Was better than I expected coming from the States, for the price. Room was very clean and modern. The washer machine was an extra Bonus. Was a little load @ night with some party crowd . But nothing too out the ordinary. Building is secured from outside. Great shops right outside. Will stay again.

My daughter and I only stayed for one night. I felt it was clean and safe. Make sure you ask for their parking card to be able to park in Netto’s parking garage. It’s really right there. There’s a nice cafe around the corner to eat at.

Apart of very good location there is not many good thinks to say. Shower head didn't fit the stand, basic tv channels ( no english at all even news ) soft bed gave me sore back plus vedy disappointed breakfast. I don't think i would book it again.

Be aware this is an apartment and not all rooms are run by the one organisation. The apartment itself is really nice but extremely noisy. Very poor insulation from other guests. Our neighbours arrived drunk at 1am and were shouting at each other in the hall then continued their party in the room until after 3am. Other guest up the hall were also in party mode at a similar time. Management is not on site 24 hrs so we had no one to complain to. Next morning our complaint was taken on board but we were told our noisy neighbours were on their guest list and they would address the situation but the other noisy guests were from another booking agency and they could do nothing about them. We were also told the next night may be the same as there was a festival in town. We decided to cut our stay short and moved out. Hotels.com took up our refund application and got back to us saying the hotel itself refused to refund our unused accommodation however hotels.com gave us a monetary credit to use with our next booking. So thanks hotels.com but no thanks to Residence Aparthotel. An overall very unpleasnt end to what looked like good accommodation

Nice Apartment, Close to the city etc, There was a lift which was great as well, very clean etc, lovely shower, the only things to let it down was the bed was not comfy at all, and the lack of kitchen utensils etc, and the Reception for the Tele was teririble, apart from that lovely place sorry to complain! Hopefully get it fixed for next time...

Sehr zentrale Lage, das Zimmer war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet und auch günstig. Supermarkt und Parkplatz in unmittelbarer Nähe. Verwirrend war der Aushang, dass Ausgangssperre herrscht, war aber eher ein Übersetzungsfehler, es herrscht nur Nachtruhe. Das Personal war eher wortkarg, aber das ist wohl kulturell geprägt. Die Rezeption ist bis 22h besetzt, charmant war die Kontaktaufnahme per SMS im Vorfeld, die ausgewiesene Telefonnummer ist das Hotel-iPhone-zeitgemäß gelöst!

Die Zimmer waren sehr gut und modern eingerichtet auch sauber leider waren viel zu wenig Handtücher also ein zweites hätte schon noch dabei sein sollen und auch ein bodentuch wäre auch nicht schlecht gewesen denn wenn man aus der Dusche steigt könnte man hinfallen und sich verletzen. Leider war auch kein Parkplatz vorhanden man musste auf der Straße sich einen Parkplatz suchen und für die Sicherheit seines Fahrzeuges selber sorgen dass in der Nähe befindliche parkhaus war total überlastet und es waren keine freien parkplätze verfügbar leider müsste man auch den Parkplatz selber zahlen er ist nicht im hotelpreis mit inkludiert

Die Bilder waren vielversprechend, die Realität brachte die Ernüchterung!
Zimmer war schmutzig, es roch verraucht im Zimmer, die Möbel zum Teil abgelebt und verschlissen.
Von den 4 Stühlen am Tisch war leider keiner ohne Flecken auf den Sitzpolstern. Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet und hell, jedoch nicht wirklich in gutem Zustand. Dies kann ich sagen da 3 Zimmer in gleichem unbefriedigtem Zustand gewesen sind. Hier sollte dringend gehandelt werden. Im Bad begrüßten mich Nachts die Silberfische. Ein absoluter Reinigungsmangel zeigte sich auch an den verschimmelten Fugen des gefliesten Bades und in der Küche. Zimmer konnte auch nicht mit Vorhängen abgedunkelt werden. Das Frühstück geht in Ordnung solange man nicht zu spät kommt. Dann ist vieles nicht mehr vorhanden oder wird aufgefüllt . Vor der Tür wird Mann oder Frau ganztägig von Obdachlosen begrüßt die vor einem nahe gelegenem Getränkeladen Ihre Freizeit verbringen. Ab Mittag liegt der eine oder andere dann in seinem eigenen Dreck oder spricht jemand an ob er noch eine Kollekte für die nächste Promille - Dröhnung bekommen kann. Aus diesem Grund aus meiner Sicht leider nicht für Familien zu empfehlen, es sei denn man möchte Ihnen gerne die Alternativ - Kultur zeigen. Das Personal ist freundlich, da gibt es nicht auszusetzen. Fazit: Es ist ein gutes Potential vorhanden, doch wird es leider nicht ausgenutzt. Derzeit gibt es bessere Alternativen für gleiches oder sogar weniger Geld.

Ein absoluter Reinigungsmangel zeigte sich auch an den verschimmelten Fugen des gefliesten Bades und in der Küche. Zimmer konnte auch nicht mit Vorhängen abgedunkelt werden. Das Frühstück geht in Ordnung solange man nicht zu spät kommt. Dann ist vieles nicht mehr vorhanden oder wird aufgefüllt . Vor der Tür wird Mann oder Frau ganztägig von Obdachlosen begrüßt die vor einem nahe gelegenem Getränkeladen Ihre Freizeit verbringen. Ab Mittag liegt der eine oder andere dann in seinem eigenen Dreck oder spricht jemand an ob er noch eine Kollekte für die nächste Promille - Dröhnung bekommen kann. Aus diesem Grund aus meiner Sicht leider nicht für Familien zu empfehlen, es sei denn man möchte Ihnen gerne die Alternativ - Kultur zeigen. Das Personal ist freundlich, da gibt es nicht auszusetzen. Fazit: Es ist ein gutes Potential vorhanden, doch wird es leider nicht ausgenutzt. Derzeit gibt es bessere Alternativen für gleiches oder sogar weniger Geld.

Alle waren sehr nett und bemüht. Das Zimmer war sauber und modern eingerichtet. Das Badezimmer tadellos. Trotzdem es an einer stark befahrenen Straße liegt relativ ruhig. Durchaus auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt geeignet. Funfakt: Bei der im Zimmer ausliegenden Hausordnung erfolgte die Übersetzung offensichtlich mit Google Übersetzer. Die Ausgangssperre ab 22 h, die es sowohl in der deutschen als auch in der englischen Fassung gibt, war leicht beunruhigend.

Apartment war zwar klein aber schon. Es waren nur grosse Handtücher vorhanden und das Bettlakken für die Schlafsofa war zu klein. Ich wollte an der Rezeption eine grössere holen, aber die hatten keine. Also müssten wie das Bett mit zwei Bettlakken machen.

Överlag bra hotell i stadskärnan med alla dess för och nackdelar. I detta fall var jag och en vän på en mc-resa söderut och stannade här på vägen tillbaka. Hotellet ger ett gott intryck med trevlig personal och hög klass på både reception och rum. Bekväma sängar! Frukosten var även den mycket bra med allt man kan vilja ha i kall väg som buffé samt ett varmt valfritt alternativ som lagades på beställning.
Den stora nackdelen för oss var just att vi var på mc-resa, inte alls så smidigt att ta sig in i staden som man lätt kan tro när man kollar på kartan. Parkering finns men enligt personalen mycket få, vilket gjorde att vi fick stå på gatan med p-biljett som lätt hade kunnat stulits, för att inte tala om risken för skadegörelse eller liknande. Trots lite småskumt kvarter så klarade sig hojarna bra och vistelsen blev lyckad. Men som motorcyklist kommer jag aldrig åka dit igen.

Das Hotel ist von außen sehr unscheinbar. Das Hotel drinnen, ist aber sehr angenehm. Die Zimmer sind gut eingerichtet und soweit alles vorhanden was man benötigt.

Das Hotel befindet sich in einem Neubau, in dem sich auch Mietwohnungen sich befinden. Die Hauptstrasse, an der sich das Hotel befindet, ist sehr laut, mit Strassenbahnverkehr. Die Fenster schließen sehr gut, sodass der Lärm im Hotelzimmer nicht mehr zu hören ist.

Das Bett ist recht klein, wenn das Kind nachts noch mit hinzu möchte, so dass einer von uns Erwachsenen auf das Sofa gewechselt ist. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist überschaubar, aber völlig ausreichend und der Kaffee sehr lecker. Der Service ist sehr positiv hervorzuheben. Leider wurde bei uns das Zimmer nicht einmal sauber gemacht oder die Handtücher gewechselt, da wir jedoch nur (mit An- und Abreise) 4 Tage in Stettin waren, haben wir uns diesbezüglich nicht beschwert. Das Hotel liegt an einer Hauptstraße die gut befahren und bei geöffnetem Fenster doch recht laut ist. Unser Zimmer befand sich in der fünften Etage und die schönen großen Fenster haben auch viel Wärme in die Wohnung gelassen. Es gibt jedoch einen Ventilator.
Generell bietet die Stadt wenig bis gar nichts für Kinder (egal für welches Alter), so dass unser nächster Ausflug hierher zu zweit sein wird oder die Kinder schon größer sind und gerne einkaufen gehen.

Super fint lille hotel i centrum af byen. Vi har fået et værelse med eget køkken og meget fin badeværelse- rent og hyggeligt. Vores hund var også velkommen;) Hotellet er lokaliseret på en af de største gader i Stettin, så der er gåafstand til alt i centrum. Der var dog meget larm om natten, men sådan er det når hotellet ligger så centralt. Kan klart anbefales til en weekend ophold. Gode parkeringsmuligheder ved de nærliggende gader og parkeringspriser vælter ikke budgettet.
