Great location, sunbed wars in the morning so if you’re not early you won’t get one and be given a chair. Evenings no chairs to sit around so ironically you’ll be on a sunbed. Couple of creepy staff. Brush it off as most are lovely. Air con not great. No remote control and smells old. Definitely got on my chest and made me sick. Food was hit and miss. Standard hotel food. 2 ala crate. Asian. All greasy and tasteless , Italian. Bit better. Gardens beautifully maintained. And guest relations try and help but end up getting guests to do work. No fresh milk in hotel. Only powdered.

The food was really good. For the rest its a very old hotel which needs really a renovation. I stayed in a lot of hotels in egypt but the friendliness I am here really missing. The only friendly people were the cleaning man, people for helping with suitcase and the poolman. The rest was just doing their work with ignoring you sometimes. I just stayed one night before flying home this was enough.I would not like to stay there again.

I stayed in Minamark for 5 times, as well as other hotels in Hurgada such as Jaz aquamarine, pickalbatros white beach and Neverland Jungle Aqua Park.

Minamark's location is excellent as it is in Hurghada city centre and you can easily go out and do stuff off evening. The hotel has one main pool near the restaurant which is ok to swim in, however it can get busy at times.

Cons
The restaurants are always busy even though it is two floors. Once the restaurant is opened you have to rush there, otherwise you have to wait ages for a table. Tables crammped together, staff always walking between tables makes it hard for you to enjoy your food. However staff are friendly and polite. The hotel has other restaurants on site but you have to pay to dine in them thats why they are always empty. So really the hotel management should use the other restaurants as part of the all inclusive to ease off the crowds from the main restaurant.

Pools are nice, however the pool close to the beach is abit dirty and the water in it is so salty for some reason. The main pool by the restaurant can be very busy, hardly any where to swim.

The beach is nice ,but it is abit rocky so you have to wear pool shoes to protect yourself.

I felt there is some kind of discrimination among local tourist and foreign tourist. I have noticed that during dining, staff bring foreign tourist drinks in glass cups, but if you don't like foreign to them, they don't come and ask you what you would like to drink.

No WiFi in the rooms only in the lobby. The food was not 100% and they were playing music pop music when eating.

Very rude staff when we came in the night and no information about WiFi, breakfast, towel cards.

I travelled all over the world but this at this price no way.

Bathroom leaked the whole 4 nights. AC was not working properly. The service is horrible you would call to ask for something and they will never send it to your room… WiFi is extra charge.. the food was not good at all.

Pool and beach bar staff were friendly andhelpful kind.all the staff that work on the beach were very kind and nice. The rooms could do with a good deep clean.sheds down on beach could do with been tidyed up.no wounder they dont get many customers and makes beach untidy.do with abit more varity of food same stuff each nite nearly.on my check out day.i wasnt leaving till late fare enough i know i couldnt have anything but i felt like a criminal. Security man come chacing me cos i was sat talking to some people i met.they were discussed with him standing around till i went to sit in reception till i was leaving.staff at reception are no better.all years iv been going there.iv never treat so bad.

The food was good, the service was acceptable, but when i go to pay the amount they told me the amount has been changed and they add about 150 doller to the total amount... which was wrong and they took 2 hours to check this with the reservation team which make me go out side the hotal to dirnk coffe till they call me but they did not even call me and i had to go there and talk to reservation manger to solve this issue, and this lose me the first day already which is not acceptable to me

I have had a booking for a king-size bed but the Manager at the reception advised that only families can have a big bed so I ended up with a single bed even my booking confirmed a king-size bed. Very unhelpful staff at the reception with hardly any English. Very disrespectful and made me feel completely disappointed.

Biggest disappointment ever - avoid

Few things went wrong - first, as my partner arrived early she was given a room full of cigarette odour... [despite booking for non-smoker room] when complaining to the reception they have not reacted.

But a bigger problem was when I have arrived 12 hours later - despite having a reservation confirmation with me I had to waste over 45 minutes arguing with check-in staff about - no I do not new second room, just take my passport and show me our room [I could not contact partner, and wifi was not working]
My flight ticket is not relevant as I do have fully paid reservation and will not accept price change just because I have just arrived from as they described \"richer country\"

Then despite being 40 or so minutes before restaurant closure, I was treated with a rude response - unable to even get some food as they have been cleaning all dishes, no spoons to load salads or something like that... When I insisted they brought me one spoon and stand next to me hurrying me to just get a salad and go - not an experience I appreciate.

Breakfast was poor too - simply mess, no any means of hygienic food serving.

Then around 10 am they called me at my room with again quite a rude attitude asking why I am not checking-out - we have explained so check-out is 12 noon, so we have at least 2 hours left...

The room was not very good at all one little window .the beds well may have slept on the floor they were that hard .food no choice at all .me and my daughter didn't eat in there at all.pool side not enough beds and the beach .the handle on the door was falling off the bathroom well shower what bloody shower the water ran so bloody slow we had to wash our hair separate .all I can say is never again well I ever stay there it was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.this hotel should not be on this site

Good value for money

Stayed here for a week and cannot complain! Got what we paid for. Food wasn't great as breakfast was the same each day but dinners were slightly better. Anyways it didn't bother me much as I only needed somewhere to sleep! Would definitely recommend if you are planning an active stay and not all inclusive, by the pool holiday.

Good enough hotel to stay with reasonable price

It was good to stay there, Nice food, but hard to speak in English still friendly receptionest though. Kitchen manager was really kind and professinal. When food was gone, he asked his staff to cook more. when food was ready he came to us and let us know the food is ready. However, some staffs want to get extra money from us. Overall, Nice hotel. I would be there again If I go there.

The food was very good except desserts.
The resort is very good compared to its price
But the cigarette smell was horrible in the lobby and the bed wood smell was bas (cigarette smell) although the room was a non smoking room.

Good quality hotel. My room was comfortable and very clean.Food in the hotel restaurant was plentiful with a wide choice of items, though the same items appeared every day over the two weeks I was there so it became boring in the end. Hotel has a nice beach with plenty of sun loungers. The animation team were friendly and enthusiastic organising activities during the day, a show each evening, and trips to discos on some late evenings.

Unfortunately, it is not a 4 stars hotel at all.It maximum 2 or 3 stars hotel maximum.non-professional staff , very small rooms , very limited food options and no elevator in all buildings except one.
However , the good thing that food is well done and avaliable all the day.Hotel target customers with the limited budget who won't expect too much service quality in opposite of what they paid.
I do not recommend if you are not forced because of budget issues.

A Nice Place to Stay

We stayed during Christmas break for three days. Lots of food for the buffet, but the soup were not very good , very watery, no meat or veggies. BBQ maybe the reason for our stomach upset, for us and some others, not done properly we think. The desserts, breads, and salads were very professional. Staff and the managers worked very hard. Cleaning staff always cleaned and make sure this hotel was in perfect condition 24/7! Only thing we noticed was head cook shouting to breakfast staff during early morning in front of guests, not very professional! (He did the BBQ!) Servers, Barmen did very good job and friendly to all the guests. Front desk did very good job also, gave lots of information.

Not Impressed. AT ALL.

Check in/out took too long. Was in the lobby for 2 hours before I could leave. Not enough towels at the beach or the pool, usually waited about an hour before I could get a towel. Hot water was almost unavailable. Electricity goes out in the morning. Must bring your own toiletries. Food served at the hotel was terrible, buffet was unorganized and a little unsanitary.

However, staff was very friendly and super nice. - Pretty much the only good thing about the hotel.

Kamer was prima, alleen verbouwingsactviteiten (drillen, hameren etc) op de hele verdieping boven ons. Deze hele verdieping was ook afgesloten. Er is ons een upgrade aangeboden maar dit was kamer met 3 bedden in 1 ruimte we hadden een familyroom met afgescheiden. We slaapkamer gereserveerd. Alternatief kwam niet overeen met wat we geboekt hadden, dus niet gedaan, maar oordopjes gebruikt en overdag gevlucht van onze kamer. We hadden all inclusive maar na 2 buffetten met lauw eten en plastic bekers met fris hadden we het wel gezien en zijn we naar restaurants in de buurt geweest.

Konumu güzeldi resepsiyon kibar karşıladı restorant iyi idi ama barlar vasat odalar çok eskiydi yataklarda asla konfor yok internet ücretli ve erişimi sıkıntılı ama en önemlisi su idi kesinlikle yetersiz ve sıcak suyu mevcut değil . Tv ler akıllı değildi yani çocuğumuz için Tv yi kendi ülkemize adapte edemedik . Temizlik konusunda gayet iyiler özen gösteriyorlar👍 fiyat performans açısından tekrar tercih edilebilir 👍 sebebi ise o bölgelerde sistem bu şekilde ilerliyor yani diğer otellerde aşağı yukarı aynı olduğunu düşünüyorum

Fint hotel til prisen. De har en ny flot indgang. Maden er ikke at råbe hurra for men personalet er meget venlige. Vi havde et værelse i hovedbygning med en udsigt direkte til at værelse hvorfor vi havde gardiner rullet for hele tiden. Vi havde selv valgt deres billigste værelse. Poolen var kold men stranden var god.

La nourriture était beaucoup trop répétitive alors que j’ai l’habitude des all in en Égypte. Nous avons dû acheter notre alcool en dehors de l’hôtel car il était imbuvable. Le Bellavista était bien mieux.

Проживание на Красном море за скромные средства.

Гостиница находится на оживленной улице, в центральной части Хургады.. К однозначному плюсу - первая линия, хотя и пляж маленький, но свой понтон и кораллы, хотя их немного. Питание и напитки за эти деньги сносное. Персонал дружелюбный, особенно Самира Шакировна - администратор по работе с клиентами.
