The roomed appeared to be clean, smelled of cleaning products but the place is definitely in need of serious TLC. The sheets and towels were stained (made it difficult to use them ended up sleeping on top of clothes and did not use the towels), furnishings, doors, floorboards, walls… overall place was scrapped, scratched, worn out , bathtub stained, and there was a male reproductive body part drawn/scratched off on the inside of the bathroom door - adding to the yuck factor - the pictures on this website do not reflect the age and lack of maintenance of this hotel. Will definitely not be returning.

I booked this hotel because the price was slightly lower than the average in the area, but I quickly realized why. The location is far more remote than it appears online, and the photos are misleading.
Upon arrival, the front desk staff received me slowly and with confusion, almost as if I had done something wrong by booking. The hostess questioned me in an unprofessional manner, saying things like \"How did you book online if all our rooms were blocked?\" and asking \"When did you book it? How did you do it?\" — as if their system couldn’t confirm that information. It felt disorganized and unwelcoming.
To top it off, I arrived at 2:57 PM and was told I had to wait because check-in was strictly at 3:00 PM — a pointless and petty delay of just three minutes.
The hotel itself feels neglected. The carpets are old and dirty, the hallways smell musty, and I could see staff members gathered in regular guest rooms with doors wide open — not exactly a professional image. My room had no windows, making it feel stuffy despite the air conditioning.
This place has potential, but it’s being wasted. It badly needs an upgrade in both appearance and customer service. Either invest in it properly or sell it to someone who will.

Seem to wait until it just breaks and even though it looks terrible they manage to keep it even if its falling apart with some tape or awful glue. Things from 2nd hand store are probably in better condition. Have a family room with a tiny table and one chair. Missing fridge and microwave. ( We had to change rooms and previous room had it- but the elevator was broken and my mother in law is handicap and we were on 3rd floor) lamp with no cover. Outside lights of patio had wires hanging out. Towels were so old with strings hanging out. Shower curtains were hanging loose. How much does it cost to replace a cheap shower curtain or buy a lamp cover. And the shower head was so old small splurts of water were diretcly hitting the cieling or in every direction other than me. Owner has really let a potentially better hotel fall apart to pieces. The only thing keeping it somewhat together is nice staff.

The rooms have really old and dirty carpet and smells so bad, the chairs inside are dirty the walls have mold the sick smells so bad I was very disappointed I had two rooms. And both rooms smells bad. I stay there because I already pay but I'm not happy I could stay in the room . Only to sleep because no choice . The rooms doors very insecure. The owner should give a good fixed to this hotel.

I reserved a room with ocean view and all I could see it was a wall from a building in construction, no Wi-Fi access and not enough parking. Hardly any water in the shower, sliding door to access the balcony was stuck, couldn't open. Bathroom door was getting stuck too. Front desk service was good, Edgar was very nice.
