Lovely resort and accommodation, excellent breakfast and rooftop bistro / bar is wonderful. Staff were friendly and made a real fuss of our little boy, particularly Alessandro, Deni and Marika who were all lovely and welcoming. A few minor maintenance issues and rooms weren’t cleaned every single day due to scheduling (generally cleaned between 2 - 4pm but this is often the hottest part of the day so often wanted to cool off after lunch) but very little to complain about overall. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again.

Toscana Charme Resort not worth the rating

This was a family holiday with 5 adults staying in 3 Superior rooms for a week, they were far from Superior and nothing like what was advertised on the website.
They were small and cramped.

This hotel is advertised as a 5* hotel, its far from that I have to say, I would rate it a 4*.

The location is very quite and only a few restaurants in walking distance.

Great base location for touring around.

For the resort its self it was gorgeous and well worthy of the five stars it has, both pools are amazing, however the one thing the area lacked was food places as within a 20 minute walk there was one restaurant going one way and the other one was 5 minute walk away but they both didn’t offer much selection

Great for a beach getaway

The hotel was lovely was great for a few days. It was spacious for three friends. The beach is just a few minutes walk and would absolutely recommend this place if all you want to do is be on the beach. The biggest let down was the neighbourhood- it feels abandoned and derelict with many abandoned and boarded up buildings. There’s not much around at all. We were lucky to have a car but if you didn’t have your own car it would be a real struggle to try and get anywhere. Closest restaurant is 20 minute walk which is fine but it wasn’t the best restaurant either. If you want a fun thriving area, don’t book here, if you want a beach holiday and are fine to stay in one place, you’ll have a great time!

Ants and no water

There were ants in the room and they turned off all water in the evening so we couldn’t shower or wash hands. Toilet was dirty when we got there. Breakfast and beach were good, however they don’t tell you the beach is an additional charge.

To say we were disappointed is an understatement. This is no way a 4 Star Resort. Service non-existent, food horrible when it was available, rooms dirty and smelly. Unless you drive there yourself you will be struggling for any transportation to and from the area. I would not recommend this hotel

Amazing breakfast! A bit of false advertising in terms of site and rooms, rooms much smaller and one needs to ask for air conditioning to be turned on, then TV remote did not work and needed a new battery. No frills room. Balcony was great.

Absolutely loved our stay ... site is incredible .. the infinity pool and sunsets divine .. would definitely stay again ..Fantastic service and everyone really pleasant

However I struggled as I found information lacking and conflicting eg opening hours - kitchen closed when it was supposed to be open ... and open when it was supposed to be closed ... apparently there may have been paddle boards to hire but no info .., I asked about the electric bikes which I saw but nobody had explained them
Although English was spoken by many of the staff many didn't have a strong grasp eg waitress asked if I would like water with ice ... yes please ..never came so I asked her for it and she didn't understand me - accent I guess BUT all staff very lovely and helpful and pleasant !!
The lovely big pool on the ground floor had no food /drinks service and the pools close early at 7pm - on a hot bright sunny day it is early ... and if you have been out and about for the day nothing nicer than a swim and cooling off
The beach you have to pay for the chairs as you are not allowed to put your towel on the sand ...there is a whole pricing structure to the chairs ....

Very nice hotel with great beach front. It is either a 60 euro taxi ride to Pisa or the bus which we found to be convenient. Breakfast was very good as was roof pool. The private beach was about 40 euro and very nicely maintained. We hope to stay again!

Ik begrijp zoveel slechte reviews niet echt. Kamers zijn net en schoon, beide zwembaden zijn heerlijk, net zoals het strand. Lekkere cocktails, restaurant is goed en erg vriendelijke service.
We kregen een flesje champagne op onze kamer nadat we gemeld hadden dat dit onze honeymoon is! 😊
De kamers worden dagelijks goed schoongemaakt en de bedden zijn heerlijk. Ontbijt kan wellicht wat uitgebreider. De gym is inderdaad ook erg klein. (3 apparaten en geen gewichten)
Let wel op, de directe omgeving is wat saai, dus een auto is wel aan te raden. Voor het ontdekken van Toscane was het voor ons echt een perfecte uitvalsbasis! 😊

Jeg har kun et par bemærkninger som var ret træls.
Vi boede 3 på vores værelse, men blev ved med kun at få håndklæder til 2 personer, så jeg skulle bede om ekstra håndklæder hver dag.

Helt greit hotell men dette er ikke et fem stjerners hotell. Dårlig utvalg av mat, sliten og litt skittent hotell gjevne over. Greie personalet, men ikke noe å skryte av. Vi har virkelig vært på bedre hotell enn dette. Frokosten var også ikke noe å skrive hjem om, dårlig med andre alternative resturantene i nærheten. Men kort vei ned til stranden og flott takterasse med svømmebasseng og resturante som var åpen på kvelden. Glad vi ikke skulle være her en hel uke.

Hôtel magnifique lorsqu’on arrive mais chambre pas nettoyée correctement avec des mégots de cigarettes dans un verre en plastique trouvés dans la salle de bain à notre arrivée !

Oplevelse på hotellet

Meget hyggeligt hotel med gode faciliteter og et fint område med kort afstand til både nærmeste by-område og hyggelige caféer, nemt at komme med bus til Pisa. Dog er hotellet super lydhørt så der er ikke meget privatliv at hente på værelserne. De ansatte er super venlige og hjælpsomme, morgenmaden er dejlig og det samme er baren.

Helt greit hotell, ikke noe fantastisk. Stort og upersonlig. Rommene var ok, rengjøring kunne vært bedre. Stort bra basseng område, egen strand som var bra. Og en liten bonus var takterrasse med basseng. Betjeningen var veldig varierende. Frokosten var helt grei. Var ca 25min å gå til Tirrenia sentrum.

Overall really satisfied with our stay, we do not eat fish or sea food so our food experience wasn’t the best. Few restaurants close by. Hotel was good, fresh breakfast and nice staff BUT our hotel smelled cigarette and like an ash tray multiple times. We contacted the reception to complain but didn’t get any particular help. The smell came from the vent in the bathroom so probably from some other room

Piacevole hotel ricavato da una struttura di un ex colonia. Mancano i servizi ed il comfort per essere un 5 stelle. Ma forse anche per un 4. Un ascensore rotto. Attese lunghissime per un cappuccino. Costo dell’ombrellone in spiaggia non incluso. Parcheggio da pagare a parte. Poi stanza disponibile dopo le 16 ma checkout entro le 10. Quindi il costo dell’accesso all’hotel è per 16 ore e non per 24. Peccato. Potrebbero fare meglio considerando che sono una catena non torneró in un loro Hotel. C’è sicuramente di meglio.

Hotellet tilsvarer ikke 5 stjerner. Badet var dårlig renholdet. Dusjen lakk vann utover gulvet. Frokosten var trist, ønsket man annet en bakst, eggerøre, pølse eller ost kostet det dyrt. Alt badetøy ble grønt etter å bade i bassengene var grønt på alle kantene rundt. Stranden var ok dyrt å leie solsenger.

My worst hotel experience ever!

One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Checking time was at 16:00, the rooms were ready by 16:30, airco didn’t work - they had to fix the problem after our arrival. The beach doesn’t belong to the hotel, very expensive and you can get some space 100 m away from the sea (after checking in at 16:30 you pay for your space at the beach full-day price and beach closes at 19:00). Poor breakfast, no any service at all. Parking is also overpriced. Checkout time is 10:00, swimming are open also from 10:00. Enjoy!

Ok værelse - lidt småt for 3 personer. Meget det ikke fungerede og skulle dagligt i receptionen fordi engen telefon eller aircondition ikke virkede. Rift om pladserne ved pool på taget - da der var få liggestole - men ellers dejligt uden meget larm. Anden pool ok - dog mange mennesker. Stranden også, det skal betales særskilt for liggestole etc og pool-bar alt for dyr! Morgenmad ikke nogen aha oplevelse.

A colazione abbiamo chiesto un cucchiaio, per fortuna che siamo partiti perché dopo 15 minuti nessuno sapeva dove erano i cucchiai… in cucina? Trodde det hotellet her skulle være bedre. Renhold i dusjen var særdeles dårlig, med mye skitt og mugg. Merk også at stranden hører heller ikke til hotellet så i helgen var der tidlig fullt på de solsengene en må leige hver dag. Og då får en faktisk ikke tilgang til å bade engang. Men ganske fint basseng på taket.

Bra men har endel å gå på

Hyggelig personale i bar og restaurant. Litt lite servicevennlige i resepsjonen når vi skulle sjekke inn. De visste ikke mye om områdene rundt.
Fint hotell og flott beliggenhet, men renholdet var dårlig, spesielt på bad. Fugene var skitne og stolene i spisesalen skulle være hvite men var svært skitne og hadde svarte fingermerker. Frokosten bar litt preg av ferdig produkter, lite friske grønnsaker. Skuffet over maten i forhold til resten av Italia.

Pænt hotel/resort, med gode værelser.
Morgenmadsbuffet var ganske fin, ligeledes servicen i receptionen.
Vi havde problemer med aircondition på værelset, som ikke virkede. De forsøgte at ordne det, men uden held, og vi fik lov at skifte værelse.

Et kæmpe minus er dog, at det i dagtimerne kun er muligt at købe mad i beachbaren.
Udvalget her er yderst begrænset, og fik en overbetalt cæsar salat, som intet havde med en cæsarsalat at gøre, andet end indholdet af kylling, som dog var var afsindig tør og hård. Måtte sende den retur til
Køkkenet.
De glemte at give os vores drikkevarer.
Beachbaren er generelt af en alt for stresset stemning, alt for mange mennesker og med begrænsning på at kunne få er bord til frokost og vi måtte gå igen. Medarbejderne mangler overblik. Ganske enkelt rent kaos.
Vi brugte en Beach bar længere nede ad stranden, tilhørende et andet hotel i stedet.

Der mangler en poolbar i det nedre poolområde på hotellet hvor drikkevarer og mad kan købes, så Man ikke skal gå i beachbaren for at købe mad eller op på tagterrassen for en flaske vand.

Liggestole på stranden burde være omkostningsfrit for hotellets gæster, men kostede min. 20 euro pr. Dag.

Parkering kostede 15 euro pr. Dag

Overordnet set et fint resort, men føles lidt mere som en pengemaskine.

Bra, men når ikke helt opp til 5* for vår del

Første inntrykk et veldig fint hotell. Service var ikke noe å skryte av -ingenting ekstra. Rommet var stort og fint, men dusj var litt skitten. Vi var 2 voksne og 2 barn som reiste
Det var ingen møbler på rommet som bord og stoler å sitte ved, eller legge saker og ting på.
Rommet hadde tilhørende terasse som vi satt på. Her fikk vi ekstra stoler uten problem.
Veldig fint bassengområde. Det eneste minuset her var at hvit bikini ble helt ødelagt pga vannet i bassenget. + for at det var badehåndduker til låns.
Vi fikk aldri testet restauranten da det var veldig vanskelig å få plass på kvelden.
Frokosten var ikke noe ekstra for oss, men helt ok med forskjellig utvalg. Det var veldig mye bråk i matsalen.
Vi er fornøyd med oppholdet, men når ikke helt opp til 5* for vår del.
