We had a great time, the staff was helpful, the kitchen had all the things we needed for a comfortable stay. The road to get there needs attention but everything else was great!

Hotel description states that cook to order breakfast is provided, but none was made available. Staff stated that they would provide a free pizza due to the inconvenience; however, pizza was never received. Staff not prepared to assist customers. I do not recommend this property.

Brisas del Valle was an amazing stay! Before I even checked-in, they reached out to me in regard to my stay and made sure I was ready for my trip. The property itself is tucked away in the Tierra Santa part, of Valle de Guadalupe. I arrived and checked-in and they were super friendly and welcoming. My Spanish isn’t great, but they made sure I understood the process. They sent info on the room via WhatsApp. The room is super nice with big windows and a small kitchen. I did bring food to make for one of the nights. The property itself is beautiful surrounded by vineyards. We received breakfast each morning and the restaurant is nearby, maybe 5 minute stroll and when you’re walking through vineyards it’s really nice. The restaurant is called Don Tomas and it’s its own property. At the very least, if you don’t feel like going always from Brisas, you can eat there. I want to thank the entire staff at Brisas and especially Evelyn for making this stay a very nice one! Feliz Año Nuevo!

The property was beautiful, full of greenery, I especially liked the cacti in front of my room and the great view. The only issue I had was the hot water in the shower, it took a few minutes for it to come out and it was not that hot. We had to take quick showers, we were afraid we would run out of hot water.

Fantastic place with amazing location and views of the valley! Very clean, comfortable and quiet. The perfect place to stay when you are in Valle de Guadalupe exploring the area. The bungalow has everything inside (kitchenette, dining table, fridge, utensils, etc) if you don't want to leave the place and just relax and rest for a few days. Each suite/bungallow has their own terrace and fire pit. Perfect!

Although a long drive, and it took some dirt road driving, it was all worth it in the end. Very modern clean gas chalets with modern conveniences, great bathrooms, mini kitchens and comfortable beds. But the real winner is the charming vineyard and the pathway around for a relaxing beautiful walk.

This is my second time staying here. We are on a family getaway for my sisters birthday and everyone loved it! I reached out to the hotel to have my sister's room decorated for her birthday and they were able to put a birthday flower arrangement in her room. And we were told with a week notice they would have been able to do more. As long as the service is good, we will continue to come and stay.

This location was amazing. We will definitely be returning. We stayed in the lofts. It was for a one night work retreat. We used four of the loft for our group. Loft #7 was the suite and it was perfect. We order from the room service menu. The cheese boards were good. The service was good. The must try near by is the Cocina de Dona Esthela.

Getting to the "reception" area was like a treasure hunt. Not obvious at all, even when you are there. It's more of a "kiosk" than anything else. BUT, that is part of the eco-friendliness of this place. It was less friendly that there was nobody at or near the kiosk, and nobody answered the phone or the whatsapp messages we sent. But, as often happens in Mexico, a guy eventually showed up, and showed us to our rooms and we were fine.
The place is comfy, lovely, and feels charmed. The furniture is good, the linens and terry maybe a little better than anticipated, the little kitchenette exactly what it should be.

Great stay, the room is huge, perfect for a family of 4, it has a projector to watch netflix and youtube, all the kitchen utilities available to cook some dinner or breakfast. Complimentary drinks, everything needed for a hot shower. I would totally come back again

The property is in a good location. The view from the room is perfect. I enjoyed especially the detail of the welcome bottle and all of the messages on the property. I will go back and stay longer. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen area is just right. The window shades that cover from top to bottom is a great feature for privacy and comfort. The cabin has a projector to watch your favorite videos on YouTube or shows on Netflix and an a/c unit that makes the room extremely comfortable. The restroom is very eco friendly and beautiful. The barn finish doors are just an eyeful. The decorations make you feel good. Overall it’s a great beautiful hidden gem.
