I have staying a Coral Marina for over 15 years. This was the first time I had a negative interaction with the employee at the front desk. She was extremely rude. While I was checking in she asked for my husbands ID. I explained that He was parking the car and she stated she would no continue with the registration without his ID. I mentioned that I have always provided the information of my guest. Never have they required me to provide guest Identification. After all that, she informed me that the room was not ready and said she would call me when it was. Never received the call. Horrible service!!!

The room was spacious with a gorgeous marina view. We had breakfast at the restaurant and the service was slow. But each night we had dinner at the amazing lobby bar. Great vibe, friendly service and amazing food. The supreme burger is one of the best we've ever had. My husband uses a mobility scooter and navigating everywhere in the hotel (even in the rooms) is super easy.

The hotel was nice and clean. With a kiddy pool, an outdoor pool and an indoor heated pool. The pool was not open during our days there (Tuesday, Wednesday). You could still order drinks from the restaurant, but personally I like the pool bar as it gives the vacation vibe. The one restaurant that was open had good food at good prices.

The room need some love and upkeep. Although it was large and spacious it needed some maintenance. The carpet had nails sticking up, the bathtub had mold, the patio was dusty and we found trash in the corners of the room. In addition the rooms were not sound proof. You could hear; the elevator every time it arrived, music from the exercise room, and the coming and goings of all the guests around.
