Staff were very helpful and courteous, room was wonderfully spacious and bed super comfortable. Bathroom was dated but spacious and everything worked fine, coffee pods were not good though but that is a minor detail. Great location as well as easy to grab sky train and short shuttle commute to YVR.

Staff were very welcoming, polite and pleasant. Despite being an older hotel it was very clean and beds were very comfortable. The Airport shuttle was prompt, clean and the driver was courteous. We ate at the restaurant and enjoyed our meal and felt the service was excellent. Would stay there again.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Disappointed there was no free breakfast as is now offered by a lot of hotels especially for the price paid and you only get the room from 4 pm to 11 pm so check-in is late.

The room wasn’t cleaned, the pillows smelled like feet, and I did not appreciate being charged 50$ by Expedia for a “full breakfast” vouvher that costed 20$ to buy at the hotel, to get cold eggs, rubber sausage and cold potatoes.

Room was good, a little dated. The surrounding area around hotel needs to be cleaned up. Shuttle service from airport to hotel was good. Shuttle service from hotel to cruise terminal was interesting, driver could probably get a second job as a race car driver. I understand it was a third party shuttle service, not tied to the hotel.
Overall was a good stay for two nights.

the shower drain was clogged immediately and water pooled and wouldn't drain for hours which was disgusting. there was obvious mold under the rim of the sink. In the morning there was two random pools of water was on floor near door with with no obvious explanation. The Kurig coffee maker spit thick grinds into the cup, suggesting it was very dirty since kurig coffee pods shouldn't do that.

We waited an hour before a shuttle came to pick us up from the airport. Front desk kept pushing the time the shuttle would come — “4 minutes,” “oh, it’ll be another 15 minutes,” “no, it’ll be another 20 minutes” after calling three times asking where the shuttle was. The hotel did not apologized but accused us of missing the shuttle when we saw other hotels’ shuttles come by 3 times.

The room is mediocre; not for a long, relaxing stay. Basically a quick in and out situation. Almost zero amenities.

My girlfriend and I stayed here over the long weekend for the Richmond Night Market. The location was perfect very close to the Night Market and many restaurants, which made it really convenient for our trip.

However, the hotel itself seemed poorly managed. The desk had visible dust, the towels had dirty stains or possibly makeup stains, and some of the cleaning amenities were out during our one-day stay. These issues made it feel like the room had not been properly checked or cleaned before we arrived.

Overall, the location was great, but the cleanliness and management need significant improvement.

We stayed here because we had an early flight out and could leave the car parked in their lot and shuttle to YVR. Upon leaving our shuttle had to pull aside due to running out of gas. They called us a cab and paid our way. When we arrived back at YVR we waited an hour for the shuttle to arrive ( were told they circle every 30 minutes but seemed the driver had many guests and tons of bags to load/offload ) when he finally arrived there were so many suitcases a young guy (travelling) assisted him in getting them all out of the van as we waited to load. It was chaos with no direction and he seemed to be very overworked and upset. Once we got seated, I quickly noticed the van was riding on E ( no fuel) AND the engine light was on.
Yes, the hotel was fine and the gals at check in were pleasant but based on the reason I chose this place ( shuttle and long term parking) I will never go back or recommend them again.

We had a very short overnight stay for a connecting flight. Grateful for a comfortable bed, a window that opened for some fresh air, a walk-in shower, and a complimentary airport shuttle (stops at midnight) back and forth. The hotel was about 10 minutes or less from the airport departure door.

I liked that there was a coffee machine/tea in the lobby. It's close to so many good restaurants. They also have a snack room for purchase. Pleasant staff but we were asked if we wanted housekeeping to clean during our 2-night stay. We said yes, but they didn't come and clean.

The lobby is huge; the room is big and comfortable, but the toilet seat cover does not secure tightly. The staff is not self-initiated to help. When we checked-in, we were told if we would like to reserve a shuttle service from the hotel to the airport, we need to do it a day before we checkout. In the morning of the day before check-out date, we came to the front desk to make a reservation of the shuttle service. The lady told us to book it in the evening. I asked her why that is necessary, since that is one day before the shuttle service is required and why we have to come back to book it at the evening, she could not give us an answer.

We have to wait until her manger showed up and she helped us to make the reservation.

Their staff need more proper training on customer services.

The entire hotel feels old but was well kept and maintained. I was staying after a cruise and needed a deep clean, the water was very clean and felt refreshing. The showers are a bit slow and weak but I'm assuming that's to conserve water? Staff was very helpful during the check-in and check-out process. I would definitely come back here in the future.

This hotel was clean and comfortable. We got off of our cruise ship at 7am and they were able to get us a room by 130pm. We were able to store our luggage in a locked room in the meantime. The woman working the front desk was super helpful and friendly.

Convenient location 15 minutes or less from the airport, in a quiet area. Lots of restaurants around for lunch and dinner but not much for breakfast. The hotel breakfast is not great. Property not well kept: dirty carpet, dirty elevators, guest garbage in the hallway for hours, that kind of thing. Good place for a night or two if you want to be near the airport.

Our stay was very good, just had a toilet issue (and sort of) a shower issue. Upon our ceck in we encountered a toilet issue where it did not flush appropriately. We let the front desk know right away and they addressed it while we were out for dinner. Fast forward to the next morning and we encountered the same issue again. They were very kind when we let them know. As for the shower, it took FOREVER for it to get warm. All in all, a good stay for the price.

There is a hidden cost when you check-out. When I booked on Expedia, this property says parking available. I checked the photo of the parking stalls: lot of lots and it locates in Richmond BC. However, when I check-in and was charged by $27/2 nights. slow season and still lot of empty stalls. It will be better to claim that parking is exclusive and will charge $13/per night;
Moreover, there is nothing of the personal items at the restroom except the Body lotion and hand wash which were mounted on the wall. I have to frequently to get Q-tips, teeth paste/tooth brush, until I cannot find my hair comb in my car and I ask the front desk. They are helpful. No any bottle water, no slippers, of course no Pajama. all the room offer is kept at the basic minimum.

They don't clean under the beds. No soap in the bathroom. Hotel quite presentable but overpriced. Don't rely on their airport shuttle service, let us down both ends. First time the driver no showed for the first 4am run (for an 8am flight) and they had to get us an uber. Second time they gave us conflicting and ultimately incorrect pick-up information, so we booked an uber.
3 stars, not great not terrible.

Good airport hotel on a budget. Airport shuttle was free and seamless, and the room and lobby had free coffee. Staff were professional, but some of them (especially the shuttle drivers) were super gruff and cold. Rooms definitely could have been cleaner, especially the bathrooms. The tiles had dirty grout, there were hairs on the ceiling (like, how??), and it had a weird smell. The bed was clean and comfy though, and the room was spacious with a fantastic mountain view. I'd stay here again, but only if the price was right.

The girls at the front desk were new and told us the wrong instructions to get the shuttle from the airport, resulting in an over an hour wait outside. Once we arrived, there was no apology and a slow check-in line. We were also disappointed with the cost, and the hotel requires upgrades. There was also no shuttle to our morning flight, and the girls again forgot our voucher.

Was told to call for aiport shuttle when we got to the airport. Called over and over again and let it ring for up to six minutes each time and no one answered. Finally a guy answered and we got the shuttle. When we checked in, he asked if we needed the morning shuttle, we said yes and he confirmed that we should be in the lobby for 4:30. In the morning a different guy said there was no record of us needing a shuttle and he had to call us a cab. Bed had a yellowing blanket just wrapped with an outer sheet (blanket was originally white), shower had orange scum, and there was someone else's clothing sticker sticking off of the closet. The shower was the worst we have ever experienced - even worse than camping. Zero pressure - it was more of a mister. Also, bathroom sink had no hot or warm water and also very little pressure, but much better than the shower. Didn't try the huge tub, so not sure there. Other than that, the room was huge and has a lot of potential. Tons of storage, big TV, comfortable pillows and bed. Looks visually like a nice place and in a very convenient location, but needs a lot more care and attention paid to guest experience. After a 9 hour flight, a decent shower would have been nice, but will never stay again based on the horrible shower alone. Couldn't even get the shampoo out.

This area has dozens and dozens of asian restaurants (Korean hotpot, Japanese sushi, etc!!) within walking distance or within 5 minute drive. Friendly staff and only 10 min drive or shuttle to airport. If you need the airport shuttle- book it when you are checking in!

Of all the places we stayed during our trip to Vancouver, this Grand Park hotel was by far the worst. The front desk staff greeted guests with a completely lifeless demeanor. Furthermore, the window in our room was broken and wouldn't close; as a result, the entire room felt as though it were situated right on an airport runway, suffering from severe noise pollution. Since we have to head to the airport early tomorrow morning, the noise made it absolutely impossible for us to get any rest; we were forced to get up in the middle of the night to request a room change. We would never stay at a hotel like this again.

Was there with my son and family. We specifically booked a hotel to park a vehicle for a week. After waiting for almost an hour the shuttle never came. When calling the hotel to ask each of us was on hold for at least 15 minutes. My son ended up taking a cab to the hotel to pick up his vehicle and get the rest of the family from the airport.
