What a treat it was to stay at this wonderful hotel. I must start with the staff. Everyone was friendly, personable and accommodating. My room was clean and quiet. The AC worked great. Great water pressure and hot water all the time. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. The location of this hotel is on a very quiet street but just a few minutes walk to restaurants, coffee houses, and famous sites. My time in Chang Mai was exceptional. The hotel helped make my stay memorable. I will be back!

We absolutely loved our stay at BED Phrasingh. The staff were next-level kind and accommodating, the kind of people who make you feel like you’ve just arrived at a very well-run friend’s house. The rooms are modern and super comfortable, with a bed that invites proper sleep and shower pressure that means business. There’s also an impressive supply of bottled water, which feels like a small but mighty luxury in Chiang Mai heat.

Breakfast was a standout. A generous spread with plenty of variety, plus the option to sit indoors or outside and ease into the morning at your own pace. The neighborhood strikes that rare balance: peaceful and quiet, yet steps away from great food and shopping. Truly an ideal location.

And then, the resident kitties. Three of them. Casually roaming, accepting admiration like tiny furry royalty. Cat lovers, you’re in for a treat.

All in all, an amazing stay. 10 out of 10. Would absolutely return, and yes, would absolutely pet the kitties again. 🐾

We felt comfortable and appreciated the fact that we were welcomed any hour of the day. The room, although not huge, was set up really well.

Bottled water, juice, fruit, cookies were always available for free.

We loved the rotating breakfast menu, which featured many local foods.

We had an absolutely excellent stay at BED Prasingh- easily one of our favorite hotels out of the 56 countries we've visited!

The location was perfect, placing us right in the heart of Chiang Mai with easy access to the Old City’s temples, night markets, and cafes. What truly sets this hotel apart, though, is the incredible service and thoughtful touches that make you feel genuinely welcomed and cared for.

From the moment we arrived, JP and the rest of the amazing staff greeted us like old friends, always remembering us and making sure every detail of our stay was perfect. Whether we were heading out or returning from a day of exploring, they were there to assist with a smile and offer help with anything we needed.

The amenities are next-level:
-Unlimited bottled water (no joke- it is endless!)
-High-end coffee available 24/7
-An incredible breakfast spread that blew us away each morning- complete with fresh fruit, poached eggs, mango sticky rice, chicken and pork skewers, and a variety of other delicious options that suited every taste and dietary preference

We also made good use of the beautiful swimming pool, which was the perfect midday escape to cool off and relax between activities.

Every aspect of our stay felt intentional and elevated, from the minimalist modern design to the genuinely warm hospitality. We honestly can’t recommend BED Phrasingh highly enough- it’s a total gem and a must-stay!!

Out of all the hotels I looked at I ended up choosing this one and it was like picking the winning lottery ticket! From the moment we entered till the day we left the staff was incredible with their service and kindness! They all took such an active interest to take care of your needs and an interest in what you were planning and offering advice when asked. This place provides an amazing breakfast every morning with little changes to keep it fresh and different and they do an amazing job!! Checking out and leaving was like saying goodbye to cherished friends rather than just a hotel. Some places talk about providing quality service but this place does so very much more!! This place deserves 10 stars!!! Can’t wait to return!!

Absolutely amazing hotel. We cannot fault it in any way. We stayed for 2 nights as part of our honeymoon trip. The location is amazing for exploring the city (temples, markets, shops - we walked everywhere whilst here).

We booked a last minute additional night (originally had 1 booked) and whilst the staff couldn’t keep us in the same room for the duration, they moved all our luggage whilst out into our new room. Staff asked us if there was anything they could do for our next room, we asked for slightly smaller pillows, which they kindly ensured we had!
Breakfast was amazing, a mix of pastries, cereals, freshly cooked warm food, as well as including unlimited water, juices, hot drinks & noodles for your stay 24/7.

The staff were all so nice and friendly, chatting with us at breakfast and giving tips of where to visit. They also had a small chocolate gift on arrival for our honeymoon with a lovely handwritten card.

The room was clean, with a working TV, aircon, good shower & balcony. When planning our trip to the airport, they arranged a transfer for us at 4am and had prepared take away cups for hot drinks and a breakfast box each of pastries and milk.

This is one of the best hotels we have stayed in and cannot fault it at all. The staff are amazing and if we were to visit Chiang mai again, we would be staying here without a doubt! Thank you all so much!

Was overall super impressed with the hotel. Location was a block off Main Street so very quiet. Staff were super amazing and friendly. Breakfast was a big surprise as they had many amazing options to eat. Was nice that juice and water were available 24 hours a day. I will recommend hotel to everyone I know coming this way. Very accommodating and helpful staff. 24/7 free access to water, juice, fresh fruit, noodles and cereal is a real bonus. Hotel laundry service is fast, cheap and reliable. Theres cute cats roaming around which was lovely to see as a cat lover. Brilliant location. I will definitely be staying again. The only downside is there was a slight damp drain smell in the bathroom and the wetroom style shower flooded nearly the whole bathroom- however this seems to be across the board in Thailand.

We stayed 6 nights in Bed Phrasing in Chiang Mai. We had the best experience. Location is excellent, walkable to the main temples and shopping areas as well as good restaurants. We recommend the chicken shop round the corner and Good Kitchen. Also recommend (Chiang Mai personal tours) Mrs Anong for your day tours. Her service is excellent and her prices are cheaper than other agents. The stuff are unbelievably friendly and helpful. The breakfast is beautiful. The cook the (the lady ) is an excellent cook. The rooms are spacious, shower is good. The water pressure is really good. You get free water, coffee, juice and some nice fruits anytime you would like. The room prices are decent and taxis from airport only cost 150 BHT.

First of all the rooms were clean and staff was friendly, helpful (shout out to Bobby). I also like that their breakfast variety was good enough, with good coffee to top it. Their green efforts are commendable- eg drinking water in glass bottles!
We received many good recommendations to good food in the locale, we walked around mostly but grab was convenient and affordable too. Slept well, ate well. It was a good trip yeah - khoob-khun ka! -
Heard that’s major renovation in September so I’m looking forward to its new look. Will definitely return!

The food and the included breakfast was wonderful and it changed every day, with both local treats but also food that would make homesick travelers feel comfortable, whether from Britain or China, or Japan or the US. My husband and I stayed at BED for 3 nights. Absolutely loved everything about it. The staff are so sweet and helpful. Breakfast was delicious with a mix of western and thai dishes. Unlimited bottled drinking water! Perfect stay to rest for those who are out on excursions or busy exploring Chiang Mai during the day.
Clean with excellent air-conditioned rooms with all the basic necessities. Very helpful to have umbrellas available for rainy season.

We traveled for 5 weeks, and this was our favorite hotel. It was our friend's birthday, and the staff went out of their way to get a cake (would not let us pay for it) and celebrate her day. Breakfast was served by the staff everyday, and the staff would answer all our questions or our concerns of the day. The laundry service was impeccable (very inexpensive, fast, and clothes smelled great). There are 3 cats that live there, and one of them loves cuddling. I can not say enough about the service of this hotel.

The staff at BED were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to give suggestions and help out in any way they could.

The vibe of the hotel was incredibly homey, modern, and had everything we needed. The decor was stunning and it felt like a tight knit community among the staff and guests. A huge plus was the rooms large smart TV that could connect to different apps like Netflix seamlessly.

BED was also only 10 minutes away from the airport and had plenty of great food options within walking distances. Even trekking further, the night market and other places were just in reach. Highly recommend this place.

Bed is one of my favorites Hotels in Thailand. They offer a bunch of options for breakfast and all is delicious. I was very happy with the food and beverages that were included with the stay. Breakfast had western and Thai options available. Very pleasant, friendly, and helpful staff. I didn't like that the shower was separate from the toilet. In addition, the shower had opaque or frosted glass walls that didn't provide full privacy. With the shower separated and located next to a bed, there was no dressing area.

This hotel is one of our favorite parts of Chang Mai! The breakfast is a flavor explosion that’s new everyday! The staff is by far the most friendly people we have met! The minimalistic style is comfortable and the way the hotel is built makes you feel like it’s your own private oasis. We loved the cool temp of the pool and it’s location. Great place to stay - loved it!

Had a really amazing time in Chiang Mai and Bed Phrasing was a perfect cultural fit for a relaxed, easy, efficient and community type atmosphere. Loved it! The room was perfect and everything worked well and the bed was super comfortable. The location was fine and I loved the easy welcome of all the staff. Felt very well looked after. The breakfast was amazing!

Outstanding service!

My husband and I only stayed here one night, but it was enough to make a lasting impression. The staff at BED Phrasingh are some of the kindest, most thoughtful people we’ve encountered in our travels.

I would consider planning a second trip to Chiang Mai just so I could stay at BED Phrasingh for a longer visit.

Very good location within the Old Town of ChiangMai. They have bikes available for guests.I would definitely stay again.

It was great place to stay, all the staffs were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean. It was located in a very convenient place. They provide breakfast and also snacks and drinks throughout the day. I highly recommend this place.

We came to this place after a comfortable stay at the Sheraton (after paying much more higher price). I was a little disappointed about the conditions, especially considering the high review ratings. The thing that bothers me most is the smell of the room (though I have to say that I am very sensitive to smells and noises). But after one night staying here, I completely changed my view. We used the air freshener to easily get rid of the smell. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great. The location is excellent; we walked to see the Chiang Mai gate market in the early morning. It was a great experience to walk through the quiet streets at 5 am, listening to the morning chatter from a temple, etc. We only stayed 2 nights here, but towards the end of the stay, we made our decision that for sure we will be back and staying at this hotel again.

A gem in Chiang Mai, great location good transport

A great hotel made amazing by all the staff, nothing is too much trouble and they treat you like your a family member. Breakfast good with a wide range of English and Thai. Fruit juice water coffee and fruit available all day. Excellent location for transport links. Many thanks Bed family hope to be back one day x

4 great days in Chiang Mai

What a great little hotel, the concept and design was simple easy and welcoming.

The staff are all super friendly accommodating and happy to assist with whatever was requested.

One of the owners introduced himself to us and he too was warm, outgoing and enthusiastic.. it was a pleasure to see and be around.
The breakfast was fresh, well presented and ticked the boxes for our group of 5

We loved our stay here . The staff were wonderful especially the chef. Mai prepared the most fabulous dishes for breakfast that I would say is the best hotel breakfasts we ever had! It is great place for vegetarians and meat eaters alike. Lovely rooms but the staff make the place fantastic with how helpful they are. Can’t wait to come back.
