The \"Design Apartment\" itself was spacious and quite nice, with fridge, stove, dishwasher, and clothes washer. It would have been very comfortable for 3 nights, however unfortunately there was a mosquito problem that kept me awake both nights and covered in bites. (The problem was bad enough that I left a day early, because I could not risk another night of no sleep. I did not receive a refund for the last night) Clearly other guests also had issues with mosquitos, because there were dozens of squashed mosquitos on the walls and ceiling of the loft that were not cleaned up, hence the \"ok\" rating around cleanliness. Everything else about the apartment was clean, just not the mosquito guts.

I have told the hotel of the mosquito issue, so hopefully they will clean them for the next guest. I also mentioned my suspicions that the mosquitos are living in the room, so hopefully they explore that as well, though they told me they \"have no influence on insects\". I feel bad saying this, but I would not recommend this room in the summer.

Perfect apartment with good location. Nice apartment but the sleeping sofa was hard. The shower had very hot water.
No cleaning. No dishwatersoap. But the apartment had the most of Equipment. Perfect for friends.

Great apartment but downside was 49 stairs to climb and as we are both in our 60's not that much fun with two big suitcases. It might be worth pointing that out in the information. Otherwise apart from there being no knives to butter ones toast the apartment was clean, comfortable and airy. It was also nice and quiet and well placed for the old town and a short tram ride and walk from the railway station. We would come again but with less luggage.

Lovely Looking but hugely disappointing apartment

Lovely Looking but hugely disappointing apartment. It was very well located and the initial impression is impressive.
But the apartment had too many issues and the manager who met us was not remotely interested in resolving them.

For example the main element of the Shower (The overhead rain shower) did not work, this was reported on the first day and nobody repaired it forcing us to use the more primitive handheld part of the shower.

The temperature outside was below freezing yet the heating was kept at a low 12 degree Celsius without any way of increasing this. This made the mornings especially uncomfortable.

Also the apartment access works on a code only access on 3 doors, no keys, but the manager did not tell us that the main apartment door needed looking by pressing a button, we discovered on the 3rd day we had been leaving the apartment unlocked.

Also the Kitchen, whilst beautiful looking, was severely lacking in items, not enough cutlery, no tea towels, no oven gloves.

The information on the apartment was completely lacking, it was too cold, did not have a working shower and was poorly kitted out.

I would not recommend this apartment.

Great location, very clean but steep stairs

After booking,I received an email with all the useful info, like codes to access the property, WiFi password, address and how to get in contact on the arrival. Very organised.
Very modern, nicely decorated, enough space for three of us.It's got three floors and many VERY STEEP stairs, not ideal if you have children or have been partying all night.
You can hear all noise coming from downstairs, even kettle boiling etc, while in bed because they are no walls. Everything is open planned, apart from the bathroom and toilet. We didn't like that and unfortunately we didn't realise it while booking.
There was a sofa bed in the living room, double bed on the 1st floor, a single bed and a single mattress on the 2nd floor. The mattresses were very comfortable and firm. The pillows were too big and very uncomfortable, ended up using the decorative cushions of the settee.
The apartament was very clean and had everything we needed (an iron,coffee maker, pots and pans to cook breakfast, hairdryer and even watching machine!)
The location was fantastic- 15 minutes walk to all the places we wanted to go to. I recommend you book to go to Baltica SPA. Had a lovely and very relaxing two hours in there. Also, if the weather is rubbish and you've run out of ideas of what to do you could visit the cinema Multikino coz movies are in English.
Owners need to sort out the bathroom tap, shelves in the small bedroom and the shower head- broken.
Would come back but not to the purple apartament.

Great apartment and nice staff

Room / apartment was fantastic, I love all the decoration and layout. The location is great too, right next to a good restaurant, river and castle are closed by.
And thank you so so so much for the helpful staff (in person & on the phone) Everyone was amazing and friendly. <3 and managed to find my iPad and delivered it 10/15 mins before my airport bus departed lol.

Clean, stylish apartment.

Lucksus Apartment Mariacka was of a high standard and presented with a theme, black and white and images of Hollywood in ours. The staff representative was thoughtful, caring and professional in her approach. The only downside was the bedrooms being up steep stairs and these rooms were warm for most of the day, particularly the top bedroom. The apartment is well located in terms of tourist walks and restaurants / bars / cafes.

Perfect Location?

I was there for a family reunion at the Duke's Pomeranian Castle (Zamek) and the location was perfect for that. A short 3 minute walk. The restaurant at the Castle is beyond compare, we ate there every chance we got. Everything is fresh. Check in was confusing as you have to contact them first. Wioletta does speak English though and I just texted her. There is no elevator and a little trick to the door codes. Beware that the lower hall is only locked on the street side door and not the other side. One of our suitcases was stolen from the hall. We filed a police report and there was a security camera which showed the thief, but we didn't get anything back. The apartment itself is beautifully furnished and it was nice to have the full kitchen.

Well equipped apartment in center of Stettin

My room was a maisonette in a 19th century apartment house near the Stettin castle. Well maintained and well equipped, it was located in central walking distance of the chief historical sites as well as two up-scale shopping centers. Although there is no reception, the check-in was flawless, as long as you have a European cell phone.

Mucha limpieza. Buenas sabanas y toallas .
Camas cómodas.
Cocina con todo detalle : hervidor , cafetera , micro, lavavajillas, lavadora .

Por poner un pero ..no había secador de pelo y sería de agradecer un pequeño armario para deshacer la maleta .

Ubicación perfecta .Zona silenciosa . Muy cerca cafetería muy agradable.

Sehr zentral gelegenes Appartment in Laufweite zu den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten. Trotzdem ruhig gelegen an einer wenig befahrenen Wohnstraße. Restaurants und Frühsrücksmöglichkeiten ebenfalls fußläufig gut zu erreichen.

Kontakt bez najmniejszego problemu. Zameldowanie wygodne - poprzez wpisanie odpowiednich kodów do drzwi (kody zostają dostarczone w dniu rozpoczęcia usługi).

Die Unterkunft ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und macht einen gemütlichen Eindruck. Sehr schön waren die getrennten Räumlichkeiten, welche durch eine Treppe verbunden waren. Darüber hinaus haben wir sehr das vorhanden sein eines Geschirrspülers begrüßt und einer recht umfangreichen Küchenausstattung. Einziges Manko war die schlechte Beheizung, welche durch einen kleinen elektrischen Kamin allerdings gut ausgeglichen werden konnte.

Das war reinste Katastrophe.
Im Ankunftsabend standen wir vom Apartment und uns wurde gesagt dass wir da nicht rein können wegen eines Rohrbruchs. Und wir sollten zur einer andere Wohnung fahren. Die Wohnung war nicht vergleibar mit gebuchten. Und dazu noch 1.5 km weiter vom Hafen. Ohne Straßenbahn Anbindung. Am nächsten Tag war ich am gebuchten Apartment und es stellte sich raus das die einfach mehr bezahlt haben.
Das war erste und letzte Buchung bei Hotel.com

Tolles Appartement, wie beschrieben.

Tolles Appartement sehr zentral in Stettin, genau wie in der Beschreibung und auch die Bilder sind 1:1.
Ausstattung wie beschrieben, sehr sauber, Handtücher und Bettwäsche ausreichend für Personenanzahl vorhanden. Alle elektrischen Geräte wie beschrieben vorhanden und auch funktionstüchtig, sowie die Grundausstattung an Gläsern, Geschirr und Besteck. Eierbecher sind nicht vorhanden auch fehlen scharfe Messer, eine größere Pfanne wäre auch sinnvoll.
Toll ist die schlüssellose Türanlage, sowohl für die Außentür und Tür zum Treppenhaus, als auch für die Zimmertür sind nur 2 Codes nötig, die man beim Einzug erhält. Die 4 Appartements befinden sich im 2 Stock eines Mehrfamilienhauses. die letzte Treppe zu den Appartements hinauf ist sehr steil, die Treppen werden zunehmend schmaler und die Tritthöhen sind unterschiedlich. Man sollte schon eine gute Kondition und ein gutes Auge sowie Körpergefühl besitzen, um diese letzte Treppe zu \"erklimmen\".
Die ausgelegten Empfehlungen an Restaurants und zur Kultur sind sehr gut und auch in deutscher Sprache, wie auch die Kommunikation mit der Vermietung über Handy und im persönlichen Kontakt. Schön wäre es, wenn im TV internationale Programme verfügbar wären, um sich zumindest bedingt über Tagesgeschehen in der Heimat / Welt zu informieren, sofern man kein polnisch kann.

Überteuert, 'Blender' Ausstattung, schlechtes Bett

5 Kameras auf dem Weg in den ersten Stock. Flur riecht unangenehm nach Keller und Zigarettenrauch - morgens nicht angenehm. Idee gut - Design Apartment, Umsetzung minus, Details schlecht, 'Luxus' ist anders. Halb gegessenes Eis im Gefrierfach, dieses dick mit Eis überzogen, lauter Kühlschrank, Griff halb ab - Regeln Stufe 7 auf 3 wegen Dauerlauf - automatisches tauen - Wasserlache - Wohnung putzen. Waschtrockner braucht mehrere Stunden, laut, nur während Abwesenheit zu betreiben. Hinterhof-Ausblick mit Dauerbeleuchtung, kaum Verdunkelung durch die Vorhänge. Restriktive Mietbedingungen, nicht vorher bekannt, kein Besuch nach 22 Uhr erlaubt, kein Elektrogerät darf angeschlossen werden, mehrere Sanktionen werden in allerdings mehrsprachiger Mappe ausgerufen. 'Kamin' aus der Beschreibung ist kleiner Heizlüfter mit elektrischer Flammensimulation. TV ohne wenigstens ein paar internationale Programme. Wenn in der Wohnung darüber jemand läuft knackt es in der Decke. Wenn jemand die Tür im gut 1 qm großen Vor-Flur zum Apartment schließt, knallt es und durch fehlenden Luftaustausch wird der 'Flurduft' ins Apartment gedrückt. Die äußere Tür ist so in die Wand eingelassen, dass wenige mm Platz zum Putz verbleiben, Tür nur am Griff anfassen - wenn man die Tür zu schwungvoll schließt und versucht aus Rücksicht auf das Nachbarapartment festzuhalten, Verletzungsgefahr. Aber: freundliche Vermittlerin. Gute Lage, gegenüber ist eine nette Kneipe mit gutem Essen, nachts relativ ruhig

Bien ubicado pero incomodo.

El apartamento está bien ubicado, no hay recepción ya que se hace todo con claves, nos faltaba una cama y nos tuvieron que traer la ropa para utilizar un sofá (bastante cómodo) eso si...
Estaba limpio y aprovechamos para hacer colada el apartamento dispone de jabón para ello.
El dormitorio está en la zona alta con unas escaleras imposibles, no recomiendo ir con niños, ni personas mayores.No hay ascensor con lo cual hay que acarrear las maletas hasta un 2º piso y resulta incomodo.

Trevlig modern lägenhet, mycket för pengarna. Designat. Fräscht, rent och snyggt. Nära till centrum och floden. Enda nackdelen att den ligger på tredje våning utan hiss, samt att lägenheten är i tre våningar med branta trappor. Inget för den som har svårt att gå i trappor.

Wir waren überrascht

Nachdem wir vor einem Haus standen welches aussieht wie ein Wohnhaus, war die Verwirrung ersteinmal groß. Nachdem ich dann am Telefon sehr freundlich begrüßt und mir erklärt wurde wie wir ins Apartment kommen, war die Begeisterung doch groß , mit moderner Technik gekoppelt mit altem Design macht das Apartment einen sehr schönen Eindruck, gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber , für den Preis absolut perfekt . Auch die Lage ist sehr gut , in der Nähe sind Straßenbahnen , Einkaufszentren und Sehenswürdigkeiten . Sehr positiv zu erwähnen ist die Frau Wiolette die uns mit sehr guten Deutsch Kenntnissen später im Apartement begrüßte . Wir waren nur eine Nacht da aber kommen das nächste mal definitiv für einen längeren Aufenthalt vorbei. Rundum würde ich dem Apartment und der Service eine 6sterne Verwertung geben .

Fantastisk! Meget sentralt. Alt i gangavstand. Anbefales for venninnetur/partur. Anbefales ikke for barn og de som er dårlig til bens. MYE trapper. Leiligheten er velholdt, det er rent og gjennomført stilig design. Stille og rolig område. Kommer definitivt til å bestille hos Luksus apartamenty Mariacka igjen. Szczecin er en hyggelig by, med masse god mat og en hyggelig atmosfære. Verdt et besøk!
