The hotel is set within the outskirts of the old town, but everything is easily reachable and inly 15 minutes from the airport.
Everything is high quality, but what sets this apart are the little extras. Within reception you can pick up a selection of biscuits and soft drinks any time and at lunchtime other snacks are available free of charge.
The pool area is small but nice and relaxing and our room was large modern and up to date.

We came for my husbands birthday with our kids and the staff was amazing and took such good care of us! They even brought my husband a piece of cake. The room was perfect size for our stay and clean. The grounds are beautiful! The breakfast is absolutely amazing, the ordering was easy and fast and everything we tried was delicious. We felt so safe and comfortable here. It’s fairly walkable location, we walked to the Sunday market and to dinner a couple nights, otherwise used Grab to get around. The staff took such good care of us and were so cute with my girls (8 and 6). They are still talking about how nice they were to them! The only cons I can think of are the pool was a bit too cold, even in the hot afternoon it was freezing to jump in and the pillows were way too big. Overall we had such a lovely stay and would absolutely come back!

Wonderful stay and very kind and helpful staff. Breakfast was delicious - definitely worth the nominal charge to have it included throughout our stay. We stayed in the Heritage House suite, which provided ample space for our family of 4. Upon check in, the sofa bed was already made up for our kids, so we didn’t have to lift a finger to get comfortable. Two minor things to note: the suite has an open floor plan and the living space and bedroom area are partially partitioned off so it’s not totally separate. Our room on the 2nd floor was lovely and comfortable, very spacious. Loved the free soft drinks and there was plenty of chilled water in the full-size fridge. Our room also entitled us to the free snacks and drinks in the Lounge. The Spa was excellent also - thank you to Therapists Aam and Aed! The hospitality and service was friendly, efficient, and helpful. Thank you to all staff, in particular Bam, Mali, and finally Kwan who was always friendly and helpful, making our stay so memorable. Highly recommended hotel.

We loved our stay! Stayed in Chiang Mai for a couple nights and wished we stayed here longer. The staff wait on you and make sure you have every need met. They are kind and helpful. Even for example, we were in the pool and a staff walked over and turned on the jets for us to enjoy. Highly recommend getting the breakfast included option because you get to dine at their high end restaurant each morning from 7am - 10:30am with unlimited a la carte meals and drinks! So yummy! Reception always has free snacks, drinks, and desserts from the restaurant as well. Highly recommend! Worth the money! The room had Bluetooth surround sound speakers, balcony, and other great features.

This is a fairly small quite, pretty, boutique hotel located in Chiang Mai old town. The rooms are comfortable, stylish in an understated way and very quiet (except for the rooster alarm clock😂).

We booked a premium room in the heritage building with a balcony. On arrival they put us in a room in the back corner on the bottom floor. This room had no windows and the “balcony” was a cement patio with no seating and no sunlight. When we complain initially, we were told that that was our only option. In no way did this room resemble what was depicted on the website. It took us complaining to Expedia and having them intervene until we were offered a refund for a first night and room on the top floor with windows and a view. I have to give them credit For making up for it and crediting us for the one night however we only got it after we complain. The food here is marginal at best although they try to offer for five star service. The preparation of the food left much to be desired, but the presentation was excellent. All in all there are better places to stay for the money.

They were able to help us book all the things we wanted to do easily, and always greeted us with a friendly smile. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. I highly recommend having a soak in the bathtub! The breakfast is delicious, and the lunch and dinner is not bad either if you dont feel like leaving. There are tons of extra amenities like happy hour and the pool that we did not take advantage of but looked incredible. This is a great hotel in the heart of old town. Would absolutely stay here again.

Lovely property with attentive staff that will go out of their way to assist you. The rooms are very comfortable, stylishish and clean. The staff was very helpful in arranging for a number of things for me, including hiring a private driner for some individual tours I wanted to do. I am traveling solo and appreciate that I felt safe and seen, which isn't always the case as a female traveler. Definitely get a Thai massage while you're here at the spa. I highly recommend.

The staff was amazing. It was our first time in Chaing Mai and the staff was helpful they would talk with the grab drivers to ensure we got where we needed to go. They explained the local area to us. The staff is the main reason for staying here, they were excellent and did what they could to make the stay enjoyable. The room itself was okay at best, with very little natural light due to tiny windows and there was a balcony with a single chair (yes it was a tiny balcony!). Coffee and tea in the room but you only get a single coffee capsule per day unless you ask daily for more. Food in the restaurant was basic, for the price and quality there are much better options in town. Breakfast options were limited but acceptable.
