The room was fantastic! There were so many nice details, even a first aid kit! The bed and linens were firts quality, the bathroom is huge and it had a seating vanity. The terrace was wondeful to enjoy the view with a bottle of wine, and the jacuzzi and pool area were very enjoyable too. Loved the terry robes and slippers, and the Espresso coffe maker. Will defently be back!

Okay hotel

Great location- beautiful, safe and quiet. The hotel needs some maintenance and TLC. We have stayed here before and enjoyed our visit. However, this time it was not at the same caliber as before. I would expect it to maintain the same level quality for the price.

NYE in Guadalupe Valley

Lovely place to stay. We went on NYE and had dinner at Finca, right next to the hotel. Convenient to some wineries, as well. Super quiet, clean and will stay again. It was freezing! But once we figured out that there was heat, it was perfect.

Definitely not worth the price! No one else was there and we asked for upgrade and they wouldn’t do it. The staff is gone at night so you’re on your own if you need anything. Ask to have jacuzzi turned on and cleaned and it never heated up.

Amazing Stay at Hotel Partana!

I recently stayed at Hotel Partana in Valle de Guadalupe and absolutely loved it. The location is fantastic, within walking distance to restaurants, a coffee shop, an ice cream parlor, and a tasting room. The staff was wonderful, making our three-night stay very enjoyable. The rooms were super clean, fresh, and comfortable, equipped with all the amenities we needed.

The view of the vineyards from the property was simply stunning, and the pool and jacuzzi were amazing. The views from our room were gorgeous, adding to the overall experience. I 100% recommend this hotel and would definitely come back!

Loved the location, the room and the setting but the air conditioning unit did not work well in the night and the room was very warm. Also, it had a very firm mattress (a negative for me) and the hardest pillows I've ever slept on.

Ideal para fin de semana de relax el Valle de Gpe.

El check-in y check-out fue muy rápido, el personal muy amable en todo momento. La habitación estaba muy espaciosa y cómoda, todo estaba limpio. El baño tiene todo lo necesario (kit de shampoo, jabón, crema, toallas, secadora de cabello y toallas para la alberca). Hay cobijas extras y el AC funciona muy bien. El patio trasero con balcón y un sillón, perfecto para tomar el café de cortesía por la mañana o un vino por la tarde con vista a los viñedos. Los restaurantes abren a medio día y cierran entre 6 y 10 PM dependiendo cual sea. Un lugar tranquilo con todo lo necesario para descansar un fin de semana.

Hotel Partana is located in a great part of the valley. Accessible to a lot of wineries and some graat restaurants. The staff was very accommodating, the views from the rooms were stunning, overlooking the vineyards. The property is wonderful just to have a stroll around. Also with FINCA restaurant s on property is a big plus, it has a great vide and super good food

The place is gorgeous, best hotel bed I’ve had in years of constant traveling, but it was all ruined by the attitude of the lady in the front desk who mistreated us since we ordered more towels in the morning and complained there was no hot water threatening to charge extra for everything, let’s start by saying the room wasn’t cheap, quite the opposite.

When we wanted to leave she treated us like thieves making us wait in the lobby while they found someone to go check the minibar before letting us checkout. Her attitude was terrible, she made it clear that we were an inconvenience for her for booking last minute.

It’s unfortunate how a single person ruined the experience of an otherwise great place.

We love this hotel. Great location on the property of Animalon and Finca Altozano, so it’s a perfect spot! Beautifully appointed rooms, great patios with the most incredible vineyard views. And the pool is a great spot for a late day swim!

Stunning stay at Hotel Partana! We booked a last minute reservation and felt so lucky to have the place nearly to ourselves. Our room was beautifully designed and had a little stargazing rooftop deck nestled between rows of the vineyard. The pool was immaculate and so relaxing. The rainfall shower had a sliding glass door that allowed it to operate as an indoor/outdoor shower - it was a treat.

Best of all, it was located next door to one of the best restaurants in the valle, Finca Altozano. Cannot wait to stay again.

This is a beautiful and fun property in the heart of the vineyards. Each little pod has its own rooftop where you can have your morning coffee (or wine) and take in the views and scents of the vineyard. It is very convenient and has a coffee shop, wine shop, ice cream shop, bar, and restaurant all on site. We loved our stay and would come back again.

The location is right in the middle of nowhere which makes it a little sketchy and scary specially if you’re arriving after sundown. You literally have to drive through dirt and rocks and a bumpy road runner in order to get here. Check in ends at 8 PM however we were able to talk to the receptionist who was able to assist us since we arrived late. We didn’t know there is restaurants nearby, I wish the receptionist or anyone would have informed us. The location was beautiful and clean.

Front desk staff is ridiculously awful. Water went out in the middle of a shower. The bed reply they gave us was “wait 5 minutes, then wait 5 more. If it doesn’t come, wait ten more”. Also, “you took a risk coming to a rural property, you should have known better”. If she were my employee she’d be fired immediately. Indeed, we will not be back and let all our friends know about such risks in this property

El hotel esta bien, buenos baños pero el hotel se quedo sin agua, no había agua para el lavabo, regaderas ni WC.
El hotel NO tiene restaurante ni nada que ver con el, no te ayudan con reservaciones y el staff deja mucho que desear.
La habitación es chica y se escucha absolutamente todo lo que pasa en la habitación de al lado.
Tienen un check in que esta abierto unas horas al día solamente, si tienes un problema, buena suerte resolviéndolo solo.

Los huéspedes deben arrastrar su maleta por terracería hasta la habitación que les toca y solamente están disponibles de 8 a 8 “esperando que no se ofrezca nada después”

the hotel itself is beautiful. unfortunately, I didn't receive the email they said was sent out to check in by 8pm. Which if that was in the booking information I would have never booked considering dinner starts at 4-5pm and most reservations are 4-8 course meals which mean we would be in the middle of dinner. thats exactly what happened
I was notified by phone that I had to immidiatly go and pick up my room key
which ment leaving the middle of an expensive dinner paying for it and running towards the hotel. It was a waste of money, time and gas
The hotel is very hard to get a hold of prior to booking I had questions to make reservation in nearby areas no one ever got back to me
I tried in email, phone and social media
once we checked in and got settled in the bathroom toilet did not work
reception was gone and no one was answering the phone which meant we had no toilet that night and couldnt shower because the gross smell coming out of the water pipes.
finally around 930 am the next day...we called back to back and finally got someone on the phone but couldnt get anyone to fix the problem before we left.
Agian, we have visted valle a few time and always looked forward to the amazing hotels they had to offer Partana is for sure our biggest disapointment which is aweful since it had the best views and space ... however, worst service clouded all the great potential.
Again, 24hr reception is needed at a place like this.

The location on the property of Finca Altozano was convenient and not too far off the highway for relatively easy access day and night. It was nicely designed and felt very safe. And we enjoyed the rooftop seating and vistas of the Valle. We weren't thrilled with the many barking dogs throughout the night and the thin wall between the two rooms--could hear snoring right through the walls.

Very stylish and industrial chic but the bed was not very comfortable. The sheets were too rough and low quality. And they had some weird protective pillow cases that felt like vinyl. It also gets pretty loud on the weekends. If you want to party, this is the right spot (on the weekends). Awesome property with some of the best restaurants in the Valle but most are closed on Monday and Tuesday (like the coffee spot and the food truck).
