The location is nice for what it is but not really worth the price. The place is too rustic and run down. I book for three people. They gave us a queen bed room with a broken futon. The first one was literally broken, the metals were on the literal floor. I requested a new room the minute I got there- however I was ignored by the property manager and the owner. The following morning my concerned was address and a new room was provided. Same kind of room, queen bed and an another broken futon. Except that this was one newer but broken the legs couldn’t even hold up…. Overall this was a very poor experience. I don’t want to discredit the guy that helping us. Thank you. But the property literally needs some love.

The property is lovely, customer service about a 4.7 ... generally responsive but not always accessible. Definitely off the beaten road. During rainy season lots of pot holes and puddles and NOT not close restaurants and/or stores

We had a wonderful stay! The room was spotless and offered a stunning view of the vineyards. The property itself is absolutely beautiful and feels very private, making for a peaceful getaway. Although we had seen some reviews mentioning difficulty finding the place, we had no issues — Google Maps guided us easily, and there were multiple signs along the way to help. Overall, a fantastic experience, and we would definitely stay here again!

Overall it was unique and the lodging was really nice and comfortable. The pool was freezing to the point where u jumped in and jumped right back out. Loved the patio on the top of the room. We enjoyed it while there was a wedding outside. So free music! Getting there was a hassle. Staff were not really around. We were told the jacuzzi would be on during certain hours and it never came on. Minor issues with the bathroom and shower. However, if all these issues are resolved then I wouldn’t mind returning. It’s isolated and hard to get to if u drive a low car, but oddly feels safe. I liked it enough to return some day.

This is not a hotel, is an Airbnb type located in a remote area, bad dirt roads, no humans will be available, just a WhatsApp person sending messages. Horrible or non existing signs for directions. Would not go back or recommend. At night the dirt roads can be dangerous.

Wonderful hotel

Our stay at the Luna del Valle was absolutely wonderful. It wasn't easy to find the hotel, but once we found it we fell in love with it. The room was very comfortable. We spent most of the time in the pool or by the fire pit. We were so relaxed at this hotel and the staff was AMAZING! We brought home a bottle of their wine and it is very good as well. I highly recommend this hotel for couples or friends.

My reservation was lost, according to the venue administration. I booked my stay on 8/2023 and confirmed my stay on 3/2024. The venue had a wedding, and I was told that the venue had canceled my reservation to give my room to the bride and groom. I had to find a different venue that cost twice what I paid. I had to accept their offer to stay in September but with the cleaning fee in addition to what I had paid previously. Not happy at all.

Overall, the cabin we rented was clean and nice. The property was beautiful. However, the property amenities included WiFi which only worked in the pool area; not in the cabin. And lastly, and very disappointing, one had to text “Baja Stays” in order to turn the jacuzzi on. I text to request this our last night there and no response. Not even the next day with a “sorry. I saw the message had been read. The jacuzzi was one of the reasons we chose this property over others, so very disappointing to not be able to utilize it.

My friend and I came here and booked our stay for our other friend’s 40th birthday wine tasting weekend. We stayed in cabin 1 and it was very clean, has a lovely walk-in shower; a comfortable bed, charming rooftop and access to the hot tub and pool. Since it was November we didn’t use the pool, but the hot tub was nice when the jets were on. The property is very beautiful and well cared for, and the views from here are lovely- you can see mountains, vineyards, hear birds and roosters, see lush vines. It was a perfect calm getaway!

Location is great! It takes a dirt road to get there and it’s a little hidden from the main road but accesible and worth the stay. The rooms are comfy, clean and nice!
We loved having our own terrace and watch the stars at night right on top of our room! Great stay overall!

This was a cold and rainy weekend. While the decor was lovely it didn’t matter because the place was freezing. The heat never worked. We reached out and got no reply. The people were never attentive. Compare this to Casa Mayoral where we stayed previously and there is stark difference. Mayoral was amazing. Luna is probably good for the summer. Ditch it for cold weekends

Loved our stay for Valentine’s Day weekend! We arrived 30 minutes early from check-in but was accommodated early. Everyone that we met was super nice and helpful. They’ve set up the jacuzzi for us and we’re able to bring us wine 😊 since we forgot to bring one with us. The restaurant next door was lively and we could hear the music playing from our room. We were listening to the music in our patio area. We will definitely come back.

Our stay at Luna de Valle was absolute perfection. We wanted a quick getaway from Ensenada and this couldn’t have been a more beautiful and serene pick. The grounds are gorgeous, the rooms are super comfortable, the service was outstanding, and the views are unforgettable. We wish we could live there! We highly recommend this fantastic boutique hotel.

The contemporary cabin style room was very nice. The only thing was there was no hot water, the manager or person in charge, said the boiler was new. Maybe it was because we were in December it froze idk we didnt have hot water. There was nowhere to get fresh towels. Other than that it was a good stay.

We reserved our room August 19, 2021 and our reservation was for a queen bed in Cabana Luna Nueva, with balcony and vineyard views. When we arrived October 6th we were shown two rooms, each with a double bed and no view. We were told that was all that was available. The bed was very uncomfortable with both of us having poor sleep. The grounds are very nice. We talked to a helper, but never heard from management, despite leaving a message.

It was perfect as the wedding was there but there was no place to buy water.
There's a vending machine with some snacks but no water at all. I asked the guy that checked us in and he never answered.
Just a place for water would've been enough to put this place a 9.
The pillows were VERY rigid, but another guest told me they had different pillows so i dont know if it was just me

We enjoyed staying here, the setting was beautiful in a nice peaceful section of the Valle and very centrally located. Accommodations were comfortable, with a/c, a fridge and coffee maker; super huge shower an hot water. This would be ideal for a group to book the entire complex due to the close proximity of the casitas, and their proximity to the pool and public space.

The host was very helpful and attentive. He was awesome! He kept an eye out on the property and made sure everything was as tidy/clean as can be. We were informed of the dirt roads to the property and surrounding it so naturally there is dust all around. The roads are not labeled but there are signs to the location, would recommend you arrive before dark. The room was a good size and has all your basic needs. Queen size bed, a little too firm for my preference but it was just one night. AC worked which was perfect for the hot weather. Enjoyed the stay, would definitely stay again maybe in a larger villa

Worst stay ever. 4 miles of off road to get there. No one was there to check us in. We got a flat tire and no one helped. We had to stay at another hotel and they wouldn’t refund us for the night. Worst hotel. Worst Service.

Easy to find, Alberto communicates with yoj via Whatsapp- very friendly and accomadating. We checked out at 630am and he arrived promptly, there is a $50 cash deposit on arrival. Great property- we used the jacuzzi, next time we'd like to use the firepit. Rooms are not cleaned daily-fyi.

A nice place with potential to become an awesome place. The staff provided me support even before I arrived to the hotel. Thank you for securely sending me the access code via Hotels.com. Eventhough I bring my own shampoo, their toiletries need to be essential and of better quality. I had to travel 15 min drive to get breakfast. I will check back with them in a few months to see their progress, hopefully then I will get a cabin with access to the roof.

I love the individual bungalows with modern and simple decor. It had the basics - mini fridge, coffee, shampoo, soap, bottled water, AC, firepit, pool, and jacuzzi. The views were so beautiful and some of the units even have rooftop decks the overlook the entire Valle! To top it all off, the host was a gem - very welcoming and helpful. my only suggestion is to be aware that you are in the Valle out on dirt roads, so it's a bumpy and slow ride.

Good for a night or two in the middle of Valle

Service was excellent. They reached out via WhatsApp on the day I was arriving and made sure everything was ready for us.
Location is perfect, right in the middle of the Wine route, 5-10 mins away from most of the restaurants and known vineyards. Getting there is a little bit difficult as you aren't traveling on paved roads (like most of the other places in Valle de Guadalupe).

The room or cabin itself is pretty, clean and everything you need for a one night or 2 night stay.
Hotel amenities look nice but I didn't use them.

There some room for improvement, which I notified the host:
- Water heater didn't work that well. You would get hot water for a couple of minutes when taking a shower and then it would turn lukewarm. They appreciated me telling them, and I hope they fix it for the future.
They should also have a bottle opener in the room, as it's easy to buy wine bottles nearby but hard to open them in the room.

La habitación muy bonita y con mucho espacio, la persona que nos recibió súper amable y pendiente, de verdad nos hizo sentir mega acogidos siempre preocupado por tener lo mejor de la instalaciones para nosotros. La alberca muy a gusto y muy tranquilo en general. El único pero el colchón un poco ya viejo.
