The room very deteriorated not enough amenities and towels you get looks like the towels they used to clean the floor. I complained to the front desk and the next day was the something. The buffet breakfast very expensive and no enough variety.

It’s a very well located hotel in the heart of San isidro lima it’s close to costa verde or pacific coast highway and Javier prado with crosses most of lima as well as salaverry which can take you down town. It faces lima golf so you have a great view of open space. Great room quiet at night mostly . Staff is friendly

Unfortunately our dinner at the restaurant was bad. My wife had the burger and it appeared the meat was bad as she was up all night vomiting and with cramps. When we reported this to the hostess the next day, she just apologized and said she would report it. We also were misinformed at checkin time that our stay included breakfast, so we were surprised that charged us for breakfast the next morning. When I tried to get an explanation at the front desk all they said is that they had made a mistake in infoming us that breakfast was included.

My father stayed at los Delfines for 4 days last week, and his stay was fantastic. Concierge helped me to arrange his pick up at the airport and schedule all his transportation during his stay and even plan a dinner. I felt comfortable and happy to be able to trust the hotel, Luis Sanchez, Luis Vilca and all the concierge team were kind, very professional, on top of our requests, and made my father’s travel nice and easy under the circumstances. We highly recommend Los Delfines, for cleanliness, safety and professionalism.

The location of this hotel is amazing, right in front of the golf course and the Country Club. We got an upgrade to a bedroom with amazing golf course views thanks to be Expedia Gold members. The hotel is a little outdated and would need some renovations soon to look more modern. The gym is basic and also needs an update. I got a massage at the spa with Lucy, she was amazing, I finished super relaxed. Breakfast buffet is good, there is enough to start the day full. We had dinner one night and food was excellent. The hotel is nice, the area is very nice but the staff that cleans the rooms are terrible...they just don't put anything in order...they just do the bed and YOU have to do the rest...even the pillows are not back in the bed when they do the beds...not good they are suppose to clean and put things in order...I left the iron on the bathroom as it was hot and I found it there..aren't they suppose to put it back on its place? And like this other things..rest of the staff is nice but the ones for the rooms are lazy!!!!!

They don't have a Valet parking,
My room was not the one that I reserved, wen I called to see what happened, they told me that they don't have any other room available, but I was never notified about it. And the he start asking me about my immigration status, I told him that that is not his business and then he said that it was in order to not charge me taxes for the room. I was never notify of any extra charges at the counter. They only told me that everything was cover by Expedia, so I said that I will not pay anything extra since I was never notify about that during the check in. And then the person over the phone treat me saying \"will see\", so at that point I asked for his supervisor, and he said that there is no supervisor at the hotel, they will come in the morning. I couldn't believe that the whole hotel there was no supervisor available, they tols me that they can only transfer me with security... Unbelievable.

I've stayed multiple times with Delfines Hotel & Convention center when I've traveled to Peru. This place has it all - comfort, cleanliness, service, and the food is wonderful. They are extremely hospitable and make my time away from home a great experience. The prices are reasonable and you really get a lot for what you pay for.
