Overall decent value for money at the hotel, but room 503 needs some attention - the entry door is not closing / locking unless you push it hard, the hallway carpet needs proper cleaning and stains removal, the toilet seat is loose.

Probably dirtiest hotel i have ever been. Stains on carpets, dirty towels, bathroom covered in mould. Looks like hote is used to accommodate homeless people.
No panel for air conditioning, smell off cigarettes from other rooms even if smoking is not allowed in hotel.
It should have one star not 2. Never again !

Hi, My overall stay was superb. Staff members were having smiling face. Breakfast could have been better and bed was a bit uncomfortable.

Last day after check out they allowed me to put the luggage in the hotel for free. Loved Szczecin because of staying here. Everything was well connected and closer to the hotel.

Probably my worst stay in a hotel chain. It started with a bad smell in reception, I had to use a phone light to find the card holder in the room. My double bed was actually a fold up single. The decor was tired, a broken electric socket, dirty light switch and socket. Loose tiles in the bathroom although it did seem clean. The only good thing was a glass bottle of water in the room although it was rather hard water

Unpleasant reception staff..hair dryer is not working and we ask for ekstra they can not provide. Electric outlet in the toilet is not working either, yet they didnt do anything.. aircon is no function as wel. 3 nights stay is a disaster.

Fairly average chain hotel about 10 minutes walk from station. On positive side I appreciate the internal door which blocks corridor noise. I had a room at back which was quiet, rooms on front have a main road.

I had a late check in and it was hard to find a hotel or Airbnb that could accommodate me. So it was nice to arrive at this hotel to a very pleasant and professional young woman at the reception. Check-in was efficient. My room was small with quite old carpet and furnishings, but fine. The only thing I could complain about is the two tiny twin beds meant for children. I’m just about 5’6” and they were barely long enough or wide enough for me. I can’t imagine anyone tall staying there! The bed was not the most uncomfortable bed I’ve had in Europe but nothing to recommend. It was just for one night so it was fine. The lovely staff made up for what the room lacked.

Smelly room that takes a while to get used to :/ maybe it's not a good idea to have a cleaning staff from Curry Land? Hot as well, looks like AC is controlled from outside because the room control was off. To get it colder you need open the window but the traffic makes it impossible to sleep.

Very pleasant stay.

I stayed for two nights in Campanille hotel.It was very OK- clean, amazing, very helpfull staff, great breakfast.
It was some noise from the street, but I wasn't any fault of hotel- of course.
Highly recommended for short break.

A visit to Szczecin

The hotel is located very close to the cathedral and main attractions, as well as main public transport lines. It's relatively inexpensive, but the room cleanliness and the comfort of the bed could be better.
In the bathroom, there was a cherry stone on the floor when we arrived. It was still there on the day of our departure even though the room service was in at least twice. No spare towels even though the note in the bathroom says so. Coffee not refilled if not both packs used.
Very uncomfortable mattress- being drawn into the middle of the bed rather than being able to sleep on your side of the bed.
Only one lift available in the hotel, being used by staff most of the time making guests wait long time for the lift to arrive. No clear markings of floor numbers in the staircase.
Nice breakfast with a relatively wide choice, but not worth the money being charged. There was a toaster available but no bread that could be toasted. The breakfast info in hotel folder a bit deceiving as not all options available- no pancakes or sweet buns on the day we had breakfast.
Overall- even though the location of the hotel is very good, for our next trip we'd probably spend a bit more to, hopefully, find somewhere cleaner and more comfortable.

Very good choice for short stay in Szczecin

This place is located close to all the main tourist attractions in Szczecin - parks, old town, restaurants. You can see all the main places in the city by walking. Rooms are very clean, although some amenities should be better maintained (for example heating thermostats are not working in many rooms). Hotel serves breakfast, although we preferred to eat in the restaurants close by, so I cannot review its quality.

An excellent hotel experience in Stettin

Never having been in Poland before, I did not know what to expect of a hotel but my stay exceeded all my expectations.
The staff at the reception desk were invariably knowledgeable, helpful and courteous and very personally pleasant. The room was terrific, with both AC and wifi.
The location could not have been better and the staff gave me good ideas about sight-seeing.
I shall always remember my experience with warmth and pleasure.

Good Location

The Hotel was ideally situated but the bathroom left a lot to be desired. Once you had a shower you needed wellingtons to enter or leave the bathroom. We did point this out to the housekeeping staff and to the Hotel Manager. The Manager said she would e mail me a discount voucher for an upgraded room when we next return to Poland later on in the year. As of yet we have not received anything from her.

Great value central location

Enjoyed a few nights there when visiting the region for a family wedding. Our party consisted of 12 in total, and everybody found the hotel agreeable, with staff always seemingly trying their best, and the location great for access to everything else. Thoroughly recommended and would definitely stay here if I were to visit the area again.

Good basic hotel that gets all the essentials right. Clean, reasonable room space and comfort. Best of all though the best shower I've ever had; not just in a hotel but ever.

Didnt opt for the 35 zloty breakfast as you can get far more for your money elsewhere in town.

My one week in Szczecin - June 2012

There are many good things about this hotel; firstly - its location. Very close to the train station and to the the city centre including historic places. No need for using public transport - short walking distance to all places in the city. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Good quality breakfasts. I asked for a quiet room and it really was quiet. If I come to Szcecin next time I will certainly book this hotel again.

Stayed for one night. 15mins walk from train station. Close to main sightseeing attractions. Clean and comfortable room with basic amenities. Kettle provided with complimentary coffee/tea. Free Wifi connection in the room. Good value for money if a good night's rest and shower is all you need.

cheap hotel, not that clean.

I had a ok 5day stay in campanile.

room weren't cleaned once, the cleaning staff only worked between 9-11 and, since i were there on leisure i like to sleep out, so my room weren't cleaned in 5 days. They did leave toilet paper and water outside my door every morning tho.
'
Room smelled cigarettes, but it was a non smoking hotel.

When i arrived the room was steaming, the wall thermometer showed 28c ( 90f ). When i contacted the reception, i were told that the only fix was to turn the heater off, by killing the fuse marked X.

Overall an OK stay, but the overall quality of the hotel and staff was only average.

Really cheap :)

My first time to Poland from the uk!! Hotel was clean and tidy and location very good!! Beds are firm and rooms are clean!! Staff are nice-ish but that's just Poland! Only down side is that it does smell of cleaning chemicals and the room cleaning does start early!! But can you really complain about a hotel that is too clean! Lol!!

Good location for two days in Szczecin

The modern Campanile Hotel is situated on a busy road in Szczecin, but we were fortunate to get a room at the rear, which was very quiet. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful, speaking more than adequate English. The room was very good value for money, with twin beds, an excellent bathroom with good towels. The tea/coffee making facilities in the room were very useful and the daily provision of bottled water and biscuits was a nice touch.

The room rate didi not include breakfast, which could be bought separately for 32 Zloty per person. This was a bit on the expensive side for this city, but provided a convenient buffet in a comfortable dining room. The breakfast was hot scrambled eggs, sausages and frankfurters with a range of cold items - various cereals, fruit and cooked meats and cheeses, with fruit juice and tea/coffee. This selection was very good for a stay of a few days but might become boring if staying for a week or so. We found the breakfast set us up for most of the day before needing more food at dinner.

The tourist sites in Szczecin are mostly within walking distance of the hotel and we enjoyed visiting the castle, the cathedral (conveniently situated directly across the road from the hotel) and the river front where there are excellent views above the water out across the port towards the Baltic Sea.

There is a good range of shops nearby including the large indoor shopping centre \"Galaxy\" which is about 10 minutes away from the hotel. In this centre there are numerous food outlets including one serving Polish food, which we found to be good value and to porvide large portions of tasty food.

Take care with the beers, which are often of 8% alcohol strength. With supermarket prices as low as 40 pence for half a litre of this brew, it is easy to take on too much!

We enjoyed visiting Szczecin for a couple of days and would stay again at the Campanile.

You get what you pay for, I think that describes it the best. It is clean, but would need a repainting and some small repairs. Kettle in the room, tv, double bed, basic but ok. Bathroom with a bath, nice size. Breakfast and dinner overpriced, so I would not recommend dining there. But it is just few steps from everything- restaurants, fast foods, trams, buses so the location is just perfect. Would recommend for a short stay.

Great hotel, functional, clean, basic, budget, easy parking. We always (for 9 years) stay here for 1 night during our annual holiday to east-Poland.
The hotel is situated in the city Centre, which has lots of nice restaurants and a great shopping mall.

Next year we’ll explore Szczetcin better by visiting it’s monuments and other venuea.
And off course, we will stay at Campanile again. For the 10-th time!

Bei der Unterkunft war das Zimmer Ausstattung gut, sauber und ruhig.
Leider gibt es auch negative Beurteilungen das Telefon war defekt, die Tv Fernbedienung war ebenfalls defekt, das Frühstück war sehr ernüchternde.

Utslitt og gammelt.

Dette hotellet har nok sett sine beste dager. Begynner å bli skikkelig gammelt, bodde der siste gang for ca 30 år siden og det er nok på tide med en omfattende renovasjon skal det drives videre. Greit for en natts overnatting men vil ikke anbefale noe lenger opphold.

Für den Preis von 35€ pro Nacht für ein Doppelzimmer in der Lage ist es vollkommen okay. Aber man darf nicht zu viel erwarten. Für 1-2 Nächte erfüllt es seinen Zeck.

-relativ Zentrale Lage
-Hundefreundlich
-Badewanne (für die, die lieber Baden)
-große Bettdecke

Negativ:
-sehr Laut (Straßenbahn, fenster schließen nicht richtig, direkt an der Hauptstraße, viele laute Autos)
-wenn Bettbezug/Bettwäsche sich mal etwas lösen kommen sehr viele eklige Flecken zum vorschein

Alles in allem, wer günstig Nächtigen und Ohropax dabei hat wird hier für den 2 Sterne Standart zufriedengestellt sein.

スタッフのチェックインなどの対応はよかった。ただし、テレビとドライヤー(備え付け)が壊れていて使うことができなかった。ドライヤーをフロントに借りに行ったが、他に貸していて、ないとのことであった。また部屋の空調の温度を調整することができず、寒かった。
