A comfortable and clean stay. Staff were all attentive and looked after us throughout our stay. Young lady at the bar was very friendly and reception were more than happy to help organise taxis and reservations during our time there. Looking forward to returning in the future!!

The apartment wasn't very comfortable with a plastic slippery sofa. The shower just dropped out and wasn't strong enough. Only 2 utensils in the kitchen for cooking. No actual oven just a microwave and 2 gas burners. Extremely slow boiling kettle. No nets in the bedroom so unable to open curtains as everyone can see in as they walk by. Spa far too expensive for treatments and entry hour should be free to resident guests.

The hotel was very pleasant, rooms were good and clean. The breakfast was nice as well. For some reason the pool area had a roper across to stop people accessing even though everyone was still using it.
There wasn't very much nearly so was a bit of a walk to get to restaurants etc. We paid for spa access, didn't realise we needed a swim hat so had to purchase them at reception. The spa was okay but not the best standards - a little 'thrown together' with broken shower trays and the hot tub wasn't hot etc.

Stayed here a few times ideal location for nature walks and being close to the facility’s . Also if over for the football at Pineter arena only a 49 minutes walk and a fantastic bar and restaurant outside only a 10 minute walk . Also mud bathes close by .

Check in staff were efficient and friendly. Room was nice enough, however the mixer shower valve appeared to have a fault, as it constantly cycled between hot and cold. Found a long blonde hair in the shower and a long black hair by the basin, so the cleaning had fallen short. Restaurant staff were friendly enough. Tried the 'buffet' for an evening meal in the restaurant, which was average ish. But the pots of food weren't labelled, which meant you had to open each pot to see what was in it. And those pots don't keep the food hot enough. Breakfast was ok though. Staff at check out were excellent again, and put my baggage in a secure room for me.

Unfortunately the morning after my single night stay: there was an issue with the plumbing and there was no water in the hotel for washing / showering. Also a t breakfast because there was no water, the coffee machines were not operable. Fortunately the water was restored not long after breakfast time

On arriving at the hotel after checking in the guy that was doing the Check-in told us that there was no water on in the hotel & it would be at least 8pm before it would be restored, it was not a burst or anything like that it’s ongoing scheduled work. My issue is that nobody informed us of this as if we had of been told we would have booked somewhere else. The guy checking us is confused the booking with the two rooms we had & it was all a little strange. Hotel ok for the money but the rooms are a little tired, good location next to the beach

We stayed in one of the apartments within the complex. Having been initially allocated a ground floor apartment, we requested a move to an upstairs one. These offer a limited view over the Salinas (from a South facing balcony) and this request was readily met. The location is quite good - less than 10 minutes walk to the bars and restaurant at the Molinas end of the beach. We were there during Storm Gloria, which caused havoc across the region - including major significant flooding in the resort. Obviously, this was not the fault of the hotel but it did impact on our overall enjoyment of the break. The apartment was reasonably well equipped, with ITV and BBC channels on the tv and an easy to use washer, microwave etc.

It was good but not the cleanest of hotels. The rooms were not very clean. We found numerous hairs in the bath and on the beds with one blanket stained. The staff in the spa were disgraceful. Not interested in work more interested in doing nothing.

Hotel and staff excellent.I chose this hotel for it’s supposed shuttle service as advertised on Hotels.com.only to find on arrival that their interpretation of a shuttle service is to phone you for a taxi!! WOW, as if I cannot exit the arrivals and find the taxi rank.Total misinformation or even falsifying advert.

Really nice hotel, comfortable and with good facilities.
Food was good and plenty of it but unfortunately they haven't mastered the art of keeping it piping hot. They cook meat and fish in front of you which is great but if you take it from the 'hot' plates it's cool which spoils the meal. That's the same for both evening meal and breakfast. Would I go back, yes, because its a very nice hotel except for the problems with the food.

The hotel is not a 4 star however, it is well located, clean and comfortable.
Many people would find fault with the breakfast on offer however, there is plenty to choose from and the fruit is fresh and full of flavour.

Cooked breakfast items were not kept very warm but, could be warmed up in a microwave if required.
The ingredients had plenty of taste.

Bed was very comfortable.

The pool is clean and of a good size .

Good position, friendly staff, good facilities.

They were very good, but I had a problem with the electricity cutting out in my apartment. This happened at midnight and continued for a couple of hours. I was eventually moved at around 3.20am, but was a bit annoying. And made my night very disturbed, which was unfortunate as I had a funeral to attend the following day.

The apartment was nice though, and the staff all seems very friendly and concerned.

Hotel is quite small. Very clean throughout. Reception is not manned at all times and sometimes we had to wait a while, also bar. Although a little frustrating, this did not spoil our experience. Pool area lovely, again very clean. Only fault is that the beds are very hard.

First time I have been to this part of Spain, I live in Granada and tend to use the Costa del Sol more, but I must say it was still English orientated but without the tackiness of the Costa del sol. an Area worth exploring

Dreadful hotel in the middle of a housing estate

Staff are very rude, and they tried to charge us for three massages when in fact we only had one which my partner had. We had a coach roach in our room. Also note the Spa is not included in your stay and you have to pay extra. But the worse thing was the staff, so rude it was just shameful. Never before have I met staff like this before. There was another bad incident which I won’t go into as nothing can be proved but it was not a very nice experience. I absolutely loved the costa Blanca but definitely not this Hotel.

Good value hotel in a quiet area.

Excellent outdoor pool with plenty of sunbeds. Good spa facilities, and location close to the famous beach and mud lagoons. Good hotel bar and restaurant, with local restaurants nearby. Bikes for hire on the premises, with the main dedicated cycle path just over the road. Overall a good value hotel in a convenient location.

The only problem was it was a bit away from everything but it more than made up with the spa under the hotel
The las Salinas mud baths are not only free but my hair and skin after using the mud is amazing
Towels are issued at the pool and robes for anyone using the pool and spa

Ok but rude staff.

Everything was fine and the staff were friendly when we checked in. When we tried to order room service we encountered a few issues. We had to call a few times because we kept getting hung up on. We also asked for a small bucket of ice because when we opened a beer from the minibar it wasn't cold enough. When our food arrived, our ice bucket was not there. The rude server told my partner to walk downstairs to get it. When he did he encountered the rudest person we've met on our trip. She made such a big deal out of getting an ice bucket and it really ruined our trip. The wifi was also really patchy.

A good 3 star hotel but no way 4 star

Front desk staff were very helpful and lovely, First room I went to was smelly as it had been smoked in and I have asthma so I asked for a different room and the staff suggested to keep the window open! I managed to change room by asking firmly. The mattress and bed sheets were practical, no slippers, robe or tea maker in the room. The hotel was very functional but didn't give a spa hotel vibe. The spa treatments were fantastic but the spa lacked relaxation atmosphere, lovely staff though. Rented a bike and cycled around which was amazing as there are dedicated bike lanes and then you can bike on the beach which is amazing. Good breakfast buffe.

We visited this hotel at the end of February, so it was out of season and not full. The room was classed as a King size double but was two beds together, however they were comfortable, so there was no problem.
Great views over the Sallinas - we were on the 3rd floor - best views would be higher up. The room was very clean and fresh towels as requested. Staff were pleasant and readily available to help. But for me, it was the breakfast that made this hotel good - great fresh food, good selection of hot and cold food and topped off with decent coffee - albeit from a machine. We would return and fully expect to!

I chose this hotel due to its sensible pricing at a very quiet period. I was pleasantly surprised that sometimes you get more than what you pay for. I enjoyed my very short break and indulged myself with a visit to the spa. Will certainly visit again. Thank you

don't book this hotel

Two days without hot water. cold showers!!!!! reported it on Sunday and on Monday, no action had been taken to repair it. On Saturday night, several dozen children descended with much noise and disruption. Obviously a group booking but not what one would expect in a 4 star hotel.

I choose an apartment it has room apart of living room, kitchen has the necessary to made food, it has washer machine too, Iron, Closet. Some small utensils are older but you can choose do not use them. I had dinner in the restaurant and the food was excellent, I took an spa and hot chocolate massage it was the best thing that I did. You have a lot of options to take any kind of massages. I recommend this place, but I have to tell to the staff clean more the exterior of apartments, inside is ok, and change small old utensils.

Staff very friendly and for the most part very helpful. Hotel nice, good for short stay but has issues.
Main front door (auto-sliding) very unreliable and a serious difficulty for guests with mobility issues. Hotel wi-fi is antiquated, carrier pigeon will get your email home quicker! Location is excellent if you want peace and quiet, but very poor if you want shops, restaurants etc. - car hire essential. Breakfast very good, evening meal also good. Reasonable short-stay 2/3 star hotel. TV had one, poor reception, english language chanel. Air-con fair. Renovations were taking place at the end of our stay, perhaps the hotel will improve.

A good hotel for an enjoyable holiday

The overall experience was excellent. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The only downside was that the beds are too hard, probably noticeable to me as my bed at home is soft and very comfortable.
The breakfast is good but the food in the evening at times is cold.
The hotel is a seven minute walk from a lovely beach. There is also a lovely pool at the hotel.
Overall the experience was good.
