Not enough lounge chairs at beach or pool. If you don’t get up by 7AM there will not be any available lounge chairs. They allow people to place towels on chairs and go back to sleep, locking down the chairs all day!

The restaurant staff was nice and friendly. A few individuals in the store and towel station near the kiddie pool not so much. i had a full pool view and partial ocean view. my room was a nice size. The only thing i did not like was that i had my do not disturb sign on the door … and yet i was still disturbed lol. Two staff members actually walked in even though I said no thank you multiple times when they knocked. I would suggest you do your souvenir shopping at the airport. Prices in the hotel store were a little pricey. We did a photoshoot 5 minutes away from the hotel and transportation was $50 for that… and we wanted to go shopping about 45 minutes away and that was $150. The souvenirs we purchased were much cheaper at the airport. just a little tip for travelers.

When you first arrive everything looks magical but after staying awhile you start to see some issues. Like the beach is almost unusable except for the hardiest because it’s rocky, shallow and filled with an underwater plant. The food looks nice but when we sampled every dessert, for example, we could find a single one that was delicious. The days are the best because the pool is expansive with lots of activities and the lazy river is fun. The room also was really nice and I paid extra for an ocean view and I’m glad I did. But the evenings were a bit challenging especially with the lack of actually delicious food. But if I were a family with small kids (I’m not) I would definitely go there because it’s safe and lots of things for kids to do. But as an adult looking for a finely curated experience, I wouldn’t go back.

Here’s the real deal: I did SO MUCH RESEARCH and finally chose this resort for the swim up suite, lazy river and all inclusive. We were there the first week of March so there was still a bit of a chill in the pool water but not the ocean. The pools were still lovely and clean.
The room was comfortable and clean. I sleep hot and was glad that the rooms are pretty cold if you want them to be. The staff were very friendly and helpful and we had no trouble getting every single thing we asked for, including buckets of ice daily. The minibar refills daily with bottled water, coke, Coke Zero, sprite and juice.
Food: unlimited access to decent food. Not “oh my god this is so good” food but good enough that I had no complaints. Skip the Red Snapper restaurant, it was average. Not great, not bad though. Sakura is the hibachi restaurant and the food was fresh and very good there. Chef was a treat. My husband raved about Martha’s Market (the huge buffet) for breakfast. We also ate a lunch and dinner there and found it pretty good and plentiful (very similar to those huge Chinese buffets in the US). You’re not going to get high quality seafood on all inclusive but they had the option to purchase lobster, etc.
The beach was average and the water felt great. There were plenty of seats and the waiters came by often. Some rocky areas on the beach but not too bad, just watch where you’re going.
My favorite: the Jamaican Jerk shack on the beach had the best chicken I think I’ve ever had.

Decor and style of the resort is very nice. Bedding is thin, no robes or slippers for regular guests. The beach is pretty, but not walkable beyond the resort, or at least not recommended to do so. Food was okay, you won’t go hungry. The coffee shop wasn’t good. Pools were not cleaned frequently enough or had bad filtration, we had a swim up suite and besides dumping of chemicals, in 5 days we never saw someone physically clean it once and it showed. Would I personally stay here again? No. But if there was a really good deal I would maybe recommend to friends with kids.

Very nice resort, lots for kids to do, large water park for kids only, lazy river for everyone, entertainment for all ages. Beach is rocky and natural vegetation, but location is very secluded, no other resorts around you. Eden side is for adults only, and I would choose this side if I had no kids. Buffet large with lots of selections, and other restaurants. Rooms are beautiful and every room has balcony with chairs and an egg chair. Bathrooms are designed nicely with private toilet and shower and jacuzzi tub. Staff friendly and helpful.

One of the most beautiful places I’ve ever been in my life, the only thing I didn’t like was the food wasn’t well seasoned or tasty other than that the resort is clean, beautiful, the staff is amazing and courteous and it is truly a place to be.. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone especially families with kids.

I traveled with 2 children and a baby. I arrived a little earlier than standard check-in time. My room was not ready until 4pm. The staff was not very helpful nor hospitable. When I tried to check out I was told I needed towel cards to check out or the towels after I made several attempts to return the towel at the stand. They didn't have cards. I had to leave the hotel to get water to make formula for the baby as all they provided outside of the room was tap water
All restaurants are closed at 10pm even though they advertised that food is available 24hrs. They have 1 cafe for the entire resort that opens 0600 and closes 1100pm. I teiwd to used the gym that was not accessible as they said they were working on AC.
I've been to Jamaica several times and this is my worst hotel experience.

I chose Ocean Coral Spring in Jamaica to celebrate my 50th birthday, expecting a memorable experience. Unfortunately, due to poor communication, lack of organization, and disappointing customer service, my celebration was completely ruined.
I originally booked directly through the hotel’s website and joined their Club H10 membership, which promised perks such as a room upgrade and airport shuttle. Days before arrival, my credit card was never charged, and multiple attempts to contact the resort went unanswered due to non-working phone lines. Emails were also ignored. Because I was unsure whether my reservation was secure, I had to rebook through a third-party site. In both reservations, I requested a room upgrade, birthday decorations, and shuttle service.
The day before arrival, I finally received an email asking if I still needed both rooms, which showed how disorganized the process was. Upon arrival shortly before 3:00 p.m., I was given a device to notify me when my room was ready. After waiting over an hour with no alert, I had to return to the front desk myself. When I asked if there would be any compensation for the delay, I was told that check-in is between 3:00–4:00 p.m., which felt dismissive.
My restaurant reservation and birthday arrangements were not honored. I was told the restaurant was closed and that I would need to find another option on my own. When I finally entered the room, there were no birthday decorations and no upgrade as promised.

For being a 5 star hotel, it was mid. The room was ok, but you can clearly see all the repairs they've made over time. The floor in the room was super dirty. I would only recommend walking around in shoes. The amenities in the room were also mid. The food at the resort was also mid. It was a toss up if it was good or not. My main issue with the resort though are the timeshare people they have in the resort. They're like seagulls. They all hover around the check-in area and the main building waiting for you to get close. The lady gave us an option of a free massage, a gift basket and something else I forgot for \"free\". We just had to give them all our personal information and sit through a 1 hour presentation to be \"convinced\" to sign up for their \"membership\" to visit other resorts around the world. It felt shady, gimmicky and kind of ruined the vibe of the whole trip. She would purposefully seek us out throughout the trip to talk to us about this \"free gift\".

I recently had an excellent stay at the Ocean Coral Springs Resort that exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff welcomed me warmly and handled everything quickly and professionally. The room was spotless, spacious, and tastefully decorated, with a stunning view that made the experience even more special. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The hotel’s facilities, including the restaurant were top-notch, and every detail reflected quality. What truly made the stay exceptional was the attentive service. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. It was a relaxing, memorable experience, and I would gladly return again.

The hotel overall was lovely and the staff courteous and offered good customer service .i did however have one issue . The website for one of the restaurants that required a booking to attend was not working on the day that I tried to book in the recommended time. I went to the reception desk that offers assistance three times and was told to check back after which I was subsequently told restaurant would be closed for that day. Restaurant was open on said day. My party and I were disappointed somewhat and my experience and my desire to revisit was impacted.

The place is terrible! check in took hours! way past 3 pm …. There’s roaches everywhere especially Martha’s market the buffet area … saw roaches in the family lounge ! The bowling alley has 6 lanes and only 2 work. Guest service is horrible I had to bring my own bags to and from the room. And if your black don’t go ! they make it clear that they only cater to Caucasian

Hotel was good- my issue right now is the fact that no one has resolved the issue that when we got here, we were supposed to get a master suite, and we were only told until we checked in that there was no master suite, even though we were charged for it and to just stay in a regular rooftop room which is almost an $1800 difference .throughout my trip. I have been emailing Expedia and speaking with the resort and I am checking out today and still nothing result..

A table had a spill from whoever was in the room previously and the corner of the shower had “soap scum” (Serratia marcescens) built up in the corner but the room was pretty nice. Amazing view. About 80% of the staff was very nice and very helpful. About 20% of them seemed unhappy to be there which I guess I could understand. The food at most of the restaurants were very good although we had a cockroach land on our table

The rooms were very clean, modern and comfortable. We had lots of fun in the big pool, splash water park and lazy river. We mostly ate at the main buffet, due to the kids, however, the food was great, I wish each meal always had a section for Jamaican food, even if it is small selection. For those looking for authentic Jamaican food or high quality food, please go off the resort, as the resorts cater to all. The staff we encountered were friendly, sometimes I found the servers at the restaurant took some time to come back to clear tables, but, not always. I wasn't able to attend the disco, but there were night time activities. I wish the day time activities for adults were more loud, proud and engaging!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience truly disappointed us.
For a hotel that promotes itself as a 5-star resort, the overall condition and service quality were far below expectations. The property feels worn down and poorly maintained. In our room, the bathroom outlet did not work, several lights were in bad condition, and the television never functioned properly during our stay.
The food was extremely disappointing. There was very limited variety, and most of the time only what the staff decided to offer was available. This applied not only to the buffet but also to drinks — many options were simply unavailable. The quality of the food did not match what you would expect from a 5-star all-inclusive resort.
Service was another major issue. Staff members were often inattentive and, at times, rude. Items were handed to us abruptly, wait times were long for almost everything, and there was a general lack of hospitality. The ice cream shop only operated at night, which makes little sense in a hot tropical destination where guests would expect it to be available during the day.
There were also very limited activities and entertainment options. The resort felt dull and lacking in energy.
Overall, this was not a 5-star experience by any standard. If zero stars were possible, that is what I would give. Unfortunately, we left very disappointed.

Location and food was beautiful. Staff very friendly and attentive. But lots of maintenance issues and food all tastes different than if grown in the States (meats, veggies & flour items taste odd). Beach is beautiful, but only 3-5 ft deep at the bouys where allowed to ‘swim’ to (very shallow). The pool shut down at 5:00 pm. I got sick and they wouldn’t let my husband bring me food from the restaurants, not even the buffet. ( And the room service was $50 just for a continental breakfast.) Restaurants required reservations, and first dibs go to Primere clients. Supper started at 6:30, if you could get a reservation before 8:00 pm. Speciality drinks & meats were upcharged. And tips were supposed to be included , but they expected them for every drink & service they did for you. So the ‘All-inclusive’ part was confusing. We also were tricked into a ‘welcome breakfast’, that turned into a 3 hr sales pitch for a travel club. Wouldn’t go again for the high price we paid.

Amazing experience at Ocean Coral Spring from start to finish. The privilege experience was absolutely top tier. Roslyn with check-in had the best hospitality, I've experienced on check-in. The quality of the food was excellent and so many options. Tashae at the juice bar along with Desroy (butler service), Damarlie (beach service) all provided EXCEPTIONAL service! I’ve travelled extensively and would easily place this resort as top 5! The room was also incredible, private and great cleanliness.

Service, however, was disappointing. There were no snacks in the room, which is especially important when traveling with little kids. There was no staff around the pool or beach area to serve drinks. Towels were unavailable at the beach, and when we asked, the staff member said they didn’t know when more would arrive. The beach bar ran out of glasses and asked us to get one from another restaurant that was refilling them.

Overall, this did not feel like 5-star service. We have had much better service and experiences at other resorts.

The most outstanding and consistent part of our stay was the staff, they were truly amazing. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming, from the front desk to the kitchen.
The nightly entertainment was enjoyable, and the food options were even better. Big up to the chefs at the Sakuru hibachi restaurant; they, along with the waitresses, made the experience unforgettable.
We also did a couples spa treatment, and it was absolutely worth it, clean facilities and expert massages all around.

The food and drinks overall were very good! However there were a few things that landed short. The pools were far too cold to use during cooler weather, lack of hot tubs where small pools were thought to be warmer than the pool. The beds were far too hard to get a good night's rest and some of the staff would make remarks when asked to perform a normal task that would be expected of a \"5-star\" resort. We enjoyed our time at the resort but it is a far stretch to refer to it as a 5-star resort.

Warning to all future guests, stay away from the VIP package salesmen, they are scammers and unprofessional. We were told that they would like to invite us to experience their VIP breakfast experience when in fact we were brought to the normal buffet dining hall. They made us walk around listened to their VIP services and the VIP promises on papers which we kindly declined to sign on spot and ask for time to research before making ANY deposit or sign anything which triggered their unprofessionalism. Especially the caucasian director named Ryan who called us \"closed minded\" people and told us we shouldnt attend any future presentation when in fact he should have looked at his horrible sales skills instead of acting unprofessional after his failed sales attempt.

Staff was Great!! Room was Clean and Beautiful!! Every room in this resort is located in a wonderful spot facing the pool and in eye sight of the sea. I would highly recommend my family and friends to stay here. the resort has everything you need. The bars were wonderful the food is wonderful This resort WAS ABSOLUTLY WONDERFUL!!! I cant say enough good things about this wonderful resort!! H10 has never let me down. BRAVO!!!

The hotel premises are nice, with good restaurants and pool. The beach is small and rocky. The privilege service has little to offer, only one additional restaurant with poor concierge service. Live bands were nice but there are no chairs to sit and enjoy. Tennis was frustrating, we had to request many times that lights are turned on and wait, they only had 4 tennis balls in poor condition which was very frustrating.

Staff were amazing, helpful, always smiling always greeting you. We had a swim up room. It was amazing. It was great being able to take a quick dip. The ocean lagoon was a perfect size. The snorkeling was good. Saw some wonderful ocean creatures. The food was amazing so many options. Try the Japanese restaurant it was great food and very entertaining. We will definitely make a trip back.
