night there but if we needed longer, I would definitely change the hotel even if I had to loose money on that.
I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

The building is old, but is kept very well. And the room was actually very clean, it smelled very good. The bed and pillows were comfortable, I had a good night sleep and this is coming from someone that has back problems.
I will definitely stay there again.

This was a horrible experience.
So bad that we switched hotels.
We checked in and had to quickly get dressed for a wedding…
Not only was there a chemical smell in the hallway of which they could not identify…. It also smelled of cat urine.
There was a tile open in the ceiling where the smell was coming from.

I purchased a room for my daughter who was coming back from New York City. When she got to the parking lot, she said a policeman told her not to stay there, so she went to the Holiday inn instead unfortunately, my $85 was not refunded so I lost $85 on a hotel room, which was not even used. This hotel should be taken off your website and should not be an option!

The front desk associate actively ignored us. The assigned room smelled of marijuana (the room was non-smoking), the bathroom was covered in rust and filth. The curtains were peeling and they use sofa pillows for the mattress. On top of all of that, the associate and the manager refused to cancel and provide a refund. We did not stay there a single night and, instead we booked our stay at a nearby hotel.

Rooms not cleaned properly. Pipes were banging through the night. Dresser was falling apart and wasn't useful. Room smelled like old and new cigarettes. Told I was in a non smoking room. Beginning staff wasn't helpful, second night (Kimberly) switched my room with no issue.

Great hotel, very good room service. Only problem is there is too many DOGS!!! They are everywhere and some residents have 2 and 3 dogs ! That is too many for others that can be s inconvenience especially walking out and in the hotel. There should be a minimum to how many people have dogs.

Based on the rate, our expectations weren't that high. You get what you pay for, and all...

The room was fairly well appointed, and rather clean, but there were some items that caused us some grief.

Firstly, the bed came equipped with only 3 'half pillows'. We're used to more... 'pillow-age', in hotel rooms. Additional pillows were requested, but unavailable. Sleeping on them was difficult for both of us.

Secondly, there were some seriously worn items in the room--such as the window curtains.That was a little disconcerting, but we expected to be up before sunrise.

Thirdly, there didn't see to be any attempt to keep guests from smoking near the lobby entrance--despite several, thoroughly ignored signs prohibiting smoking in the area--which allowed cigarette smoke to waft into the lobby and into the halls. Our room had a strong smell of cigarette 'deodorant'--which masked any cigarette smoke rather well--but the net result was an irritating concoction that led to stuffy noses all night.

Room was fine. Random people (2 guys and a girl) were hanging out outside the hotel, smoking, possibly selling, etc. I just walked past and there weren't any issues. Hallway reeked of old marijuana and the room had a mildew/mold smell to it.

It might be time to do a deep clean and add in some security if you want traveling clients however if the hotel caters to the local \"business\" - then it's doing a decent job and should lower it's rates or add in hourly ones.

Aside from that, the room was clean and staff was nice.

Barely any outlets in the room there was a funky smell in the hallways and day one not even 5 minutes in the room and a roach came crawling up the wall we went downstairs to ask for bug spray and the lobby man says he never had that issue but proceeded to pull out raid max for roaches and gloves and tells us to use the gloves while using it so clearly he was experience with it. I will never go to this location again💯

This hotel was rated as above a 7, so we shocked and quite uncomfortable when we found ourselves being begged for cigarette, lighter and “other substances” upon arrival at the front door. We also came across evidence of a variety of drugs being used (needles and a bag of weed!), and a condom. We arrived late. We requested non-smoking as I have asthma. The hotel was booked, and we were put in a smoking room which was very poorly kept. the front desk host lied to me stating that I had requested smoking and so that is what they held. My receipt had non-smoking clearly highlighted.

There were several dogs off leash and not responding to owner commands, with one dog fight observed. The owners also did not clean up after their animals.

Finally, the room itself was in shambles. The furniture was unstable and I almost fell off the chair when I sat down. The curtains and lampshades had holes and were crumbly, the cabinets and appliances were dented and the bathroom tub handle and racks did not hold anything. The sheets were stiff and itchy. The pillows were nice.

Some of the cleaning team was relatively nice but one lady tried to say we were lying when she asked us to leave after our first night and we told her we had paid for 2 nights.

We will not be back.

My husband and I stayed at the hotel for a one night. We checked in at 8pm and the man behind the counter was helpful and respectful. The room was exceptionally clean but only had 3 pillows for 2 people. The bed was roomy and comfortable. The hotel didn't have a computer in the lobby but for 1 night it wasn't terrible. For a 1-2 day stay it was very nice and worth every penny if you use Hotel.com. I hope my review helps other guests in the future.

NO TV 📺 service??? REALLY???

Upon check -in my son and I were made painfully aware that the television was not working. I immediately let the front desk attendant Alejandro know. He agreed to move us to a different room. About 45 minutes later he said that the hotel was sold out, no more rooms were available. So a night without television was Very STRANGE and at our expense.😞👀

For the money this hotel was fine, average, OK. The room was clean, the bed was ok, the bathroom was clean but needs a serious update and that was probably the lowest toilet I've sat on since grade school. TV (or satellite reception) was spotty (all channels had The Matrix-like lines running through them) Location was convenient to get back on the road early in the morning.

Had an email confirmation that I reserved 2 rooms but after we arrived I was told that I had only 1 reservation and got up priced for a second room so ended up paying for 3 rooms. Rooms were beautifully cleaned but our TV didn't work and the desk clerk didn't know either and the other room had a tub that didn't drain.

Checking in was long but that's ok as the front desk personnel was new. Almost charged me again after I already paid on line. Bathroom was nasty. Tub 1/2 full with water and continued to drip. Told front desk and manager never showed up or stop by to check. The hotel is old and outdated. Back door not locked. Able to come in and out without card key. Felt very unsafe. Would never stay here again and would not recommend this hotel regardless of the competitive rate. Not worth it.
