Great location if you’re looking for a close place to stay to get you to the airport. Also not far from the centre of Pisa, about 40 mins easy walk. Room was quite basic , cleaned but walls were super thin. We could hear our neighbours next door quite easily.

The hotel is in a perfect location for the airport - literally five minutes walk from the terminal.

It's also only a short walk from Pisa Town centre (20 mins max) so zero stress when arriving or departing Pisa by plane.

We got B & B because it was close to the airport, the entrance was unpleasant and looked dirty, my husband asked for a receipt and was told he only had one pair of hands, he then said he want 4.50 euros for the air con, he showed us up to the room, we asked for 2 more pillows, he said we we could only have one, my husband asked if we could buy a bottle of water which we did, but he said we couldn't have any cups or glasses, we had to drink it out of the bottle, he asked what we would be leaving, we said around 7.30, he said we'll leave the key in the door as I won't be here

Great communication even better location

Late arrival from Amsterdam. Made for a stop over in Pisa. I’m attending the Tuscany Trail so I have a bike in a bag and some luggage. Communicated about my bike and bags to have a ground level room. Walking over to the hotel from the airport with my baggage wasn’t a problem only took about five minutes. When I got there, I was told the room had a little bit of a problem with water as they had a leak. It’s been fixed, but it’s the wall is still a little wet inside so he did have a different room ready for me which would’ve been on the second floor I chose to stay in the ground level floor so I could check my bike out and juggle around some of my luggage into the bike bag. It was exactly what I needed. Had a good sleep, then walked to the train station to make my way. It’s my first time in Europe, so not really knowing what to expect but this worked perfect for a night and the location with the airport and the train station so close.

For the price it was well worth it. To start with I was nervous because of the various negative reviews but was pleasantly surprised to find the rooms clean and comfortable. There is a €5 for using the AC which isn’t mentioned in the details. But rooms were clean. Best part was it was very close to the airport so just a 4 minute walk with paths.

I booked this place because I knew my flight will be delayed due to a storm. I needed an hotel near the airport. I arrived at 2:30am to the to the hotel. I called the staff early that same day during office hrs to let them know in case they needed to leave the key in a safe locker box which they had by the door. When I arrived not only the man waiting was rude and annoyed the whole time, he also charged €20 for the overtime. He said he only accepted cash. Since I didn’t have cash they held my passport until I could get cash from closest ATM located at the airport. The following morning I explained that I shouldn’t be charged this money since I called them early in the day to let me know. I could had pick a key from a safe box which I know they had. After an uncomfortable discussion they waived the €20. They also charged $2.5 for city taxes even though I explained I had already paid those a week before. The service was the bad part. For the amount of money paid for the room, I guess the room was fine.

Very handy hotel within easy (3min) walking distance of Pisa airport. Rooms are basic but very clean and great for an overnight stay if you have an early flight to catch. We arrived the day before our flight so we're able to leave our bags and spend the day in Pisa (10 mins. from the hotel using the Pisa Mover train at the airport (buy a return ticket - it's slightly cheaper).

There's no doubt this is value for money and extremely close to the airport. Our room and bathroom were clean. There were also a few odd things. Our room had two extra beds, we were told not to touch them or it would be charged to our credit card. The bed wasn't very comfortable although not the worst I've experienced. Also, although air conditioning is listed as an amenity it would cost you 4.50 euros. Also, it's not really a hotel. It's a private room in an apartment. There's also something very odd going on with the coloured lighting in the corridor. We were also told to let them know our arrival time 2 days before the stay, very strange for an hotel if you are checking in during normal hours. Having said all that, it's cheap, right next to the airport and clean. If you're looking for budget, not a light sleeper and don't have a bad back this is great.

Great for one night by the airport

Arrived late at night in pisa, very easy to find & right beside the airport. No issues checking in late [ they do pre ask for your arrival time ]. Friendly staff, tidy room, good location. Only downside was the thin walls so you could hear everyone beside you but wasn’t a big issue for us as we just needed a few hours rest before continuing our trip. Overall, we would recommend the hotel for a handy travel stop before or after a flight.

The best part about this place is how close it is to the airport, literally across the road, we stayed for one night and it’s pretty basic, which is fine for such a short stay. It was a little bit expensive for what you get, but then you don’t need an airport transfer or taxi. Overall, fine for a night.

It was very dated and could of done with a freshen up. The bathroom was clean but scruffy. One night was enough, would not have stayed for longer.

La location è ottima in quanto è letteralmente 2 minuti sia dall’aeroporto che da una rosticceria…ma il resto è pessimo. Intanto, il prezzo è altissimo per il servizio offerto. Pubblicizzato con aria condizionata, che però si deve pagare a parte e solo in contanti, non assolutamente specificato da nessuna parte sull’annuncio. La ventola RUMOROSISSIMA, mi ha tenuta sveglia tutta la notte. L’acqua calda della doccia va e viene, si sentivano degli strani rumori dal muro, vai a capire cosa fosse. Inoltre il manager ci ha mandato più messaggi richiedendo l’orario del check in, menzionando una sovrattassa di 20 euro in caso di fallimento alla risposta. Gli ho risposto 1 volta, e mi ha riscritto la stessa cosa, come se fosse disperato di farmi pagare l’extra.

La ciliegina sulla torta è stato poi quando si è rifiutato di darci la stanza fino a che non avessimo pagato la tassa di soggiorno di 3 EURO, solo in contanti, dopo un viaggio lunghissimo e sapendo che ero appena stata dai carabinieri per la denuncia del furto del mio portafoglio. Poteva almeno darmi il tempo di sedermi 1 secondo e farmi una doccia, invece mi ha fatto girare mezzo quartiere per un bancomat fino a che non ho finalmente trovato un bar che mi ha fatto la cortesia di darmi questi dannati 3 euro detraendoli dalla carta. Una cosa assolutamente vergognosa. Non lo consiglio per niente. Potete trovare a molto meno è molto meglio a 5 min più in là, e anche poi bilanciando la distanza con un taxi, vi verrebbe cmq meno.

The room was clean and the Wi-Fi was quite good, even for Streaming.

I stayed there in the Fall and the weather was perfect, so I didn’t have an issue with the air conditioning.

The guy that helps out he charges 4.50 to turn the A/C on in the room when this property is advertised with A/C included. Property doesn’t have parking available he told me when the they do have like 3 spots not that many but again property is advertised with limited parking available. Guy is just rude he wrote me before checking in that he needed to know the time I was going to arrive or he was going to charge me 20.00 more if he had to stay waiting on me. I do not recommend this place at all. Find somewhere else to stay DO NOT STAY HERE.

This place is best avoided. If you arrive late, the greasy guy (yes, literally) running the place will ask you for EUR 20 extra for the late check in.

Best of all, he will ask you for five Euros extra in cash if you want to switch on the AC. Cash only. He will send you to the bank at 1.30 AM to get the cash for him before you can use the AC.

The only reason to book this place is that it is close to the airport.

However, you can take the Pisamover shuttle to the town centre and you have many more hotels to choose from. The ride is only five minutes.

That is what I am doing next time.

Basic but very clean.Bus 21 or 5 from Pisa Central. Go to the Airipuerto2 stop. Then straight ahead on same street on right as if bus keeped going straight. Hotel name large enough to see well lit at night. .25 miles at most. 3 to 5 minute walk flat.

The room is typical in shape and size for most hotel rooms. The restroom is skinny and thin. No amenities like a hair dryer, iron, or safe. There is a shared fridge in the hallway. Towels are big but coarse and also plentiful. Soap is provided. No shampoo or conditioner. The toilet took more than one flush. The shelf in the bathroom was broken so you can't keep toiletries with you while shaving or brushing your teeth. A/C is extra as is storing your luggage for the day. The bed was comfortable and the owner/receptionist was friendly and helpful. The hotel is literally next door to the airport so you can walk there. The airport is a total mess so eat and drink before you get there.

Never in my life did I encounter a hotel asked for more money if you want air condition in the room.

They also asked for city tax to be paid up before they gave me the room key which I was of the assumption it would have already been included in my initial booking charge.

There is no parking facility as falsefully mentioned on Expedia. And certainly the property room does not come with En Suite toilet, ended up we have to walk down the corridor for the restroom (with a key).

The place smell of sweat and laundry. And there is no sound proofing; you can hear your neighbour snore and ppl walk up/ down the corridor.

It should have cost a lot less for what it is. Really the only thing going for this place is location being so close to the airport. Very long walk to center or take 2 buses. Window sill was so filthy we kept window closed for 3 days. A/C costs extra and toilet paper is available upon request. If you have a few more coins to spare there are other options nearby.

Si tratta di un B&B semplice (offre giusto i servizi di base) ma confortevole e pulito ed è un’ottima scelta per pernottare proprio a fianco dell’aeroporto, molto pratico per chi ha voli in orari “difficili”. Il personale (o meglio il gestore) è stato molto gentile e disponibile.

Een prima kamer voor een nachtje als gezin dichtbij Pisa airport als je vroeg op pad moet, de eigenaar reageert vlot en netjes op berichten. Het welkom was ook prima door de eigenaar en vertelde duidelijk hoe alles in zijn werk ging.

Nette, schone kamer. Lag zeer dicht bij het vliegveld en dus prima als je te voet van of naar het vliegveld moet.

De accommodatie ligt op 3 min. lopen van het vliegveld. Voor ons de reden om hier te slapen voor onze vroege vlucht van 06:30 uur!

Hôtel situé près de l'aéroport. Pas d'isolation phonique donc on entend les voisins qui arrivent tard dans la nuit et les ronfleurs. Le bruit des clés bref ce n'est pas une nuit de tout repos!
