The room and property were gorgeous and spotless. The staff were super friendly and spoke english. The breakfast and afternoon tea were decent and elegant. The location is also very close to the airport and within walking distance to many key locations in the area. My only disappointment was that our AC vent made clicking noises in the middle of the night so it kept waking us up. Along with that, if you book the junior pool suit, the water spout into the pool cannot be controlled and can get loud so that was kind of inconvenient for our sleep schedule.

We received the most amazing service at the Inside House. We must give a shout out to to Big and Annie who were so wonderful and sweet! They made our stay so special. The rooms were fantastic- the nicest I’ve ever stayed at. We had rooms with our own swimming pools and a stunning view of the mountains. Breakfast was terrific with lots of choices for local cuisine and they were able to make any of the entrees vegetarian for me ☺️

The Inside house was beautiful! We loved the big tree that was in the courtyard and while enjoying the pool we could lookout at the courtyard! The staff went above and beyond and were amazingly nice! The restaurant staff was exceptionally attentive and polite. The front desk was extremely helpful in providing cars, tuk tuks and any other forms of transportation you needed. They had great suggestions for other restaurants. The hotel is perfectly located to the Sunday market most of the Pagodas in downtown Chiang Mai, shopping and restaurants. We loved this hotel! We loved our stay. The hotel is a calm and welcoming place. Our room had a pool which my daughter loved. The food was so tasty that we found ourselves eating at the hotel more than planned. We will definitely go back one day.

This was an awesome stay. The room was very clean and the balcony bathtub was great and filled up quickly. There was a complementary champagne and beer in the room. The staff were exceptional. I had an early flight and they arranged for me to have a breakfast ready as soon as I went to the breakfast area, suggested what time I should leave for my domestic flight back to Bangkok, and arranged the taxi for me. Would definitely come back.

The food choices were broad and excellent - we especially loved afternoon tea daily and those passion fruit shakes. Dinner in the restaurant was delicious. This was my husband and is favorite hotel stay out of all the places we stayed in Thailand on our honeymoon. The staff was unbelievably attentive, helpful and welcoming. The property is beautiful. If you’re thinking about getting one of the pool suites just do it! It was so worth it. They’re heated and make for the perfect relaxation activity after long days of exploring Chiang Mai. The location is excellent. So walkable to many restaurants, spas, etc.

I don’t normally write reviews, this place was so amazing I feel compelled to do something in return. Impeccable service, amazingly polite friendly staff. Seriously one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. We had the glass pool suite for our honeymoon. Free minibar, free afternoon tea and breakfast everyday. No request was too big, they went above and beyond and looked after us very well. Thankyou so much to all the team there, we will be back!

The Inside House is one of the best hotels I have stayed in! From the moment they picked me up at the airport to the moment I checked out, the service was top notch! Loved The Inside House! We had three rooms - the waterfall suite and the pool suite. All were so cute. The layout of the waterfall suite was better but there was no shelving for belongings. There was an area to store your baggage but all my clothes were in a huge pile - not my style. The pool suite has an armoire. The ambiance and presentation of lunch and tea time were amazing! I tried a few new dishes they were excellent. The staff is very kind. My husband had a massage and he said they need a table with a face hole. I haven’t had a massage in Thailand yet. I don’t know if this is the standard. I read in other reviews the mattresses were firm my husband is saying they need new mattresses in a bad way. But I loved it there and enjoyed my stay!

This place is a hidden gem. It is so beautiful with lots of thoughtful touches that make this an oasis of calm in a busy town. Service was very attentive and the food was fabulous. The bedding was very comfortable, but the bed was very firm. We loved how easy it was to get around to all the spots in the old city.
