Clean and spacious. Amenities were great. This hotel actually gives you free water and soft drinks daily which was awesome! Only issue was that the walls are not sound proof so it can be difficult to sleep. Being close to the beach was still nice.

Hotel is located right across an incredibly loud club that stops playing music at 4 am. After sleepless nights and several complaints to the staff, all I received were foam earplugs and a disrespectful smirk. Don't book this place if you want to sleep at night -- definitely a shame since the interior is nice.

This hotel is located on the beach boardwalk. This is the best beach I visited in Spain. The taxi stop is right outside the hotel which was convenient. There are many restaurants located on the boardwalk but no shopping in the area. We had a beautiful spacious room with an ocean view.

Check in was seamless. We were early and they looked after our luggage for us. Room was immaculate and very well equipped: robes, slippers, wireless charger, usb ports, beach towels.
We felt safe & comfortable throughout our stay.
On check out we were allowed to still use the rooftop solarium: with splash pool, sun loungers, free towels, changing area, lockers, shower and even food & drinks service. We enjoyed the sunshine and views over the beach & port before freshening up for our flight home. 10/10 would happily return.

Ok hotel for a short stay
We checked in early and was advised our room was ready, good news…we was given an interior room which after reading reviews before trip appreciated it would be quieter due to the nearby nightclubs, a bonus I guess but the downside is no view whatsoever.The bar closed early at the hotel so no ability to have a drink when returning after night out was a minus for us.Reception staff were helpful.

Located right on the beach with a sea view. Good for long excursions along the beach walk with many restaurants and an interesting city. Enjoyed the shower and clean, modern room. Thankful for the quality of the balcony doors and thick drapery, as the loud EDM music from nearby bars lasted most of the night, except on Monday. You could still feel the beat all night though. Delicious breakfast selection with view of the sea. Wished that the rooftop dipping pool was warm, but the view was sweet. Helpful and friendly staff, we really enjoyed our stay at Neptuno!

Finally, we went out for the day and got back at 4pm to find our room still had not been cleaned so it messed up our plans. No idea why it could take so long for such a small hotel.
All in all, great staff, beautiful beach and views, but very overpriced for what it is. Bring your ear plugs!

I’m not sure if it’s because we used a 3rd party booking site or not, but, requests were not taken into consideration. We were in a room right outside from the elevator when requested to be away from it. The beds were terribly uncomfortable and the pillows were not ideal either. The bedding has burn holes in one. They also overcharged my credit card by over $132EUR (which they did refund when requested and apologized) front desk staff were lovely and the hotel was clean. However the restaurant staff were unresponsive and really didn’t want to be there. No quality checked no asks for coffee refills, if you didn’t take the buffet for breakfast you were an inconvenience to the wait staff.

The major cons - sleep quality. The walls are paper thin, you hear everything that your neighbors say/do. I do mean everything. There's a club next door, and you will be partying alongside them until the wee hours of the morning.
The lesser con is the bathroom - although spacious, one of the junior suites has a separate toilet that seemed to have some plumbing issues - it smelled like a septic tank, and when we showered, foam popped up in the toilet next door via a vent. They also don't have conditioner, which made me wonder who they are catering to as far as guests are concerned...generally speaking, only those with thin/naturally straight hair don't need conditioner.

Very clean hotel, waterfront, with an excellent jacuzzi and gym that are always open. Good breakfast. Rooms are somewhat small, but well equipped.

This hotel is located right beside the beach and it's a great location if you want to relax on or go for walks on the beach. Many restaurants to choose from and conveniently across the street from a Taxi stand if you want to head out to visit other tourist attractions. The hotel rooftop view is amazing. The hotel is very clean and staff is helpful. I would recommend this hotel to tourists visiting Valencia, especially if they want some time to relax during their vacation.

Excellent location to the beach and public transport. Front desk staff were all capable and efficient. Complimentary water and soda were in the fridge. We did not know they were complimentary until he second day when we found a notice on top of the fridge. Also remember to flick the house keeping button near the light switch if you want your room serviced....it replaces the sign you leave on your door. Nice robes were available as well as a multitude of toiletries. One
negative comment. They need to keep an eye on fixtures such as towel holders etc....they were all lose and won't last long. Plus some repair touch ups were shodely done. It looked messy. Even so the hotel was an excellent choice would definitely be back.

The place was clean and aesthetically pleasing. It’s located on a corner of the beach so it’s easy to access by bus, car or taxi. There is beach access to the boardwalk. In that area there a lot of restaurants to choose from.
The hotel itself: the room I stayed in was clean and cleaned regularly. The bed was adequately comfortable. If you are sensitive, I suggest that you bring your own pillow because the pillows are not soft. The bathroom has a nice shower and a bidet. No magnifying mirror but has a small seat to sit in so you can put on makeup.
When you enter the hotel, there is a hand sanitizer and a place to get your temperature checked. The staff request that you comply for everyone’s health. The lobby is also pleasant. They offer a very nice breakfast buffet and offer meals throughout the day. All in all it was a very nice stay. I’ve been to Valencia several times and always stay here

Nice hotel in general let down by bathroom floor not being cleaned. Particularly around the toilet which is not what you want?

Hotel was lovely and clean.bright and well decorated. Rooms were of good size with everything you need. Complimentry soft drinks and coffee replemished daily. The location was right on beach which was great for walking. There were several restaurants nearby however due to the time of year many were closed and the ones that were open closed early. So worth bearing in mind. Tram very close by that takes you to metro. So very easy to get into valencia city centre.

We visited for New Years we saw a small fireworks display which was nice as we watched from the hotel balcony.
The only issue was the room was often warm and stuff so we would open the window for some air but there was an awful smell that Would come in.
