Nice hotel in a great location close to bars and restaurants. Room spacious and excellent facilities. Could provide free water which is typical of most 4 star hotels and better pillows. The long bolster was quite hard.

I have stayed at the Hotel 525 around 10 times due to its convenient location. This was the worst stay of those 10 - shower had mould - room was not particularly clean; there was noise from above ( not the Hotel's fault ). Breakfast was good but that was about it. I doubt I will stay again.

Spent 5 nights here. Location is great everything is next to hotel. Great selection of bars and restaurants. Check inn was quick. Our room was excellent. Plenrty of space with 2 balconies. We needed to ask for chairs for balcony.
Big toilet are with toiletries and robe and slippers.
Breakfast was fine not the biggest but still enough choice.
Roof top area lovely with a small pool. There are some sunbeds but not alot.

Nice hotel in great location. Have stayed in Hotel quite a few times , it's starting to get scruffy, bedrooms could do with a make over , everything is getting tired looking. The bathroom door was broken, bad smell coming from the sink and shower , only 1 UK speaking channel on TV , slow wi fi , I expect more these days .

In my opinion the suites are really not worth the money, and no breakfast included. I paid over £1k for 5 nights to be told breakfast was not included. The rooms are very tired, and dark, and the bathroom essentials ie shampoo, soap etc are not good quality and there’s no hair conditioner. The pool area has no atmosphere. However the staff are lovely, pleasant and very welcoming, location is great.

Great stay visiting family. Right in the heart of Loz Alcazares. Didn’t have breakfast but went to look at options and was pleasantly surprised. Have stayed at 525 several times and never disappointed.

OK but tired

This was a lovely hotel but the room I thought I’d booked from the pictures and the one I got were different. Be careful. Also, the hotel is on the tired side now so all is not quite up together. Not a huge deal but for the price I paid, I would have expected it.

When raised with the management they listened but offered nothing unfortunately.

Good hotel, great location, bathroom needs work

Lovely hotel, great location. Bedroom was well set up, modern and clean. Bathroom had a terrible leak in the ceiling above the toilet which meant that in the night the leak made the floor dangerous. Didn’t need to be moved rooms as it was one night we stayed and late when we noticed. Informed reception at check out and explained they shouldn’t rent that room again before it was fixed and they didn’t seem too bothered about it. Would stay again but in a different room.

I asked for a twin room but it wasn't picked up when I arrived and I was given a double. when I asked if I could have a late checkout I was told I would have to pay 50 euros before reminding them that I was a Gold Expedia member. They could help anyway so I was wasting my time asking.

The hotel was, as when we stayed previously, very welcoming, friendly, organised, clean, warm and relaxing. Unfortunately, at 1am when we arrived we were not prepared for a shower that moved around the wall because it was not affixed to the wall nor a toilet roll holder that would not hold the roll of toilet paper for the same reason! Annoying but not enough to spoil our excellent stay at 525.

Nice hotel roof top pool is nice shame it’s not heated and the bar wasn’t open but it is out of season early April would be lovely to cool off in the heat of summer. Bike rental is a plus and they have a golf shop below the hotel that can book you tee times

Great location, huge rooms, just needs TLC

This was our 2nd stay after a great first stay here the previous year - We paid £85 a night room only.
The hotel is in a great location to the strip with spacious rooms but the hotel is really tired - this stay wasn’t as good as the last and the hotel needs some investment. It is still in our opinion, the best choice in los Narejos but small improvements would go a long way.
The room was huge which is great but the tea and coffee facilities were mixed with no top ups throughout our stay and had to ask at reception. Wifi is good and the beds are comfortable.
The pool and bar area on the top floor is a great spot for a relaxing day.
We really like this hotel it just needs a bit of TLC!

I love staying at this hotel but I’m afraid one huge disappointment was that the bar wasn’t open at all. I this is really poor when this is a crucial facility anyone would expect as a normal service. Couldn’t even get a drink through room service either

A very good hotel, would certainly return, great location, very clean and staff very efficient and polite, a thoroughly enjoyable 10 days.
Only downside the hotel bar was closed, although the small poolside bar at the rooftop pool area was open during the day it closed early so you had to go out to get a beer later in the evening and the pool area is only small so can get very busy.
All in all would definitely return.

Hotel with a pool stay

The hotel condition is good and the placement is excellent.. .but the pool seriously lets it down as it is up to your knees deep and the average size of a large living room. Also people were drinking in the pool with glasses which is dangerous and very loud music being played to everyones annoyance. No management around to sort. Would i stay again ? out of season yes, but in 30 degree heat in a plunge pool no, i would select a beach location. No mention of pool size anyway so beware and a maxi.un of 20 beds

Love staying at the 525. Near numerous restaurants. Slight downside I reported a maintenance issue when arrived. Sliding bathroom door was off rails. Reception said they would send someone to fix it. On leaving three days later it still was not fixed.

Hotel was well placed for nearby bars and restaurants. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Room was spacious and clean with a balcony looking onto the plaza area. Chairs on the balcony would have been a welcome addition. Would recommend taking a walk into the town and along the seafront.Overall a nice hotel.

OK hotel but nothing special, too expensive

The room is OK but the sink blocked up so water could not drain out. It was fixed by maintenance but still smelled bad. The air conditioning was really weak, only just took the edge off the heat with almost no flow of air coming out. shower is OK.

The staff were nice. The swimming pool is a joke just 90cm deep really just a large bath tub, no chance to actually swim in it.

lovely hotel and nice staff
Pool was just a shallow plunge pool appeared larger and deeper on photos.
Bar was not open during our 3 night stay due to staff issues this was rather disappointing

Perfect in every way - we will be back!

Excellent hotel, very clean, spacious room and extremely comfortable bed. The reception staff were welcoming and friendly. We have some limited Spanish, but they did speak some English. Hotel is well situated, near restaurants and bars for a wide choice of evening meals, but there was no noise in the room from outside. A short walk to a lovely beach. Loved this hotel and we will stay again

Nice hotel, centrally located for the new town and a short walk to the old town and beach. Room was spacious and clean. The bar on the first floor was lovely and the roof top pool and spa affords lovely views.

4 day golf break. Hotel lovely as always. Great position for the many bars& restaurants.plenty of golf courses within easy reach.Kettle in room but no t-bags or coffee, thought this was given when we asked for it

Service and clean toalets must be better

Take soon the mask off. Spa was dirty and was not in use. Pool was closed. Ok. Few guests meens it must be better to be 4 stars. Broken doors at the menstoalett at the 5th.

Couple of things not happy with, room smelt a bit musty. No glasses in room for a drink, no water, no hair conditioner, ice machine in corridor not working, nothing to put ice in to collect ice, no milk powder with coffee and tea making facilities

Good hotel in great location, near bars, restaurants, shops, beach etc...
Rooftop pool freezing, but it is October...
Large room, superior double, with corner balcony with braw views.
Although the hotel is totally non smoking, there was a very slight smell of cigarette smoke which I'm assuming came from the air con filters.
We didn't eat here as there are so many options for brekkie, lunch and dinner within a 5 minute walk.
Would definitely stay again though.

Brilliant hotel, highly recommend it!

We stayed for three nights, our room was large, comfortable with excellent air conditioning. We overlooked The Square, but could not hear anything from outside. Due to the COVID restrictions, the main bar wasn't open but the pool bar was. Really enjoyed our stay, the staff were professional, friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

We have stayed at the 525 on numerous occasions, each time is better! The room was upgraded to a junior suite, which was lovely, clean and spacious. The bed was the comfiest we have had.

Stayed for 2 nights. Have been coming to this hotel most years for over 10 years now. Hotel is generally always consistently good. We stayed in the whirlpool suite which was nice. The sky television didn’t work very well and signal kept going. The mini bar also empty which was a little disappointing. Staff always helpful. My husband had a massage which was great. The jacuzzi indoor in the spa can be inconsistent. One day freezing and the next warm. When cold it makes it uncomfortable to use. Overall good hotel.

Good location in centre of resort, had a pool on the roof which was closed, as it was January, sauna and steam room available. rooms really large and comfortable bed. room nice and warm, no tea and coffee facilities in room but can be arranged for 5Euros per night which was fine but I take milk and they do not supply milk! I had to buy it from the supermarket to use in my room even though I was paying to have tea and coffee in my room, I have never heard of this in any other hotel
I asked for a alarm call at 6am this was not done, glad I had set my own alarm.
