Property was nice it is all dirt road so do not come in a washed clean car.We were good with the service at first.they were able to change rooms for us as the first one was a little far.Second room closer to where we were park long story short there was no hot water for a shower after using the pool.I called to let them know no hot water I was told someone from maintenance would be over they never showed up no one at the front desk answers the phone so disappointing.

Our anniversary. Nice enough for location. The heating/ac is a wall unit... and works good enough. Not a criticism: The floors are COLD (trip in March) and we wish we brought our house slippers to help. Thick socks were not enough. Hopefully this is helpful info for some. The place is worth the price if you plan to stay on the grounds more than not.

I’m not a complainer and tend to understand circumstances and what not. But this place had us wondering what we paid for? The room was clean however we were greeted with a set of rules that threw us back. 1st thing out of the young girls mouth was No Lubricants! Or we will be charged 50.00 dollars for cleaning. No outside alcohol or we will be kicked out. No stains on the bed sheets - $50.00 dollars. More rules for the pool and so on. The amount of lecture we got again for what we paid and for the conditions of the place we could have stayed at a 2 star hotel. The pool cushions ripped, the cushions to the chairs dirty. There were dogs in the property that bugged all the guest if you were outside eating. Not okay with that. The property had one couple running the place during the day till 7 pm after that it was ONE security guard in the office. That’s it. You’re pretty much on your own!!

This is the cutest spot. The bungalows are unique and very clean. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back.

The property was very unique and really comfortable. We came during a rainy season so we had to come back to the room a few times. Which was ok, but the electricity kept turning off. Also the WiFi was very weak. It was mostly for us to watch Netflix when we got back from our time out in town and to entertain our daughter. It was great being able to bring our little one since we aren’t able to have a babysitter so we appreciate the family friendly environment. Also, when you come during the rainy season, I highly recommend a truck since the area gets quite a bit of water. I had a truck so we got around very easily than others.

Insalaciones muy bonitas, pésimo servicio. No servia la regadera y se pusieron a arreglarla cuando aun estabamos ocupando el cuarto por lo que nos cortaron el agua y ni lavarnos los dientes pudimos. Pedimos un vino en la noche y nos dijo el guardia un precio. A la hora de hacer check out nos dieron un precio mas caro y no nos respetaron el que nos habian dado un dia anterior. El staff con pésima actitud solo decian que no era culpa de ellos. Cero recomendable a pesar de las bonitas instalaciones.

creo que el precio no valió lo que el hotel ofrece, esta muy lejos de cualquier camino pavimentado y no hay ningún servicio, ni siquiera una tienda cercana, no hay restaurante ni ningún tipo de alimento para comprar. las habitaciones son muy bonitas pero tampoco hay servicio de tv aunque si hay en el cuarto no se vea nada
