The apartment was very cold when I first went in but the heating was excellent, so managed to get rid of the cold/damp conditions.
Hot water at all times.
A 30mins walk to the tennis centre, so not ideal without a car.
Staff couldn tell me the shortest route to walk.
Bus not running.
Check in and out easy.

Before we went I explained we were elderly and my husband had cancer so would like a walk in shower, was told that it wasn’t possible in the accommodation we had booked. So said ok we would manage. What they should also have told u was that there were many flights of stairs to get to it and when I asked for some assistance with luggage got told there wasn’t anyone! The apartment was very tired looking and really needs to be updated. My daughter was staying at different accommodation at La Manga which was good because we would have refused to stay there. We were able to spend our days with her. So only used it to sleep in, where as she did intend to come to us for the day. THIS ACCOMMODATION IS NOT SUITABLE FOR ELDERLY OR PEOPLE WITH WALKING DIFFICULTLY, OR WHEEL CHAIRS.

El hotel es bonito y su localización es muy chula, ya que se encuentra en una loma vistas a la manga del mar menos, rodeado de naturaleza.
El precio es excesivo para los servicios que ofrecen; solo hay gel en el baño y te dejan 2 rollos de papel higiénico por estancia, horario de piscina reducido, al igual que restauración y recepción, en el bar de la piscina solo ofrecen bebidas, frutos secos y aceitunas, nada tipo snack, pero sobre todo la limpieza profunda brillaba por su ausencia como moho en las puertas dentro de la habitación, pomos oxidados y que además no hay limpieza diaria ni reposición de papel higiénico si tu estancia no es superior a 7 días.
Honestamente nosotras estuvimos muy bien porque es muy tranquilo, cenamos fenomenal en Leña & Kabón (ojo: hay que reservar porque el aforo es muy limitado) y estuvimos a gusto, aunque nos pareció que pagamos demasiado por un resort que en realidad ya no lo es. Seguro que antes del COVID fue un sitio maravilloso y cuidado, pero ahora está muy descuidado, con poco personal y sin buen funcionamiento, como el spa, que existe el edificio pero está cerrado.
Quizás está en proceso de puesta a punto pero entonces se tendrían que bajar los precios.

The unit was old and not maintained
The unit had NO amenities, no coffee, no shampoo etc
Dirty shower curtain, broken table and light fixture (in bathroom).
The kitchen and living area has not been touched in 30 years. There is broken tiles on the main deck and maintenance staff do not deal with exterior lounges so the cushions were soaked from a recent rain. All and all not a great experience
BUT the two adjacent restaurants were great.

Looking a little tired.

The hotel is tired and is in need of a spruce up. The rooms are spacious and the bathroom is very good.

Minus points were poor communication from reception, a kettle but no coffee and tea facilities and there was an iron but no ironing board. We requested on but it never arrived.

With just a little more attention to details and a lick of paint, this would be a good place to stay.

Ona Las Lomas Manga Club appears to be past its prime and has been superseded by other properties in the greater La Manga Club area. However, it was quiet (seemed almost dead/deserted), the staff were friendly, and the pool was nice. Note that there is no WiFi. We were able to drive over to La Manga Club to enjoy dinner at one of the restaurants and avail ourselves of the grocery store there. After a week and a half of traveling throughout Spain, it was strange to encounter an area where almost all of the fellow visitors we met, as well as some of the workers, were speaking (British) English. It would be nice if the front desk were open later for late arrivals/check-ins (it closes at 5 PM).

We stayed in the same apartment 6 years ago and it's 6 years older. no improvements have been made, it's probably gone backwards. Looks tired and it lacks the basics, e.g. tea spoons, tea towels, cork screw, information book for the resort, etc. Also, there is no transportation like there used to be (at time of writing), which is a problem as you're 25 mins walk from the main areas of the resort - even though the location on google is listed near the hotel, and even the description lists the apartment being \"1 minute walk from la manga club\" which is extremely misleading. We didn't want to same apartment, we wanted something on the other side of the resort! Having said all that, the resort is lovely and we'll be going back.

Check in information is confusing and contradictory. Tried to check in at 11am, told room would be ready at 4pm. Went back at 4pm to huge queue which is the result of check in only being open for one hour. We were told our room was not ready and that it would be 15mins. We waited and waited but room was still not ready. Many other people in same situation. Others coming back to reception complaining about the condition of their room and lack of electricity. Gave up and asked for a refund which was provided and we left and did not stay overnight.

This was a true delight in our trip to Spain. Lucia was absolutely delightful when we arrived and all the staff were as helpful as they could be. !The facilities were excellent. Our room was lovely and spacious with a magnificent view.We would welcome the opportunity to return to this beautiful property.

Drive in beautiful. Into reception lovely welcome. Room nice with stunning views of la Manga and the sea. The choice of places to eat is limited and expensive. Staff excellent so friendly. Buildings looking tired could do with a paint. Pools nice area but quite cramped with people. Overview, Staff are lovely cost of food expensive, choice limited and some buildings tired.

The location, pool and views were fantastic. The resort was lovely and quiet and easy to get sunbeds. On the downside Las Lomas lacks atmosphere in the evening, it could also do with a mini supermarket so that you don't have to get the shuttle bus every time you need something!

There are amazing facilities in the La Manga complex but it often feels like hard work finding out about them-the staff at Las Lomas were not familiar with the soccer or rugby camps for kids and none of the camps were well subscribed so many did not go ahead. The accommodation is spacious and comfortable but needs updating -our apartment smelt quite musty and the kitchen appliances and fixtures were in need of replacement. Overall though very good value for money, fantastic amenities and we would go back.

First impression was that it was not very spacious or light and with narrow spiral staircase up to bedroom and terrace not a good place for older guests.

Could also have done with more kitchen utensils and more comfortable sofa, which seemed to be quite old. Also, whilst the wellness centre seemed good it is not free to swim as they charge €4 for a mandatory cap. Children's pool too busy on a Saturday morning to take ours in and, despite two lanes being free, I was told I had to swim lengths in the section of main pool where it was impossible due to crowds.

On the plus side the views are great and had two restaurants and a pool only a couple of minutes walk away. Staff were good and dealt with an issue where keys would not work due to battery issue very quickly. It was a decent apartment for the price and easy to park there.

Not sure if would stay again as too high up hill to walk back from La Manga club facilities but generally happy.

Just returned. Highly recommend Las Lomas. Stayed five days for a family get together. Very impressed by the rooms and the cleanliness of the whole place. Views from are balcony amazing. Staff very friendly. Good selection at breakfast that was included in the price. Free shuttle bus made eveything much easier. Would definitely return.

Wonderful room with panoramic views, cooking facilities (and dishwasher!). Very well appointed, extremely comfortable, enormous breakfast. Very friendly at check in. Ideal for a sporty holiday. Very English, but only a short drive to some lovely Spanish villages and restaurants.

I thought the courses were great especially the West course which makes you have to really think about your shots.
The accommodation was adequate. A bit tired looking but for the price of the package, we had no complaints.
Restaurants served nice food but limited options off season as a lot of them close down in November until around Spring Inwoukd guess.

Las Lomas short stay

Excellent apartment on two floors with fully kitted kitchen, patio area and brick built barbecue. As on business we didn't use many of the facilities, being there for just a single night. There are restaurants are on site and the golfing facilities look excellent although again we did not use them. Breakfast consisted of fruit, cereals, cheeses, hams and hot buffet of sausage, bacon (ham) beans and scrambled eggs.
An enjoyable albeit a short stay. Would probably need a car if with a family as the resort is a little way from the coast and villages/towns in the area. The pool area appeared clean but was very quiet as it was overcast on the day of our stay.

Several months ago booked three rooms. When we arrived the rooms were scattered throughout the complex. Really inconvenient. When at check-in we asked if we could be put together the answer was no! Really miserable. Rooms were clean and tidy. Some things in spa had to be paid for.

Not what it used to be, but still good.

We stayed many times before approx 8 years ago, when Hyatt ran hotel and it was excellent. So expectations were high and unfortunately the hotel is looking tired and especially los lomas. Still a lovely place, but need some maintenance. Restaurants were great as usual!

Los Lomas - Great Little Bolt Hole for Relaxing !

Fantastic stay, check-in was smooth, room was ready early so we could make the most of our weekend. You have everything you need on the Los Lomas and La Manga Site. Great courtesy bus that runs daily until 2am in the morning if you need it between the two sites but it is also not far to walk. All in all an enjoyable stay with the girls. Would highly recommend.

Great Value for Money

We've been several times now and the townhouses are a great size and offer terrific value for money. Unfortunately, they've stopped the sports packages which included a free tennis activity per person per day but still a great price for room only. Some of the townhouses are looking a little tired inside and the cleaning service is not daily. Main disadvantage is the distance from la Manga Club itself although a shuttle is available.

Good service from reception, efficient free bus service on demand around resort, clean and well equipped property, nice balcony, value for money. Spiral staircase to bedroom and balcony hard work for heart failure patients like me, but should have researched prior to booking. Used as a safe, peaceful overnight base to tour the surrounding region in the fairly essential hire car.

Lovely panoramic view from the double room balcony. Friendly staff at reception and great shuttle bus service to the main areas of La Manga resort. Continental breakfast at the Deli cafe was fine. Room was comfortable but I wouldn't give the room/resort a 4 star rating but would give it a good 3 star rating trying to be a 4 star. Maybe when first built it was a 4 star but now seems a little dated and a few things in the room need a little bit of TLC. Recommend better signage for the Gym/Spa entrance.

I love this hotel! The best hotel I've ever stayed in. I would definitely come back! The only bad thing I have to say about this place is that they advertise free wifi but you will be prompted to buy it to use it upon connecting on your devices but besides that, I will suggest this to everyone I know that visits Cartagena.

Mala ubicación, recepción abre pocas horas, una política de check out y check in abusiva, las instalaciones del hotel están muy muy lejos de las habitaciones, habitaciones viejas, la TV está mal programada y no permite ver casi ningún canal, el cuarto viejo, con bastantes imperfecciones y no está perfectamente limpio, no hacen las habitaciones.

Los apartamentos se encuentran dentro de la manga club que es un entorno natural, muy bonito y cuidado, sin embargo, la zona de los apartamentos está muy descuidada. Todo el entorno y jardinería alrededor de los apartamentos, no cumplió con nuestras expectativas. Respecto a los apartamentos, necesitan muchas mejoras, advertimos desde el primer día que la cortina que bloquea el sol de la habitación, no estaba, y sin embargo, nunca la pusieron, también habían defectos en los baños, en general, los apartamentos necesitan una reforma. El desayuno es correcto y la atención es buena, y todas las habitaciones están muy limpias,están bien para un fin de semana, pero creo que necesitan mejorar mucho.

El apartamento estaba helado a la llegada. Viejo aire acondicionado insuficiente para entrar en calor. Sin personal a partir de las 14h. Difícil de encontrar sin ayuda. Desayuno de mala calidad. Limpio pero instalaciones viejas. 4 piso sin ascensor!!! Solo escaleras, deberían indicarlo antes.

A la llegada el apartamento estaba helado, hacía un frío horrible y el viejo aire acondicionado no es suficiente para calentar la estancia. Me cobraron doble asegurando que no estaba pagado, esperando la devolución. No hay recepción ni nadie a partir de las 15h. El desayuno es de mala calidad. Difícil de localizar sin ayuda de personal. Mucho frío en el apartamento.

Vennlige personale, men gammel leilighet

Hotellpersonalet, spesielt de på restauranten, Leña and Carbon, var veldig hyggelige og hjelpsomme. Dessverre var dette det eneste positive med dette stedet.

Tilstanden på leiligheten vi fikk var ikke bra. Det var veldig slitt og luktet innestengt (mugg?). Rengjøringen var heller ikke helt på topp. Andre i reisefølget vårt derimot fikk en mye bedre leilighet til samme pris. Kan hende det er en oppussing av leilighetene på gang.

Totalt sett er dette et ok sted ift prisen. Håper de gjør noe med tilstanden på de gamle leilighetene.
