Getting worse

I return to this hotel after my previous stay two weeks ago. If the first time I was impressed and pleased with this hotel, the second time I wasn't so lucky. The main issue was that it was cold in my room. The heating system wasn't working properly. I called the maintenance and finally, on the second day, they provide me another room. No change. Still cold. I got a heater but no much improvement. That was it!

Convenient hotel in Szczecin center

It is a modern, clean hotel - typical Ibis - you know what to expect. The staff is very friendly. The location is great. I didn't have to take a public transit to any attraction that I wanted to visit. Close to many restaurants and Szczecin Old Town.

Good and basic

The bed was comfortable and the room was nice and quiet. A good choice for breakfast, both hot and cold dishes plus bean to cup coffee which is a great start to the day.
A convenient place to stay in the centre of Sczeczin. Good value for money, you get what you pay for.

For an Ibis hotel, the room was very bland. No coffee or tea making facilities, I know this varies in different hotels in Poland but I would have thought an international chain would provide some refreshmentin the rooms.

Just what I needed

Comfortable one night stay. Very happy with 24h check in and 12pm check out (as needed to check in very late). Good shower and comfortable bed. The only minus was the curtain that was stuck in the middle of the window and didn’t want to move any further…

Clean and typical Ibis room. Good value, no thrill. Room was as expected. Location is good. There is a parking garage next to the hotel. The garage has a parking space for Ibis and Novotel guests. Price is 8 eur per day.
Our breakfast was served in Novotel, probably becouse of Covid. Hotels are right next to each other. Breakfast was really good.
I would recommend both hotels. Staff at reception was kind and helpful. Check in and check out was super fast.

Noisy and run down

I was located two rooms away from lift, and kept hearing beeps from lift all night. The noise insulation is very poor, you can hear people's conversation talking in corridor on your room.

The hotel needs a refurbishment, it's getting worn and tired.

Bylo tu kiedys o wiele lepiej

Wspaniale wygodne polozenie. Sniadanie bardzo przecietne nie urozmaicane i stanowczo za drogie (41 PLN). Na przeciw jest piekarnia Dom Chleba gdzie mozna zjesc sniadanie smaczniejsze za jedyne 17 Reczniki w pokoju wymieniano jesli. Podobnie bylo ze smirciami. Okno w pokoju nie mozna bylo otworzyc. Ale sa tez dobre opinie: sprawnie dzialajacy internet, sprawne windy, uprzejma zaloga w recepcji.

Great Central Location!

This hotel is only a couple of minutes walk from the main railway station and centrally located for walking around the city, and close to the Old Town. We were able to view the Underground Tunnels used in WW2 and that was interesting.
Staff are friendly and helpful. Bed was comfy and room was clean. Check-in and check-out are smooth and prompt.
I was travelling by train to Gdansk on my check-out day and was able to store my luggage with the hotel until my train left, giving me a morning to still walk around sightseeing. No charge for the service.
Breakfast was not included in my booking, but reasonably priced if you want the convenience.

Excellent rooms with excellent prices

I stayed here with a group of 9 friends. The staff were brilliant. Very courteous and friendly. The food at the bar was delicious and reasonably priced. Paulina at the bar was always kind and friendly. She is a credit to the hotel. The rooms and linen were cleaned daily. At reception there was security boxes to leave our valuables in which was a great peace of mind. It is situated very central which is very good and has many restaurants and bars nearby. Overall it’s was great value for money. We will definitely be returning again.

Great budget hotel

Great hotel and good value. Breakfast is excellent for about £8. Location between new town and old town so very convenient. Minor moan is plastic sheet put under sheet on bed which makes for a sweaty night! Our son didn't have one on his bed. One lift kept breaking down.

Disappointing hotel in Szczecin

My stay was just ok. Great location near the railway station & the old town (approximately 5 minutes walk). Hotel looked good. Team were very helpful & friendly. Room was a good size. Bed had a some kind of plastic sheet on it which was so uncomfortable as the weather was so hot. Shower had no pressure which was very disappointing. Opened the window but didn't see the sign regarding unwanted guests. Lots of insects in the room as a result. Expected more from an international chain. Lifts available & English spoken if required.

The hotel is perfect for a short weekend, walking distance from the city center and also very close to the train and bus station.
The breakfast is quite good and generous, the reception girls are super friendly.
The room is spacious, clean bathroom, comfortable bed. Everything is quite fine for the price.

Depressing hotel next to a noisy bar

Sometimes you need to just spend an extra $10 or so in order to stay someplace agreeable. I got the last room in this hotel which was across from a dreadfully noisy bar. At 11 PM the noise was very disturbing. Drunken people out in the street screaming, laughing, fighting. Apparently the hotel staff called the police, but I didn't see any police. At least 25% of the rooms in the hotel are across the street from this nasty bar, which will ultimately ruin their business if it doesn't close. It's been the nadir of hotel experiences for me.

Get what you pay for

Bearing in mind how much a room costs in this hotel, overall it is great value for money. It would just be better if there was a chair in the room and tea and coffee making facilities. this shouldn't really push the price up or only by a small amount.

It was pleasant. room very roomy. very nice pub restaurant with pleasant service at front counter and in the pub. Very helpful too as front dest directed as to Cafe 22 for Breakfast next morning.. Cafe 22 provided incredible views of Szczecin!

Excellent hotel for the money I paid, definitely exceeded my expectations. I was little worried at first because the price is cheap for a hotel located in a city center and the place is only rated two star, however I was very satisfied with the hotel service and overall value.

The hotel is located fairly close to the center of the city, about 10 minutes walk to the big shopping complex. its a very nice hotel for your money. I was a little skeptical of the quality of the hotel based on the fairly cheap price, however when I arrived I was very satisfied with the room and the hospitality of the staff. Overall I think this is a great place to stay for a stay and if I were to go back I wouldnt think twice about going anywhere else.

Mein erster Eindruck war bereits sehr unerfreulich:
Das Zimmer war sehr kalt... und blieb kalt. Die Klimaanlage war sehr laut, dennoch hat sie das Zimmer nicht warm gemacht?!! Das Duschbad hatte gar keine Heizung. Ich finde das überhaupt nicht gut: auf kalten Fliesen in Kälte morgens zu duschen... auch nicht abends ;) Es war eisig, ja.
Kein Wasserkocher im Zimmer 😬 Zwar wurde keiner versprochen. Aber ich habe nicht gewusst, dass man darauf gezielt achten muss.
Die Rezeption hat den Boten mit bestelltem Essen nicht erlaubt nach oben zu kommen. Ich musste mehrmals runter laufen.Total unpraktisch.

料金はリーズナブルで内容も満足

セントリウムと言う名前ですが、旧市街中心の西端に位置します。40年前はこのあたりが中心でしたが、以前東側は空き地があったあたりにラディソンホテル、商業施設が建設されたため、中心が東へ移りました。鉄道の駅から歩ける距離に位置します。イビスは当たりはずれが無いですが、ポット等がないので不便と思っていましたが、エレベーターの向かいに飲料水、お湯が出る機械が設置されて便利になりました。直ぐ近くにドイツ系スーパーマーケットのLIidelがあり便利です。ホテル前の道路が工事で駐車スペースを見つけるのに苦労しました。

Nettes Personal aber solch einen schlechten Standard in der heutigen Zeit und das beim Ibis Hotel. Die Zimmer haben eine sehr alte und schmuddelige Einrichtung. Sei es der Föhn, das Telefon oder der Gestank beim Zähne putzen aus dem Abfluss. Von dem Gestank musste mein Partner sogar erbrechen. Leider hatten wir auch an einem Tag (von zwei Tagen) keinen Platz beim Frühstück und sind somit auswärts frühstücken gewesen. Dieses Hotel werde ich nie wieder betreten.

Meget vejarbejde omkring hotellet, hvilket gør at det kan være svært at komme ind og parkere.
Husk at alle butikkerne har lukket om søndagen, men så er der heldigvis en rute markeret med rød i fortovet, som bringer en rundt til en masse spændende ting, og den starter ved banegården.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, auch gab es kaum Verständigungsprobleme da alle Englisch oder Deutsch sprechen konnten.
Ansonsten hat das Hotel sicher schon bessere Zeiten gesehen und wirkte allgemein sehr vernachlässigt, vor allem auch im Außenbereich.
Das Frühstück war für den Preis okay.
Etwas Infomaterial über Stettin wäre schön.
