Overall, a pleasant stay.

Pros: The resort offers brand-new amenities and is conveniently located near Montego Bay. There are plenty of dining and activity options, making it a great choice for a long weekend getaway.

Cons: Like many all-inclusive resorts, restaurant reservations get booked within minutes each morning, which can be frustrating. Our jacuzzi unfortunately never worked, despite daily assurances from management that it would be fixed. Also, be mindful during check-in—the concierge team actively promotes timeshare presentations. While this may appeal to some guests, it wasn’t relevant for us during a short 4-night stay.

The service was excellent with Privilege Service that gives you special butler service that caters to your needs, such as reservations service for restaurants , room care, luggage delivery to and from your room. You also have service on the breach such as towels delivered, drinks and snacks. Everyone was so friendly it made me and my family feel very special.

I vacation in Jamaica at Ocean Coral 4 times a year. I always choose this resort because of the kindness of the employees, the delicious food, the smooth vibes, the cleanliness of the rooms and the grounds, the fun night life plus a whole lot more.
Ocean Coral have some of the most hard working kind people. I’m a regular now, so I’m known there and I’m always treated like the Queen I am.
The bellman Supervisor Peter, is one in a million, he along with Remando, Travis, and so many others always make sure my stay is spectacular. I just vacationed there in April and I have already booked my trip back there in August and bringing a couple of special people along with me.
It’s always Ocean Coral Springs for me. I absolutely love it there❤️❤️❤️

Amazing customer service never once did the attendants not have an answer for my question or tried to help me find what I was looking for. They are extremely friendly and very fun to talk with and be around. Very laid back and very good at keeping professional with more irritated customers. Can travel anywhere on the island from just the resort no need to double taxi or have to get dropped off at a different locations first. Drivers are also very friendly and fun to be around. Food was amazing best food court at a resort I’ve ever had. Water is filtered/imported so safe to drink. Overall the best vacation I’ve ever been on. We explored the entire island with being able to leave right from the resort and get dropped right back off.

Everything was so clean and well-maintained. The staff was super attentive; everyone was so welcoming! I've stayed at many resorts in JA, and I really do not like the food in the all-inclusive, but this one was top tier. My housekeeper, Natoya, was the sweetest since sliced bread. The hotel Manager, Mr. Higgins, is very courteous and welcoming! Overall, 10/10!

Our first trip to Jamaica (April 13–19) at Ocean Coral Spring was largely a great experience with one major issue.
The resort is beautiful, with a grand entrance and relaxing atmosphere. Staff are friendly, though more reserved and on “island time.” We stayed in a spacious, clean suite with a comfortable bed, double-head shower, balcony swing, hot tub, and a lovely partial ocean view—perfect for peaceful mornings and evenings.
Food and service were strong overall. We enjoyed Martha’s Market and the Privileged Lounge, and the butler service was excellent—attentive and accommodating.
Unfortunately, our final night put a damper on the trip. During a paid dinner, a live maggot was found on the shrimp, which immediately killed our appetite for the rest of the stay. Staff handled it professionally—the chef apologized, alternatives were offered, and the charge was removed—but the incident raised concerns about food safety and overshadowed an otherwise enjoyable vacation.
Overall, it’s a beautiful resort with great amenities and service, but improved food handling practices are needed to ensure a consistently positive guest experience.

We loved the property location and ambience. Bellhop Monyan was very nice upon arrival treated us like family. Bartender Anthony took care of us the whole time. Check in was rough only because we landed much earlier than checkin but early check in wasn’t an immediate option which left us very hot from airport arrival. Room was great, tv and safe went-out 2nd day but was fixed promptly. The beachfront is where we spent most of time, so many things to do and places to eat we will be back!!!!!

The property is big and beautiful and a lot to do and explore. The nightly entertainment was good although I went to bed early. The bartenders were very nice the food options were plenty, delightful and didn't ran out. Big up to my omelette maker in the mornings he did a great job. However I booked a dinner by the beach for my 45th birthday and when I went there was no setup and no one had a clue why my tabe wasn't set with candles and romantic lights. I was so upset I demanded a refund, the representatives only wanted to rebook for me for another day that's it??? I only turn 45 once that night was supposed to be memorable and Wonderful on top of that someone had stolen my phone earlier in the day so my entire day and night was ruined. even to offer me some sort of discount for the inconvenience I would appreciate it.That left a bad taste in my mouth and I don't know if I would return.

We worked with Daicia to book our excursions she was so sweet.

This resort was everything and more! Very beautiful and clean. Doesn’t look like a hurricane just hit! Staff is always happy to see you and making sure you’re smiling at all times. Service is fast besides on the beach, had to reach out to my butler a couple of times. Lots of people complained about not having enough seating. I cannot relate to that. We never had a hard time and half of the time did not get to the water until noon. Food was our favorite part. Seafood was all so fresh and delicious! Highly recommend privilege; premium drinks, vip everything. We will be back again for sure!

The beach was a disappointment when we arrived because it was covered in seaweed. After several complaints and two days later they completely cleaned it. The water is very calm and pretty shallow.
The pool is beautiful and this resort has a great layout. The staff is very attentive and friendly.

This was the perfect place for my solo getaway. The resort was beautiful and the staff were attentive and pleasant. There were plenty of amenities for all ages. Plenty of restaurant options and the food was delicious. It was easy to set up excursions to make my day as packed or minimal as I desire. My room was restocked and cleaned daily. I enjoyed the evening festivities from the live band to a silent party among others. Beautiful property and I would definitely stay here again.

I didn’t get my room until 5pm and missed out on arriving early to enjoy the beach. The shower had hair on the walls and I called to get it cleaned and it never was cleaned. The part that really disappointed me was the rudeness of the women in the gift shop and a the person that delivered my room service. I made the best of my stay but was not happy overall.

We have been to Jamaica before and stayed at the Grand Palladium. We tried the other side of the island this time. Amenities were good. They had one ping pong table, a sports bar with 2 pool tables, a children's area with slides for the younger kids, daily pool aerobics/games/music. Overall good. I found it to not be very clean though. We also had to call down to the front desk EVERY evening for more towels and washcloths b/c they were only leaving 2 and we were a family of 4. It was annoying. Plus, there were 2 restaurants on property that only took RSVP. It opened up every day at 8am and you had to quickly log on to find a rsvp. It was annoying b/c the \"premier\" guests were able to make a rsvp whenever so the spots were all gone. The other restaurants were first come. Food was good. Overall we had fun but i wouldnt stay there again. Id go back to the Grand Palladium.

Hated how they allow people to hog sun loungers for hours without being present. People would wake up at 5am and place towels on the loungers and then not even use them until the afternoon. The pools are nice, but there's not enough seating for the guests. They allow the chairs to be blocked by customers using towels early in the morning between the hours of 6-7 a.m.making it near impossible to get seating when you bring your family down after that. Smoking on the premises is not regulated so enjoying the balcony or just walking around and not smelling smoke was disheartening.

The property has alot of activities for kids ( pools, water park and lazy river). Also, our room (jr. Ocean view suite) was very nice and with great view. However, the service was not very good. My son fell and got a bad cut and there was no first aid kit available. We were told that we had to pay the nurse $150usd to get antibacterial oinment and a bandaid. After asking for the manager, guest services said the hotel would cover the fee for the nurse. Also, their was no cocktail menus and the bartenders didn't make good cocktails other than frozen drinks and the drinks were weak. We also had to wait amount an hour for food at the restaurant. Also, it was supposed to be all inclusive but alot wasn't included ( ex. Modelo/Heineken beer etc) and they had room service from 10am to 10pm, but when I called they said only burgers, sandwiches and quesedillas were available and the pasta was available after 10 and I would have to pay for it. The buffets were good with variety and we enjoyed the Red Snapper restaurant which had great views of the beach. So overall that's why I give the resort a 3 star rating. But we still had a good time just know this is not a luxury/five star resort.

Our recent stay at Ocean Coral Spring Resort in Jamaica was truly memorable, especially considering the region is still recovering from Hurricane Melissa just six months ago. Remarkably, the resort felt completely untouched—beautifully maintained, spotless, and full of life. It offered a sense of calm and exclusivity that made it a perfect escape. The private shoreline was quiet and tranquil, and after five days, we left feeling refreshed, recharged, and completely stress-free.
The room service experience was genuinely five-star—prompt, courteous, and consistent throughout our stay. That said, there are a few areas where the resort could elevate the guest experience further, particularly in dining operations.
We unfortunately never had the opportunity to dine at the Italian restaurant, as reservations were fully booked within seconds online, with no alternative booking options available. Martha’s Kitchen, located in the food court area, felt somewhat disorganized during peak breakfast and dinner hours. There were long lines for live cooking stations, and simple items like cheese pizza were surprisingly difficult to access during dinner. We also experienced a few operational hiccups—bagel and bread toasters stopped working twice due to breaker issues, and the crepe machine was also out of service at one point.
On a more positive note, we thoroughly enjoyed dining at the Thali restaurant and Sakura Japanese restaurant—both delivered excellent food and service. Small touches aro

The staff at the resort were very nice and welcoming, which was appreciated. However, the overall experience fell short in several areas. Our room was not as clean as expected, specifically, the shower was still dirty upon arrival.

It’s also worth noting that the hotel does not provide an airport shuttle, which can be inconvenient for travelers. The pools were just okay, and the water park had very limited hours. It didn’t open until 10 AM one day and 11 AM on another, and it closes at 5 PM. This left many kids waiting around with little to do, which was frustrating.

Overall, while the staff was pleasant, the cleanliness and limited amenities made the stay disappointing.

This is my second stay at the resort, given that it was at full Easter capacity it was excellent service. From check in to check out and all in between. Towels, food and bev, room cleanliness-all the staff were very pleasant and helpful.
The hotel had plenty of activities to entertain the whole family from kids to adults, we were able to find space by the pools whichever we went to so they were very well prepared for a full house…
The food was great, the only thing we found tricky was reservations since I think most people with privilege booked in advance. Nonetheless the buffet was always offering different and tasty food, loved the little themes and accents around the dishes and stations. The Easter desserts were fab for the kids.
A great and memorable stay.

This was a very nice property and we had a very nice stay. Overall we were happy with our stay. We had a Privilege Rooftop Junior Suite. The room was big enough but wasn’t as clean and nice as we were expecting. When we arrived, our room was missing a coffee maker, the pull out couch was broken (more on this), the fridge in the room was never cold (24 hours for anything in it to be remotely chilled), the floors weren’t very clean, the pergola on the rooftop was missing and none of the outdoor furniture had any cushions. As for the couch issue, we reported it as broken to our butler, he and another butler came to the room to check it out. They said it’s just used a lot but when made into a bed it would be fine (when sitting as a couch you sunk into the middle). They then left without checking the couch any further. That night when housekeeping came to turn the couch into a bed (much later than we wanted as it had been a very long travel day) we found out there was no bed mattress in the couch, which explained why it seemed broken. Had the butler really looked into this, it could have been remedied much sooner. The housekeeper then had to go track down a mattress to bring up which took roughly an hour. Overall we were underwhelmed with the butler service. We felt there wasn’t much value out of it. The Privilege was worth it for the areas by the pools and beach however. Jillesa in the Privilege area by the kids pool was the BEST. She made our trip. Terry Ann at the beach, great!

We enjoyed the pool area lot. Beach was cleaner than expected. Staff was polite at times and sometimes they did not care about you at the buffet and restaurant. Do not sign up for H10 promotion event, it is a scam to get you to sign up for their membership and will be a waste of your time.
Do not go to the local shops at beachside, it felt unsafe with people doing drugs and smoking.
Food was good most of the days with vegetarian options at the buffet. La Locanda was the best Italian restaurant, we ended up eating there twice. Thali was okay, the quantity of food was minimal, and the service was really bad. Would definitely recommend to other people.

Best vacation ever! The entertainment staff Thunder and Brittne made the entire experince worth it. We spent every day by the pool dancing and having fun. Then every evening up by the restaurants enjoying the music and entertainment up there as well! 100% would go back again and again. Even looking into a timeshare there.

Pool chairs were hard to come by. You had to go out at 6 AM and reserve a chair or otherwise you did not have anywhere to sit all day. Food was just OK. Buffets don’t open until 6:30 PM. No place to find snacks during the day unless you want to go to the buffets. Coffee shop was great, but it was always crowded. At night. Could have been more evening entertainment. Probably OK for families, but for adults and older kids would recommend the adults only side

Everything was great, clean and fun! Food overall was not the best and service at the restaurants was consistently slow, often times not getting a beverage until the meal was over or in some cases, not getting one at all.
Dying rats were found on the lawn and left there for a day or more even though we asked staff to remove them.
Our room cleaner was fantastic and made an effort to know our names and fold towels creatively for the children, but then asked us to leave some of our belongings for her.

The activities and programs are great. We were there for 5 night and not once did it feel like we were getting bored. Our daughter had a blast at the kids water park and beach. There was also always something new to do in the evenings with love music, bowling, or shows.

The only reasons I gave a 4 star instead of 5 is the following:
- when we checked in, the staff lied to us about there being a welcome breakfast the next morning. They found is while we were in the pool and pressured js to follow them. We though we would check out what they were talking about and turned out there was no breakfast and it was just a sales pitch for their travel membership. They wasted 2 hours of our time while kn a vacation we paid good money for which I did not appreciate.
- the power went out the morning we were going to check out. This meant the air conditioning stopped working, no lights, limited breakfast, and no running water. We ended up not having enough time to take a shower by the time the water started working again and we had to get overpriced food at the airport since there wasn't much we could eat at the resort in the morning. Things happen but there should at least be backups in place so essentials like food and running water could work.

Our recent stay in Jamaica was disappointing, especially for a newer property. The resort is poorly maintained, with worn surfaces, limited shaded areas at the pool, and even cockroaches in restaurant areas.

Service was frustrating, with long waits for coffee and difficulty securing dinner reservations. We were also concerned by a safety incident where a lifeguard did not appropriately handle a situation involving a teenager.
We were in swim out room, which we liked the size of it and location.

Overall stay was great as a returning guest I was upgraded to a nicer room in the Privileged section . Lots of dining options and how can I forget the bowling alley even all I did was watch. Property is extremely clean staff are pleasant and I look forward to going back later in the year with my granddaughter

We paid for privilege wasn’t worth the extra money for us. And getting served at the restaurants was very slow especially in Route 66. The resort was beautiful the rooms were nice staff was amazing. I’d for sure go again!

NOT ENOUGH LOUNGE CHAIRS! There is not enough seating in general at this resort, but loungers are the worst. Chair hogs claim loungers with personal belongings late at night/early morning-most often leaving chairs unoccupied for HOURS! The resort/staff don't do anything about it. The first 4 days of my 6 day trip, I spent sitting directly on the sand and grass/wondering around aimlessly/giving up, and napping in my room because no loungers were available. The last 2 days, I had to become a chair hog also inorder to finally enjoy the beach and pool-waking up at 5 am to go reserve a lounger. Ridiculous! Beautiful resort, but will never return because of this. This one thing ruined my winter getaway beach vacation. No point going south if you cant enjoy the beach or pool due to lack of seating.The desk staff,houskeepers and lifeguards that I encountered are lovely, but some of the various restaurant staff I found quite rude.
