El hotel es general está bonito, durante las noches no hay nada de ruido pero si se escuchan las habitaciones de arriba, y en las mañanas no pude descansar bien porque se escuchaba el ruido de la cortadora de césped, también se escuchaban camiones, en cuanto a los alimentos es limitado dentro del hotel tendrías que salir para tener más opciones, mi cuarto estaba amplio pero si se veía con tierra como que tenían tiempo sin limpiarlo y el baño también estaba algo sucia la regadera. Para ir a un evento está bien pero si quieres descansar y no salir del hotel no están buena opción.

I didn't like that the jacuzzi wasn't working. Not to mention my room was not clean, I was able to notice hair in the kitchen area and chairs. No hot water till it was reported to reception. I would reconsider staying in this hotel.

They demanded the room be paid in full when arrived. The cleaning staff left our door open all day and when we returned our room was filled with mosquitos and bugs. They offered a different room, which was disgusting with rotting pipes. We also ordered room service and the man who dropped off the food demanded a higher tip, after we had tipped him. Don't recommend.

It was so bad. We cut our vacation short and left. The people adjaicent to the hotel. Were burning big piles of trash and the smog was all over our rooms. We were not able to beath. The hotel management refuse to refund our money for the day not used. They also did not offered a different room . Bad service. The coffe pot in the room did not work. The refrigerador was locked with a chain. The air conditioning had only one temperature. We will never go back or recommend this place.

We have mixed feelings about our stay at Hotel Boutique. We love Valle and visit 4-5 times a year, this was out first stay at Hotel Boutique. The pros: breakfast, lunch and dinner available onsite. Two of the restaurants offer dinner and if you have the chance to attend, definitely book the Valle Omakase here with Chef Quindere, sushi will never be the same! The restaurant staff was super accommodating, attentive and the food was delicious. Our cons: We booked two rooms, one classic cabin for my sister and a deluxe studio with terrace for us. We visited the classic cabin which was less expensive than our stay and were immediately made aware that our upgrade was NOT an upgrade. Our \"deluxe\" studio was an older room with no updates, faucet in restroom was falling apart, the fan/light above our bed did not work, the terrace was dirty we didn't even sit outdoor or use the firepit, the floors were dirty and under the bed we found trash, we had two bath towels and no other towels available for face/hands, there was a split in our door that should be repaired. DO NOT STAY in ROOM 26! My sisters' room which was far less expensive had an amazing walk-in shower with built in bench, a fire place in her room and updated features and artwork although no outdoor space. Had we known we were paying more for less we would have book a simple room. Truly bait and switch, do not fall for it. I really hope this helps you!

In a stay of 3 nights We didn't get hot water for 2 days. Nobody came to fix the problem and nobody even called to inform that maintenance guy won't show up. So called and waited and waited. Food is good but they had a shortage of employee, that means, terrible service at restaurant too.

The rooms were spotless, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable – a major plus for me! I always prioritize bed and pillow quality when reading reviews, and this resort truly delivered. The service was also fantastic and friendly. A helpful tip for future guests: if you plan to dine at the resort's restaurants and use a credit card, be sure to request the transaction be processed in pesos rather than US dollars. I found the exchange rate applied by the restaurant when processing in USD to be significantly less favorable than my bank's rate. Just a heads-up! Otherwise, my experience was excellent.
